    @mcewenrobbie @Telstra Mate, I had a telstra bloke want to charge me $90 to look at an unused modem, and then connect HIS phone and say it worked. Turned out a password had been put on it that was not factory and it was brand new. I’ve never been so angry at someone so smug.

    @mcewenrobbie @Telstra I completely agree. The amount of brain damage I had to go through with them over false data usage charges they were applying to my account was ridiculous.

    @DanielWatson5 Get better service with Optus almost everywhere except port fairy, would never go back to Telstra. Boost mobile have cheap pre paid plans and I think they’re under Optus 👍

    @Telstra Considering when I googled it that it shown me multiple outages in SA, I’d think so? You guys are seriously hopeless. I can’t even call you for help because the number and email address connected to my account is accessible anymore so I’m unable to even get past to an operator.

    Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. I spend $8k per year @telstra between my home, business & mobiles. Cancelling all of them
