    @GordonGChang Im so used to it…they totally destroyed my Facebook…dumped shitloads of crap…hahaha..dumbff…didn’t see my night vision cameras catch their plate numbers,..while they spearfished my house…lol..sitting in their Mercedes, they have contacts within Telstra to locate ip

    @edgee001 @Optus Yup same here @Optus why have an online chat feature if no human ever responds? Internet has been down all day and I've had to hot spot my telstra mobile internet for work purposes 😠

    I don't think I've ever disliked a company as much as @Telstra. Paying for a service that is consistently not provided. Hotspotting most days. Just terrible.

    @Telstra I know. It’s interesting that Optus has worse coverage (fewer bars) but perfectly good data speed in that coverage. I’ve never been here except in January. It’s certainly not busy/crowded (Covid etc). I’ve also tried a few locations a few km apart with no change.

    @Telstra SafeWa App has become unusable on Telstra network in Mundaring WA area. How can we comply with government requirements when there is such poor network coverage. ?
