    We literally have no signal on our mobiles ( Telstra) since yesterday. Maybe one bar here or there. I am wondering how many people weren’t able to make 000 calls. 🤔 ps: it’s happening to everyone in my suburb.

    I wonder which network my @volvocars uses. It manages to get an internet connection down in my garage but my @Optus connection drops out on my phone, which means it’s not Optus. It’s probably on Telstra.

    After losing my patience with Optus and there pathetic customer service and their bloody hopeless Yes Optus sight that never could get anything resolved,bought a Telstra sim this week,,,,5hen spent 5 days trying to get it activated on their My Telstra app,still not sorted.

    @Devonhead @Telstra Good to know, I just wish @Telstra kept their service status page up to date as it always frustrating not knowing whether the issue is my specific service or something widespread

    @Telstra It simplifies for Telstra, not the customer. So the only options now are pre-paid or Telstra taking the money out? This disadvantages so many. You are taken financial freedom away from customers

    @Telstra long time customer here! Went to update my phone to be told I can only go on direct debit now! I pay on time if earlier yet that’s not good enough. Poor business model to force all customers to be direct deposit. Time to go elsewhere

    @RedFiddler @Telstra How do people cope with these complex and money draining corporations? It is the same here. Trying to cancel anything, move anything, make enquiries etc is impossible. We are held in their vu e like grip. Powerless. You have my sympathy.
