Can anyone tell me Y I have been communicating with @Telstra relentlessly since Sept 2021 when I advised them 4 different ways including snail mail that I no longer have the address they KEEP ON sending me a service charge for.

@Telstra wondering what you has become of you? Lost 2 hours this morning on two separate calls. The first call was magically disconnected no effort to call me back. I follow up with a call only to be constantly told I had to attend a store for the solution. 1/2

@Telstra Hi Michelle, it’s intermittent that it drops on to 3G and the moment I open the Telstra app to run speed test and report it starts to work again, and you can’t really help in that case right?
