this is all very funny because all of it is in service of me finally cancelling my phone with telstra and if they hadn’t ****** up my bill two years ago or fixed the problem any of the last 4 times i contacted them about it, i would have just let inertia keep me with them

@Telstra It seems to be working reliably now, thank you. Can you please pass on my disappointment at the lack of information during this 48 hour outage. The outage page had no useful information other than that there was an outage. Which, unsurprisingly, I had already noticed.

@jono_hayward Literally 6 MONTHS of the worst customer support in my life. Even now I've just been told that this router can't activate because their system is trying to sign me up for Fetch for a THIRD TIME. I'm losing my mind. Would not recommend Optus to anyone. Wait for Telstra.

@binge_help hello can you please update the @binge app Apple TV. There are serious lip synch issues on the live channels and closed captions are only working intermittently. Also the Fox Docos live channel does not work at all. The channel does not work on the Telstra TV either.

Telstra finally pissed me off with “Let’s get vaxd “ campaign. Got rid of them jumped over to KOGAN better service and instead of paying $70 month now $16 per month. 👍☝🏿☝🏿☝🏿☝🏿☝🏿☝🏿☝🏿

@rad_shazz @Telstra the agreement between you and them requires a payment from you in return for services from @Telstra - if Telstra can't provide services, they have no right to take payments. Next time you call ask them to describe their complaints resolution process and ask to lodge a complaint

@Telstra we’ve had no internet in 2095 since yesterday. Page said it was an outage yesterday but today said NBN work would cause “brief” interruptions but we’ve had nothing all day.
