If you rely on Zoom (who doesn't?) do not install @Telstra 's Game Optimiser. It stops Zoom from working and is almost impossible to remove from your modem (3 days, and counting, of Telstra's Gold Member Support ). 4 ppl hot spotting Zoom in lockdown is a challenge I didn't need.

@Telstra Email no? These twitter responses are they only way I have found out. Then you keep DMing me trying to offer me the offers again for 3 months. So clearly no email to loyal Gold member customer. Because you guys are PATHETIC
