    @Telstra I got an email about my prepaid plan changing, most details are fine but y are you getting rid of roll over? I'm on prepaid because I'm not made of money, the roll over is an important feature of prepaid, don't get rid of it! Yes this is a complaint.

    Damn, I was about to get an Xbox Series S with Telstra's $33 per month Xbox deal, but then noticed you have to have a Telstra broadband/mobile subscription first. Nope, not doing that.

    Calling @Telstra tech support is always such a great experience. Highlights include the guy who excused himself TO GO AND THROW UP!!! 🤮🤮Then when he came back couldn't stop his hickups.

    @Telstra @andy_penn @andy_penn mate, your service is a complete ******* joke. The answer to EVERY question is 24 hours. Guess what happens when 24 hours comes? ANOTHER 24 hours. WTF is going on honestly. I can already tell will be days without ANY MOBILE SERVICE.

    @__rymac @ryanjchr @jaronmc Cause a state gov deal was done before NBN with Telstra (who didn't want to do it) in that area when they built the new children hospital to get rid of the exchange and move everyone forcibly over to the fibre. Telstra never upgraded or updated it, NBN doesnt want to touch it.
