    @Telstra trying to communicate w #Telstra re. issue with my business NBN WiFi connection. Apprently we can now only text message our issues. No longer able to speak to someone on the phone! Been texting w someone since YESTERDAY & still waiting for answers! Beyond #ridiculous.

    @BorisOsery I gave up all especiallially telstra but Amaysim for my mobile is great value &never let me down ....yet! Been with them about 6 odd yrs or more now & got most kids onto it...👍

    @Telstra Thanks for the reply Ash - I have sorted the problem now but the response time on this occasion was unacceptable. The app determined there was a problem but I couldn’t raise a response for assistance either via messaging with the app or on the phone. Not great customer service.

    @Telstra You guys need any help over there? Constant connection issues and Internet dropping out. You cannot even hold a stable connection for more than 5min. I have been to 3rd world countries in the middle of nowhere that offer a faster and more reliable service.

    We've seen your vans and technicians all week since the storm last Saturday surged the telecoms @NBN_Australia @Telstra @optus. Why can't you fix it for the entire village and not just one household at a time? #medlowbath

    @Telstra everyday the @NBN_Australia drops out for no reason with no outages listed by you. Meticulously taking records over the past month on your premium service of all the issues, to present a detailed case to the ACC. Btw had no issues on your cable before I switched over

    @Telstra Just received new smart modem and set it up.. speed is much better.. 42.1 Mbps.. will let you know if any further issues
