    @MWhalan @lucethoughts I have that aswell. Call centres NEVER introduce themselves to get through to the person. We got it for free from @Telstra

    @lucethoughts Yes, by scammers purporting to be from NBN. My service provider is Telstra. Only Telstra could disconnect it.

    @Telstra Hi Emily. It was a move of internet from one place to a newly built house. I rang last week and explained everything and was told that there was no problems and tech was supposedly booked for today

    @lucethoughts I had that today too! I said to the guy this sounds like a scam actually. And he said “oh really you think it’s a scam? Bad news for you no more @Telstra internet ! Anyway I find out in four hours I suppose
