@grow_dem_melons @Telstra Hello @Telstra, when people resort to social media to report issues, it generally isn’t because they are soapboxing. They are truely frustrated with something that doesn’t work which costs businesses money and has safety issues. Please do better.

@_anneew @Telstra @PatrickJaeschke “Help” after the 2020 fires had burnt our landline at Peak View NSW (1-4 Jan) was multiple dealings with offshore call centre staff, who were unaware of the fires! We have no mobile coverage. Escalation calls; multiple visits by technical folk; service restored in Oct.

@telstra It is now April 5, I still do not have a working Velocity connection. For the love of all that is good do not apply for a job with @telstracareers. Tier 1s have no authority and just cop it, Tier 2+s are so busy they can never get my issue sorted.

Maria my @Telstra Complaints Rep, called me three weeks ago to tell me she couldn't get through to the Velocity team as the queue was too long, and she kept getting hung up on. I suggested she make a complaint. She's not called back since.

Multiple issues and no closer to them being resolved. I have been a loyal customer for 20+years & cannot believe how the have treated me. No care at all or regard to providing good customer service. Lie after lie and can't believe they get away with this! @Telstra
