@Telstra Like I said, since ADSL was a thing, if it rains our internet suffers. It’s a known problem that I’m not going to futilely invest any more of my time on.

@lucasnoyes @peartonjohnson But under @AustralianLabor’s policy, any franking credits they have from a few miserable Qantas, Telstra or NRMA shares that they now get refunded, would no longer get refunded. Its a brilliant ******* policy designed specifically to hurt the lowest income earners worst!

Spent probably 2 hours today in Telstra shops trying to sort out phone issues and LMTY, the sensory overload is REAL. Could not work here.

Well another wasted hour spent messaging @Telstra back and forward. And still they don't want to assist me on the appointment they missed 2 days ago to connect my internet. Would have to be the worst problem solving company I Australia

Hey @Telstra How hard is & how long does it take to instal a landline for a bed-ridden resident in an aged care facility? Her only means of communication. Phone & connection are ready to go. Waiting on someone to come and fix it. Tuncurry NSW. It’s been over a week.

@Telstra I changed my plan (to another Telstra plan) and your company cut off my service, and they won't reinstate it and say they have to send me a new sim IN THE POST, which is complete nonsense as I already have one. I have no phone service now
