@Telstra New phone, new sim, new number, new email, new contract. Made 0 calls. 48hrs later, SMS & Emails turned up asking for sub costs. Unsub link went to domain site. Took weeks to find culprit. Music site never heard of. Telstra passed on my info. Ur Scam

@Telstra Of course ur not expecting bad pr but incidentally, had iron clad get out of contract agreemant by 2 shop assists, later fired by manager & me getting billed $800 over 3 months fighting you. But I won in the end. So go **** yourselves.

@Telstra Maybe need to spend money on training staff some customer service manners! Hubby was told that he will have to call every month to have his bill fixed and corrected! Seriously ….that’s terrible customer service!

Wow @telstra nbn services have slipped from meh to terrible. Net Disconnected without cause or warning, now no help available on weekends. I'm pulling the plug and going elsewhere. Hard to wfh with no net.
