    @Telstra any reason Telstra is throttling people’s connections, particularly to gaming servers lately? Couldn’t be an effort to sell the useless gaming optimiser could it hmmm? Bad routing maybe? Because vpns tend to fix this issue. Seems really shady.

    @Telstra My issue is theres other providers but weirdly none go to my address and most sit around the $60-70 mark and 45mbps while im paying 80 for slower?

    @Telstra I cannot reach out because the person who's name it's under is currently overseas so I cannot access the account. I have however troubleshooted the network with IT professionals, an ISP professional and performed every single step that would be provided to me by Telstra support.

    @ThatSaturnO I used to own shares in a company called Telstra. They made the biggest profit in Australian corporate history at the time. Shares went down. WTF

    After seven days and a total of 18 hours on the phone/ webchat with @telstra I finally have a working internet connection. The customer service experience has been abysmal, to put it mildly.

    Telstra 5G mobile internet is an absolute disgrace in North Parramatta NSW - 2 bars of service but no actual internet - PREMIUM PRICE FOR RUBBISH SERVICE…!

    I've found a new great way to get scammers to stop calling you! Get them talking for a minute or two, apparently ur Telstra got hacked and you lost all your money... just go with it. Then at some point as them if they know "Pierogi". They cannot hang up fast enough.

    On the boat so reliant on @Telstra 4g for internet, I can see the tower, but service is so congested I cant stream even 720p. One of the world's worst telcos, surely?
