    @Telstra @Antfarm81 nobody wants to sit on the phone talking with someone who can't fix anything from a desk... your questions are nothing more than public damage control... you might want to start upgrading your hardware before your going to act like you provide good service.. :)

    @Telstra Hi Zac. Husband drove out to call Telstra on mobile (have no mobile reception) this a.m. & were told by that we were part of a larger outage ... which may be so (Mt Wanderer?). My husband had ordered a satellite 'phone in anticipation ... but told they can't find one ...

    Hey @Telstra why do you have to be so blooming frustrating to deal with? Your app is cumbersome, the chat slow, and many of your agents dont seem to read/communicate very well.
