    The difference between @Telstra and @Optus … my home internet was down for over 4 days during a lockdown and I had to basically follow up every time myself to see if it would be fixed.. $5 credit. Optus, service is a bit slower than normal, here is $21 credit and a sorry.

    @HenryT38779235 @Telstra my business had copper service MDF installed in building. next year fibre comes out now they have to rip it all out if we to upgrade. nice going telstra. way to give the customer number 1 trust

    @bekscilla I'm trying very hard to see this as 'Telstra will help people whose phone batteries have run out while they're away from home' instead of 'ah, in other words Telstra can no longer be arsed to maintain their public phones so they'll die out one by one' o_0
