@Telstra Hi Michelle, it’s intermittent that it drops on to 3G and the moment I open the Telstra app to run speed test and report it starts to work again, and you can’t really help in that case right?

So I can't get onto my email account. Telstra support won't change the verification phone number until I send back the number they send me. Which I can't get because they are sending it to the wrong number. FFS

@jpsambo2 @Telstra They didn’t understand is not just service at my house it’s bad service everywhere you go in the country!! Phone calls even drop out or don’t ring in the towns. We pay top money for a service we don’t get 😡

@Telstra Honestly it’s just part of life now. Call drop outs, no data, even if you have service. We’ve just learned to live with it. Until Telstra admits there is a bigger problem across all regional areas nothing will change.

Internet gone tonight. At the bottom of our driveway is a Telstra pit where the copper wire comes to our house - it’s under water! Shame we never got Labor’s FTTP, the Libs copper is useless.

Once again @Optus manage to raise the bar in appalling service. Constant poor advice & incorrect guidance resulting in no service for a week. Your service agents show no interest in trying to fix the situation. Time to start looking at other options - @Telstra or @VodafoneAU ?

@Telstra arrive at store at 4:30 only to be told we can’t help and now we want to go home so we aren’t really interested. Have to make another call. Bottom line is we don’t care if you leave and we don’t care when we couldn’t provide internet service for 1 week. 25 years who care
