  • TheCoachRonnie Ron Issko (@TheCoachRonnie) reported

@Telstra wondering if any employees at Telstra has gone through the most inefficient chat process to solve a query for a customer. I am told you do not have the facility to talk to me over the phone. A phone company that is able to talk to its customers is astounding

  • stumain22 Stuart Main (@stumain22) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@PatrickGormanMP @acccgovau They are all dodgy. I used to work at Telstra and the way they would train you to sell products was usually not in the customers best interest. Top down sales tactics usually the go to. Optus are guilty of the same tactics as they tried to rip me off as well

@Telstra Again its been proved that Telstra has zero customer service. Now its going to be fined millions for harassing the vulnerable as well.

  • deancourt Dean Court (@deancourt) reported

.@Telstra Probably the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to experience. Virtually impossible to get hold of a real person unless you want to suffer through the chat function and get fobbed off every time without fail.

  • Debatedonthate1 Tom (@Debatedonthate1) reported

@Telstra Can’t get 5G network because Telstra is incompetent.

  • 1Swinging_Voter Jill❌ (@1Swinging_Voter) reported

Hang on Andrew Penn said Telstra would be 'carbon neutral' ... doesn't that excuse everything else? @abcnews little business gal gushed over the WOKE company. LOL #AUSPOL So funny to watch ABC look stupid again. Telstra were robbing non english speakers blind. Oooops

  • _lemyth Le Myth (@_lemyth) reported

@lumandai @Telstra I'd also check NBN Co's outage list (since apparently Telstra shows only Telstra outages for some weird reason)

  • MortyAUS Morty 🎄🎁🎅 (@MortyAUS) reported

@insydney @Telstra You must have worked at a good store/reseller ... Many "nudge" the customer to give the correct answers

  • brimlad frank pires (@brimlad) reported

@abcnews perhaps Telstra should provide free internet to remote communities and get Rio Tinto and Twiggy to subsidise it; do good Telstra and as you said only a fraction of your customer base so the cost can't be great but great for those remote communities :)
