    @DocB__ @iiNet I left @iiNet when they were taken over by TPG. iinet used to be great with service and payments, but no more. I hate to say, I’m with Telstra now.

    @Telstra Just spent 1 hour and 6 minutes talking to Jamie in India to install a new adsl modem Call was disconnected but received no callback despite being told that that this would occur This has happened so many times Telstra has the worst customer support

    @Telstra I have, several times. Then got told to ring or raise another complaint etc. I couldn’t be ****** wasting my time on it again to be honest.

    🔥PSA:🔥 Be aware that scammers are calling & proporting to be from NBN. They are saying that they are detecting traffic on your NBN originating from hackers stealing your info. Ask if they are calling from a provider (Telstra/Optus - but not yr actual) they hang up. SHARE PLS.

    @Telstra Yes I know that. But that doesn't answer how to get an estimate of when the service will be restored. Now 2 weeks without phone service and outages page only says "to be confirmed".

    @Telstra How about reviewing how long it took for me to get a simple upgrade on my Foxtel account. 6 weeks, hours and hours on the chat and phone…. Broken promise after broken promise.

    @Telstra Does anyone at Telstra realise how difficult it is to communicate with you? As a long time Golden customer I am disgusted how bad this is. Trying to upgrade a Foxtel box has taken hours
