    The last month the phone line has been so bad that he can’t hear me but I can hear him but the last week it sends me straight to Message bank. But I hesitated to ring @telstra faults because of the charge.

    @pceebee23 @AlboMP @AustralianLabor When it’s a government service it doesn’t have to make a profit; it’s an essential service. However, privatised services justify cutting in the name of making a profit. That’s why essential services should never be privatised like Telstra, power, water & employment services..

    @iiNet any update on the outage for Perth? Tried to call but it said the wait is over an hour!!! Went to do some work on the laptop. Nope. No streaming neither. Hot spot my telstra phone data to laptop. Any info please?

    @TheGalox_ Vodafone were crap to deal with and we were getting horrible internet (why myself and my family switched). Optus has been ok, we’ve had some problems with them but a better experience than Vodafone. The only other major carrier in Australia is Telstra but they’re quite expensive

    @Telstra No outages reported. I have been here on holiday on @RottnestIsland for a few days and everyone I speak to says the mobile service is terrible here at the moment. Are there network capacity issues here? Wasn’t this bad last year.

    @Telstra Doesn’t sound like a holiday kind of activity. Might just go down to the beach, relax, and think about changing network providers when I get home. Not worth the premium monthly anymore.

    @Telstra why is your service so intermittent between people with 5G full service. Messages not sending calls dropping out. 😡🤯
