    @Telstra I find it so difficult to connect to Telstra helpline while calling from overseas mobile to +61439125109. I am a potential new customer who wants to sign for Telstra eSIM. Helpline needs a mobile number which is an overseas number and call simply disconnects #Telstra

    Yet again an evening spoilt by Telstra. NBN down therefore internet down foxtel down for not the first time. Don’t bother checking Telstra outages shows that all is good. Trying troubleshooting on telstra site goes round in circles. However if you miss a payment + $15

    @MartinMurray_Ag @FionaLakeAus Had the same re Telstra..people using my network that I don’t know about. Longest I’ve kept them going is 20 minutes before I told them where to go.

    @andybuds23 @Blueirons Aldi is cheaper and uses the Telstra network. Have had no range issues at all my friend

    @Telstra We have a SIM card that we are trying to activate to set up a new number. The sim has never been activated before and we would like this added to our current account. Would you like the case number.

    @fenelladavidson @medibank We've got pet insurance through Medibank and we cannot change due to pre-existing illness exclusions. I'm not sure if this applies with humans? Like Qantas, Telstra, etc, you're forced to stay with them despite terrible service and pricing.

    @Telstra Yep it's just this area. I assume it's congestion too but my partner has no issues on the Optus network. Just disappointing when you pay for good service and coverage
