@Telstra Thanks for your reply Patrick - their is no need to take this matter any further, as I am now using another service provider. After 30+ years, Telstra has lost my business.

Yep, phone calls, calling in to their 'service centre' for a face to face, promises re 'fix up with 72 hrs.... then nothing.... then phone disconnected, then sitting on a mobile (with $h1t reception, for over 2.5 hrs) and still #Telstra cannot reconnect us! #India service centre!

@Telstra your ‘Gold Member’ support on the Telstra App is beyond terrible. I have been trying to get our 3 family mobile services sorted for 3 days. What sort of support service asks if my mobile has dial tone? They also suggested I reset my modem to fix my mobile phones. 🤬

@Cruzyfarmer Yep, my frustration level is up there. I thought #Telstra stopped offshoring jobs years ago... obviously I was wrong. Profits before service, the big business motto.

@captincool @Telstra They are pathetic. Ridiculously overpriced for service and customer service that is as good as the Australian government. Full of false promises. And they claim to be the best telecommunications company

@Telstra I want to make a complaint, but while using the form I could not stay under the 1000 word limit. I initially tried using the app message service with no result. Is there an email address I can send this to?

So after being told to message Telstra to request a call back the AI then told me to ring them on their business number. Which then tells you to use the message app. Seriously, is there any actual people in customer service?

@captincool @Telstra Agreed! I pay $145 a month and can't even get any service! 5g is poor and notifications come through half hour late.... telstta just try to blame it as a phone issue.

@captincool @Telstra They actually kind of are. Love them or hate them. No one beats them on infrastructure. If you're talking mobile, Optus is obviously 2nd. & Voda have sunk alot of coin into their rebirth. End of the day it depends where you live. But afaik they all outsource customer service.
