    @saci7070 Customer service in general declined not just due to covid. Hours on hold to Qantas or telstra. Say they will call you back & 12 hours later still haven't. Call centres offshore. Background noise of dogs & children. Large Companies making huge profits

    @Foxtel I was paying as much as a $100 per month, then Telstra cut the service without notice for weeks, they they restore, then they cut it again. Foxtel needs to find other ways to avoid dealing with Telstra.

    @RoadknightThe Mine was based around non-delivery of the advertised speeds due to poor infrastructure in my area, so kinda similar. But I had the advantage of being able to break my contract and flip to Telstra. If Telstra is bad, hard to believe Optus would be better.
