The online support for @Telstra is absolutely ridiculous. Have to go in stall to reset a password. If this was the case I would’ve staged with Vodafone. Unhappy

@Telstra What's up with your mobile network coverage for Melbourne Metropolitan area? Been experiencing above 120 dBm signal incl. neighbours which is below standard. I cannot send text messages, browse the web or stream. This is really poor coverage!

@Telstra Hi Justine... Yes you can help.... Maybe start by providing the service I pay for. It's a constant battle of intermittent access to your network..airways worse around Christmas new year... fed up paying to be frustrated.. Thank you.
