    Hey @telstra you've already ruined my night I'm not ruining it further with the pain of chat support because you can't deliver more than 2 mbps to my phone in South West WA. I'm paying almost double what I was for Optus & Vodafone specifically to get decent service here & u fail!

    I just copped one, a call from Perth, pretended it was about Telstra NBN. I kept delaying, obfuscating, acting dim until she called me an idiot and hung up in frustration. This was unsatisfying. I want to really give them some grief.

    @1HalfWit @TwoPaddocks Foxtel produced The Twelve which I’ve heard was pretty good, I haven’t watched it. I have no problem with cross promotion, it’s not like he’s hanging out with Rupert. Also, Telstra has a decent stake in it but no one mentions that.

    @JayHealey Received a proposal from another one who wants us to disable our web application firewall for the duration of the test and open our intrusion protection to just about every Telstra customer in NSW. Um, no.

    @Sandra_Sully The onus is squarely on Telstra. Ms Sully having to do it publicly after 7 months to rectify the issue, highlights the NBN issues a lot of Aussies face. Sadly.
