@StNicolette12 @jriewolod @Telstra Sounds similar to my parents. Kept getting told there was maintenance in their area but only for email??? WTF??? after about 6 weeks and 15 hours on phone and chat it was fixed. They found the issue "on a different system".

@Telstra No because last time I did that I was harassed & bullied by 3 Telstra staff & still didn’t fix my problem. Your a phone company! Give me a no. I can ring & talk to someone in Aust. It’s called SERVICE! Try it for once!

@jriewolod @Telstra My mother was paying $300/mth for some terrible plan she should never have been on. It took a number of calls and waiting for hours on the phone, but I was finally able to negotiate to a more suitable plan. Once I could move her, we left and haven’t looked back
