    The removal of superflious equipment (boxes, cables, etc) should have been part of the project @NBN_Australia ran. I spent over an hour in an online chat with @Optus to get someone there to understand the issue and book me a tech. And now i'll need to do the same with @Telstra

    @AFL @Telstra Lance couldn't drive down the street without hitting a **** ton of cars, that got covered up by NSW Police and now I'm supposed to be excited about a possible 1000 Goal game ... again. It's not a record ffs! Storming the field for no ladder change and still 5th best #morons

    @ssharwood @NBN_Australia I would never expect to see anyone look at Telstra's horrible service system, and then set out to copy it but intentionally make it worse. But here we are. Related note: still no NBN connection in my new place...

    @cathywilcox1 Contacting the real NBN ain’t easy either. It took me a week to persuade Telstra my NBN was stuffed and another week for someone from NBN to fix it. No Net for a fortnight isn’t acceptable these days. Everyone (almost) relies on it.
