    Hi @Telstra How do I do a hard reset of my Telstra TV box? It keeps freezing between changing from app to live TV and the pause / rewind live TV also freezes. I’ve unplugged the power but that’s no help.

    Can someone @Telstra @andy_penn please tell why I cannot get through to speak to a customer service officer regarding a bill enquiry. I have been trying for the past number of days and all I get is a text message sent to me with a link that does not help me at all. Absolute joke.

    Hey @Telstra what the heck is going on with your support via message (using your app)? I've made a simple request and had to repeat it half a dozen times, only for a new person to come along with completely wrong details about me, asking more questions. Why spend money on this?

    @Telstra Ongoing issue. Every day shift in the evening everything takes ages to load. Sometimes iMessages don’t work and get sent as a text message.

    @tonytardio @johnmwking @VicRoads Covid has been the excuse for bad service by ALL govt depts & large corps. Telstra is the worst , it is meant to be a telecommunications company so why can't they answer the phone?

    @Telstra @zoobomax @Telstra you need to get your act together with this, you are the ONLY streaming service in Australia that does not offer Disney+ and you've been saying that "you're working on it" since 2019. It's now March 2021. Seriously can you not see the THOUSANDS of complaints about this?
