    @Optus It looks like the Optus telephony is back. The Optus NBN is still down, now for over an hour. It's a nightmarish morning for Teams calls. What's the ETA? I'm managing my work with my mobile hotspot with Telstra. Those who have Optus mobile internet have no plan B.

    @Telstra I don't use the app. If there's another way, let me know. Otherwise no dramas I'll see if it fixes itself / I'll factory reset to make sure it's not a software issue. Could of course just be planned obsolescence, since various other basic phone features are starting to play up :/

    @Telstra - Your app breaks whenever I try to pay my bill - My Telstra crashes whenever I try to pay my bill - "Pay your bill" form crashes whenever I try to pay from there - I paid over the phone last week, never went through - Complaints form crashes too For two weeks now.

    @MarkOMeara Neither! Everything was fine but they put off replying to me as they were heading into a movie, then phone was off. By the time they emerged from movie, there was a Telstra outage in area and couldn't send or receive. They were apologetic for not having replied when they saw msg

    Just had a state wide network outage here in Sydney for Telstra and Optus. First the Australian major banks have an outage 2 weeks ago and now this? Too maybe events happening for all this to be a coincidence.

    @Optus hello why is the system down? And why have you not notified customers? This is ridiculous. Atleast give us a time estimate. If you don’t make another announcement with updates soon I’m buying a Telstra sim and never looking back at you.

    @yeahthevic Yep. I switched from Telstra to @Optus a few months back, not a wise decision. Coverage sucks.
