@Telstra: I raised the request through online website (from my account). I already have internet at new place so I simply wanted to cancel this at end of billing cycle which is 17th April, but I was never given the option and instead in 3 clicks my internet is gone

@AaronDodd @Telstra Don't. It's easy to switch and there are much better providers out there. Paying a premium for **** service simply isn't worth it.

So funny how Telstra customer service just drop you like a hot potato the second you tell them you’re going to leave them for another provider. They just want your money for providing non-existent internet. They don’t actually want to fix it.
