@JJKALE2 Nah bob Hawke, sold CBA, Telstra, QANTAS and CSL. Also introduced HECS so in my book the worst.

  • breenzy_rocks Breenzy (@breenzy_rocks) reported

@SonofSolaris @Telstra How responsible? Should every company have full control of every other companies security systems? Hell should every customer have done a full security audit of Optus? Thankfully it's only names and work emails that leaked and nothing sensitive.

  • GasIsTheNewCoal 🦎 Jen 🐝 It's the climate, stupid. (@GasIsTheNewCoal) reported

@Telstra Plug into wall (old style phone) used to work when the power went out, so at least we could report an outage. Telstra tech told me there is no longer back up power at the exchange, so the minute the power goes out, there's no phone.

  • copeboox David Gardiner 🇦🇺 🌸 (@copeboox) reported

@Mbridget21 So the Optus and Telstra "hacks" seem like just a pretext to get public opinion to support digital ID?

  • vmainard Vicki Mainard 🇦🇺🕹🏀🐈 Albo is not my PM. (@vmainard) reported

@MzChocThunder It happens with Telstra lot. It is why I got away from them a long time ago. That and they treated my mother like **** when my Dad passed away and she wanted was his name to be taken off our phone bill. I hope Vodafone isn't next.

@Telstra That’s a woeful flick pass of responsibility to a third party provider with obviously little due diligence for the on going concern of Telstra staff. Yeah good on ya, I have never heard of anything like, but you, at Telstra think it’s ok. I fell so comfortable with this scenario.

  • slakj3s73r Morgan Hughes (@slakj3s73r) reported

@lukesmi00627524 @Optus @Telstra the best part is ... i dont need tech support, just want them to send me a new modem thats all , agreed to pay for it fine but its still taking over 2 days of new people trying to talk to me its getting past comic and into tragic

@Telstra Interesting approach raises questions and points. The real issue is that ALL IT systems are vulnerable. Let's be honest. It is not uncommon for Telstra to use 3rd party vendors and supply data.

  • Cookiemo1 Cookiemo (@Cookiemo1) reported

@Telstra Thanks. I may get back to you, I like the thoughts on boosting the signal on vehicles too. Maybe best to go to my local Telstra shop.

  • scooter524 John Read (@scooter524) reported

@Cyclops_Trader @Optus Get on Belong - uses the Telstra network and is a quarter the price. Optus network is dogshit, well, at least where I am.
