    Went into the shop and with Tiffany’s very patient help paid the outstanding $164. That was over 6 hours ago. Still can’t make calls or send texts. I’m one of the few Telstra fans out here but this is a bit baffling (I take full responsibility for the initial bill problem)

    @Telstra @wheelyweb I never get a callback ever from an issue I've had for over 60 days. Now you know why I canned your very slow 4G service to take up Starlink. Once he releases his phone, Telstra won't have me as a customer anymore, and I've been here for decades.

    @rohan_connolly I was on the phone to Telstra last Friday night when this came up. on my feed. I started pissing myself laughing despite knowing it was about to come up. The poor customer service rep. I still laugh every time.
