@Telstra I have been on hold for an hr te my ADSL. Download 1.2mbs & upload .36mbs. Tried using the text messaging same result. No one can help. The CEO needs to be held accountable for this pathetic service.

@Telstra after being threatened to have my mobile service cut off for being 6 days late, I paid up to date and left your service. I now want to speak to someone but lingering in your text service for days. You were fast to want cut me off, now you’re impossible to talk to. Sad

@Telstra And I got slugged with fee’s and threatened to essentially have my service knee capped for 6 days, and since then can’t have my enquiry sorted for days! Seems like the company wasn’t overly sorry.... it’s disappointing.

Just to update, there is no internet, no phone line and no Foxtel @Telstra . So there is obviously an outage in the Haberfield 2045 area of Sydney.
