    @Telstra I tried to do that using my Telstra app and it just dumps me. iPhone 8. It’s a terrible system that no matter how many times you report something the next rep has to have it repeated to them. Telstra don’t return calls. Hang up on you constantly. I’m gonna use telecom ombudsman

    @Telstra Service has now been restored and a new modem delivered, thankfully. Now the process of re-registering all my devices begins and I can get back to work and study. For what Telstra charge, very ordinary service. 30Mbs download is hardly market leading. Not happy!!

    @1Naasty I am with Telstra just slow internet the last three days been annoying. Vodphone for my mobile that’s been pretty ok maybe from 18th December May become SLOW
