    @RebekahsRight @Telstra I recently went through this frustration with them. On three occasions I was told a technician would call me back re my urgent business line disconnection and never received a call. They are a bloody disgrace!

    Big thanks to the Telecommunications Ombudsman for help in dealing with a dispute with @Telstra Really think their powers should be expanded allowing them to make punitive rulings against Telcos... Surely they would fix their horrendous customer service quickly if facing fines

    @Telstra NEED TO CLOSE ACCOUNT - Why is it so difficult to close an account? First the tech support, and now this? Already been through 5 different chat staffs but their responses were so close and one just said his shift ends in 5 mins so he couldn't help. Ridiculous!

    I’m literally having a six month chat with @Telstra trying to disconnect a line and settle a bill even though I left Australia in March! Having been gone from Aus a long time, I wanna know ,have Telstra always been this bad?!?!

    @Telstra I am not a Telstra customer BUT you own the lines, the issue was put through as a priority, didn't know you'd move so quick interfering with my service between midday n now let's hope its fixed.... yeh right n the Pope's not a catholic 😡
