    @Telstra incredibly bad customer service again. We have asked you to cancel our NBN connection multiple times so we can use another provider 2 days ago. Yet it’s still not cancelled and my family has had not internet for 2 days. How hard can it be to cancel!!

    What a *********** @telstra now refusing to accept the exact same driver’s license I’ve used for the last 5 years - can’t check out. Can’t upgrade, can’t preorder. Guess I miss out on this one. It was never this hard when I was there.
