@advanced_agtech @Telstra Well with any luck social media might prompt something to be done because I’ve even gone through the telecommunications watchdog, directly with Telstra etc, to no avail. It’s bullshit, I wouldn’t get away with charging full price for half a service, nor should anyone else.

@Telstra It’s not only our postcode. Everyone you talk to that requires mobile service out in the rural & regional areas have noticed a severe drop in service in the past 12-24 months. Talking to agents, truck drivers & agronomists that drive many thousands of km a week and they agree.

@Telstra This is 3 Rd major issue for us last time was 3 weeks out. Not even apologies just lies about a car accident damaging a street device and parts coming from SA Again we were only one in our street without service.
