@Telstra NBN has been dropping in and out for a week. Some days every hour. Ive had two days that it only dropped out twice. It is a problem on the NBN side. Modem is not the problem.

@Telstra when your bills are up to date and you can’t use the internet, send sms or make phone calls. When you try to use the Telstra app and it doesn’t work. When you spend over 2 hours on Telstra chat and they tell you they can’t help you. #telstra #fail
@CarlyM4000 I understand your frustration. I ported my phone from Telstra to an Aldi SIM (same number and they use the Telstra network) and my monthly bill went from $110 to $25
@Telstra why have u just disconnected 3 of my services for no reason. Bill isn't outstanding, wife rang, was told shes not authorised and u disconnected us. I have someone with a medical condition and no access to movile service. Absolutely criminal behaviour
