    @Telstra I don't belive I said I was still disconnected? FYI, it took me 4 hours of my time convincing #telstra the issue was not in my home and most likely another pit **** up. As per all recent connectivity issues.

    @Telstra Incorrect. TELSTRA started decommissioning 3G in 2021. I learned at Comms Connect yesterday that 70% of 3G has been turned off. TELSTRA currently has major issues with 4G VoLTE. and aren’t telling anybody what the issue is.

    @Telstra Yes, I always switch it off for a minute and turn it back on when every outage occurs. It's not just the wireless broadband device that this happens to. The entire service in my area gets cut off entirely, on multiple devices. Phones and dongles lose all service.

    @neilw101 @redruby17 @Optus Just stay away from Telstra. I thought Optus were bad until I changed a couple of months ago. Was forced to make my first complaint to an Ombudsman about Telstra.

    Crap @Telstra app AGAIN! Can’t download a PDF bill before paying. They always sent me a bill. Not now - “something went wrong” I’ll say it did! Let’s see if @Telstra gets off their derrières.
