    @Telstra looks like Telstra has given contracts to some cheap offshore companies to save money without any trainning or supervision. These companies has right to treat customers as they want. No accelerations. Then why Telstra is charging its customers a fortune?

    @Telstra They'll just come back with the same old story. "The speeds are good enough & acceptable to Telstra". This is what I was told last time, in August. Back then I hadn't realise the pings were so bad. OK, can I DM you location and last case number?

    @profholden @DavidJSmith3567 @smh Yeah the privatisation of Telstra led to such great outcomes for internet service in Australia... It totally wasn't a total failure of policy that led to a decade of stagnant private network monopoly that the Gov had to spend tens of Bil$ "fixing" with a fibre public monopoly.

    @Telstra Why can’t I just buy prepaid? And no one told me about becoming a customer? Do I need to be one to operate this device? I don’t really want to pay an extra fee to unlock.

    @Telstra i ported my number in from @Optus, on day 3, SMS stopped working. On day 20, cant receive calls. When are you going to fix my issue? And what’s next? No data? 49944706

    The irony of being locked out of our @Telstra account because the Telstra network failed to send the SMS verification in time. Even with the $700 mobile phone booster, also Telstra equipment 😡
