    @Telstra You have my contact details but refuse to call me and rectify the problem, why should the customer have to waste hours jumping through your ridiculous hoops?! Customer service???

    @Telstra I did Sean. And then I had to go through the process of checking all the issues again to re raise the ticket I started with. Seems like Telstra need to work out how to reopen tickets

    @Telstra On yeah and it’s all going to cost me ALOT more money. I’m a carer for my daughter. She has her second brain tumour. So I don’t need this drama. I bought phones that stated they were in stock. It’s been almost 2 months. Not acceptable but too bad hey. I got screwed over big time.

    @JackieHansard @IntestinalWorm The LNP bought an ageing, decayed, copper network back from Telstra to deliver the world's fastest internet to the node. From the node to the customers premises things got very, very ******* disappointing. Idiots.

    @Telstra If you cared at all, you would check my account and see there has been case raised, with all the details. Again, you want the customer to round and round for no good reason. No thanks!

    @Telstra @CallieBuddy Oh Yes! Lets let Laura from "support" get in there and fix the problem, like its un-usual or not right....i bet she will run tests and check the "connections" and tell you to try an area of your house with better 'reception' or 'Restart your modem/phone" you know....

    After two months of long phone calls that went no where to restore my internet service, I went to a @Telstra store. When I asked, politely, if the guy was actually listening to me, he turned on me and told me to “calm down”. I was escorted from the store! So I went to @Optus.

    I eventually left all @VodafoneAU gear on the counter and walked out. Walked into @Telstra who provided a service which cut out one day and was without service for TWO MONTHS!!!

    @AlboMP @stemplemanmp @MRowlandMP Your NBNCo, that Labor's Conroy set up, when all he could get to work for him were apprentices because the senior technicians remained loyal to Telstra, f*ck-up from the start. You'd be the last lot I'd dream of asking to help fix it.

    @Telstra @markhumphries Hey @telstra stop focusing on stupid **** and focus on black spots/no service in a capital city and customer service. This is 2021 and you can’t even get 2 bars of 3g service in thornlands qld.
