    @abcnews perhaps Telstra should provide free internet to remote communities and get Rio Tinto and Twiggy to subsidise it; do good Telstra and as you said only a fraction of your customer base so the cost can't be great but great for those remote communities :)

    @Telstra I wonder how many customers you are losing. Our office recently changed and with one pre-paid, locked handset, you'd think a professional organisation like @Telstra would help out an unlock (the 6 year old) device. So far, nothing been on the app all week #wasteoftime

    I have never known a company like @Telstra They take 2 $100 payments instead of one & when I contact them their answers is its okay its been credited to your account & then say we can't refund it into your bank account #karensgoingwild

    @MikeCarlton01 @CorruptNSW Telstra is under restructure, during the bush fires, all payphones were free calls plus WiFi, nothing during Covid, now they are shutting down Telstra Air WiFi (Residential) was 1st Jan, now March. If you are on a monthly plan, go to Aldi and get a $89 365 pack, unlimited calls.

    @Telstra wondering if any employees at Telstra has gone through the most inefficient chat process to solve a query for a customer. I am told you do not have the facility to talk to me over the phone. A phone company that is able to talk to its customers is astounding
