It took 5 weeks to connect my NBN to @Telstra. I gotta say, the reason I didn't go postal was because of the Concierge service by my allocated agent Ankita keeping me updated and only a text away. Only 1 person to deal with throughout. Great service!

@FelicityCG @Foxtel Upgraded to Foxtel satellite, poor technology (via Telstra) means box, cables through roof & actual dish not online ie Netflix / Stan. Then our HD cable was too old, so $300 for new cable & install. Then it wasn't the cable, but interaction between Samsung TV & Box. #poorcustexp

@Telstra Five weeks and four days. That’s how long you’ve had my complaint and yet not ONE person has ever rung me back. I’ve had to chase you each time. Still not fixed. If I had any choice I’d dump Telstra. Anyone interested in a class action, DM me.

i love spending three days trying to sort out connectivity issues caused by some overnight @telstra "maintenance". Very normal for ½ the devices in the house to just lose IPv4 connections and others lose all connection (ie my PS5), and others just be perfectly fine.

@michaelneale I think there's a way to force it to connect to a human. Sadly, they are all offshore, refuse to read the thread, and are mostly less helpful than the useless chatbot. @Telstra should be ashamed of this pitiful attempt to offload their responsibilities for customer support
