    @Telstra disappointed that no one from your customer service, knows a Telstra tough 5 phone and how it’s settings work. My 79 year old Dad has been changed over his plan for the past two months and we’d just like this explained to us. He’s a 20+ Telstra customer, just poor form

  • rachel_pappin Rachel J Macpherson (@rachel_pappin) reported

    I never got the chance to put any credit on my iPad last night because of some security lockdown thing because someone hacked my Telstra account, I had to change my password, for now I’ll do hotspot with my phone until I can put more credit on my iPad later

  • ramanapanda Ramana Panda (@ramanapanda) reported

    @Telstra How do you expect customers pay the bill without sending proper bill? One staff member says it is $11000 and when questioned I get email to pay $5400. How does the customer know what is billed? #nototelstra #poorcustomerservice #NBN

    Putting out a call for all those dissatisfied customers of Telstra who are sick of being screwed around & treated like idiots. We have had enough of your disgusting service and imcompentency. Time for customers to fight back with legal action @andy_penn @Telstra #ClassAction

  • gabriellechan Gabrielle Chan (@gabriellechan) reported

    @pjlogue Well we have a private wifi provider but unless I am in the house (and often when in the house) my calls drop out. If I describe the problem tho to Telstra, they say no problem now and then I’m stuck. There are too many variables. Office in town might be only solution

  • busta1955 Lost Forward (@busta1955) reported

    So let me get this right, @Telstra. By your own admission, my NBN service does not meet even minimal throughput standards, but you are now going to charge me $5/month extra on my bill. Is this some kind of strategy to drive me to Optus 5G? If it is, it’s working.

  • stilgherrian Stilgherrian (@stilgherrian) reported

    My amusement this afternoon is to figure out why my iPad’s 4G data connection is geb0rken when my iPhone can do 4G just fine while sitting right next to it. I have the Telstra live chat happening so no need to do support via Twitter. It’s a curious one.

  • c_jordanclark Chris Jordan-Clark (@c_jordanclark) reported

    @dorkymum We have been with them for years and its been fine. You can choose to use Optus or Telstra network. telstra is more expensive but Optus is excellent in Tassie now.

    @Telstra support is exhausting 🤬🤮#Telstra

    @JM_Field5 @Telstra Last year providers gave extra data during lockdown but not this year. Definitely an issue to access.
