Does anyone else’s @Telstra NBN connection just cut out? For no reason and at random times, but very consistently for days/weeks in a row? And then it’s okay for a bit? And then it happens again? Or is that just my bad luck with Telstra.

  • Perryalt1 BPerry-CO42 Anti-Kleptocracy (@Perryalt1) reported

@CiceroConsulta1 @Telstra It says 24x7 not 24/7. Apparently there is quite a difference in 24x7 service.

@Mattys123 @Collin_G_Wood Got my young bloke on Moose Mobile $15 a month and 6GB Minimum with Telstra is $55 for 40GB I told old mate we would never use that much data, care factor zero. Fkn stupid that Telstra don’t have a low range plan

@Telstra ok so tech support came back after 20mins and said that he had someone from billing to talk to me then for the 3rd time, it hung up. I remember the first billing guy's name who palmed me off the first time btw.

  • samstrades Sam 🇦🇺 (@samstrades) reported

Telstra's Message Telstra feature is a joke, Live Chat was much better with instantaneous response; quality mobile phone service, but sh*t customer service @Telstra

  • unenergy Digby Bamford (@unenergy) reported

On 23 October 1995, a venture between News Corporation (in particular 20th Century Fox Media) and Telstra took place whereby Telstra would transmit a TV signal through its coaxial network and News Corporation would be the basis for offering channel negotiations and connections.
