@Telstra It's impossible. Every time I get through to someone on chat they ask me to explain the issue, then they say they'll see what they can do. Then someone else comes along and asks me to explain what the issue is.

@Telstra And PS why exactly have all the dates been removed from my chat? It actually does look like you removed them because you didn't want a record of when you PROMISED you'd give me my NBN, because that would look bad (still looks bad to me).

@Telstra Telstra is crap. I’m in their George Street flagship store waiting an hour (since 9am) to get service. The store is massive and yet they seem to have only one customer service rep working. I guess it’s a deliberate strategy to detract people from coming in store. Disgusted.

@RonniSalt I spent 3 months on the online app chat rubbish. On call to the telecom. Ombudsmen and a phone call with in a day from telstra problem fixed.

For those playing at home, still no @Telstra @andy_penn internet on Day Five. But I do keep getting given a link for a technical team - a link that no one is monitoring or answering. This will be the second day I'm forced to cancel my online teaching.
