@Telstra @ooy33h I've been having the same issue in kingswood area since the 4th, I check the website and the date has been pushed back 5 times, 11th then 15th, then 18th and now 22nd... I have important work I need to do but cannot because of this outage.

@Telstra That doesn’t help me Tori. I am not being directly scammed. But someone has been able to make calls from my mobile number without using my phone or SIM card. The security issues that could arise from this are staggering. Please help!!

@telstra how many days in a row do I have to suffer an outage. Just fix permanently, instead of half a fix and then another outage which resets the restoration time. been on hold with @telstra for 40minutes and the person responding to messages online has gone silent.

@Telstra Your Gold level support is terrible. 7 weeks of asking to get nbn installed and you still can't sort it out. Absolute joke. More like fools Gold painted turds. @optus how quickly can you get me nbn in freshwater, n.beaches?

@thallam08 @Telstra If you get the X instead of the S and cancel after 1 month your total bill is 763.79... meaning you have still saved when compared to buying outright. As buying separately would cost 764.95... if you are already a Telstra customer this is the best way to buy an Xbox.
