    @Telstra Yeah I'll happily help you with this at my hourly rate. Otherwise good luck with your journey through the broken my Telstra app that allows people to track accounts they're authorised on in crazy detail - including spend their Telstra plus points.

    @Telstra It's this complete inability to see the issue in a practical sense that has left the issue unresolved despite my efforts to simply give people I've helped in the past some privacy. But yeah I'm thinking data privacy isn't your concern. You're a telco - why should you care?

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I know they have a bad name but I've been with Telstra since they became Telstra. Only had one minor problem and they said because I was a loyal customer they re- imbursed me.

    @GavinWakeupint1 One company fails to look after your security the other has difficulty managing your payments on your account Good Luck to all those poor souls looking for service or a reasonable outcome in an Optus or Telstra store

    @Telstra I've done the 'message us we'll fix it' game on Twitter before. It's SOP to deflect from public embarrassment. It never goes anywhere. It's just deflection. I ignore it. But you've got them 'on roaming' (that's bad) and I can see their entire phone history. Not great.

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Telstra is monstrous. When my Telstra contract ended, I switched to Vodafone. 6 months and I've had no problems 🍻

    @Telstra Authorised. But why are they on my app? Never asked for that. When asked to remove them I've been met with complete resistance. I'm roaming now and these other accounts appear to be roaming as well. How? Basic broken Telstra systems. Not my job to fix your data security.

    UPDATE: 3 of my accounts were effected @ptus has given me some code to palm me off to some financial watchdog company And they refused to replace my SIM cards so I'll have to replace all that @ cost to myself. Hey @Telstra want another customer?

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I recommend Aussie Broadband. Good call service. Reliable. no complaints. I have tried Telstra (crap overseas call service if you have problems), IInet (they were great until they got bought out), Won't touch Vodaphone (deceptive conduct), and of course, our data sieve Optus.

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I've had horrendous trouble in the past with Telstra mobile customer service (dreadful website, staff unable to help with technical issues that are Telstra's fault). No probs with TPG fibre to the building
