    @CommunityNotes is Telstra a trusted phone carrier? The reason I ask is because I was using a Telstra wifi network last week and my IP commenced with 144……. In 2018 this was an Apple IP?

    @Telstra I purchased an Apple Watch with cellular for my wife for Xmas but you guys still cannot get it to work. We’ve spent hours on the phone with you and nobody can help. Why is it so hard?

    @SallyOD My parents have SkyMuster+ and it is decent most of the time, though I can't help with comparisons to Telstra 4G as they can't get Telstra at all.

    @Telstra ok so I’ve done everything, I’ve reset the net, I’ve unplugged it a thousand times. I even got a wifi extender but the Internet here is not working unless we’re using the ethernet which isnt helpful for phones. Whats on earth is going on? This started a week ago?

    7th tech visit lined up for tomorrow. How many will be needed before they fix the fibre? It’s possible the previous visits have been Telstra retail customer support so this may be first actual nbn tech onsite.

    @Telstra just rang your faults line. Was on hold for ages. When the person picked up the call they were silent for a few seconds then hung up. Do they get paid for every incoming call regardless of whether they do anything? Mum is a priority assist customer without a landline.
