Dear @Telstra, your 4G signal in the centre of the Melbourne CBD is broken, and has been for months - calls endlessly dropping out. When will this be fixed?

@MarkSchrammVR Ahh that sucks, I pre ordered a Pro with @Telstra and they had the hide to take my order then message me and tell me they can't supply it on release day because of limited supply.

@Telstra Oh okay, well thank you for finally clarifying what I’ve been trying to get clarity of for days. Please improve your messaging in the app. It’s ruined by ‘experts’ who don’t respond in a timely manner or give inconsistent advice. I otherwise enjoy my Telstra mobile service.

  • M_Fegg Michael Feggans (@M_Fegg) reported

@Telstra Have been advised it will be 24-48 hours until the issue is even looked into, and no timetable for a resolution. Not great when the majority of Sydney is still working from home.

  • idkkname12 who needs names (@idkkname12) reported

  • Luke_D_Walker Luke Walker (@Luke_D_Walker) reported

@Telstra what’s the go with mobile reception around the weemelah & mungindi area. Flat out making a phone call and if you do after a minute may as well be talking to a fax machine. That’s with 3G locked on go to 4G you may as well burn your phone to try make a smoke signal.

  • Aerohaveno Tim Richards (@Aerohaveno) reported

@Telstra But your 4G signal has been dropping out for months in the middle of the CBD! Months! Why isn’t it listed in your outages page?

  • TjinLachlan Lachlan Tjin (@TjinLachlan) reported

Net keeps dropping every 5 minutes man… this is getting annoying 😡 @Telstra can you fix this pleaseeee

  • jilljorrges Jill Rogers (@jilljorrges) reported

@Telstra May I ask, can your org change a pre-paid phone plane for a customer without consent? The reason I ask is the plan we’re on has changed due to a previous complaint that was submitted to the Ombud.

  • sam_dammers Sam Dammers (@sam_dammers) reported

@Telstra I've contacted several times, phone and web chat and all I get is vague affirmations. Its now been 48 hours and nothing. Finally got a "case number" 22354818 but the app shows no cases. Is anything actually being done? Fix the address with startrack, how hard is it?
