    @Telstra Just messaged them ... Very seriously considering moving to a cheaper service provider. We shouldn't have to pay for a technician to come out or have to pay for a platinum service to get this issue rectified.

    @kayosports_help Hi, the link to reset was not active, so I logged in via my mobile app. Even though I have access via my phone, it said that I had ‘ no current subscription’.....bizaar. The issue seems to be a lost link between my Telstra TV and my subscription (but I have phone access)

    By analogy, it would be curious result to hold Telstra responsible for any oral defamation communicated through use of its service. So why do it with social media companies? The individual posting content should be held accountable - not the platform.

    @Telstra - your website says for cancelling broadband to call - going through the call leads to a hang up by the computer (nice) and a link being sent by sms which, you guessed it, sends you back to the website/app. Help! It’s not how we connect?

    @melissahoyer I went so Karen that I went to the Telecommunications Ombudsman to sort out the issue. Then I dumped Telstra. Best thing I've done in ages.

    @kayosports_help I am still being charged ! This is the problem. I have a subscription & access via phone..,,but my Telstra TV is not recognising the subscription. I am not getting the full service. I can show my bill !

    @Telstra Thanks Jess, I recently upgraded my phone and plan and got an SMS today saying I have exceeded my premium SMS limit and to call the service number provided to resolve. I was NOT informed the new, more expensive plan would limit my SMS'S.. WHY WOULD I?? Please resolve immediately
