@telstra your mobile service at Calvary hospital in Bruce ACT is of a 3rd world standard, it's disgraceful 😑 Not even 1 bar

  • ma77mc マット (@ma77mc) reported

Really worried about @Telstra #3G network shut down. I have a 5G phone but it spends more time on 3G than any other and I’m concerned I won’t get any service at all.

  • yagirlpartyb YA GIRL PARTY B (@yagirlpartyb) reported

@Telstra but why can’t I just pay it out now? My issue is I was advised I could message and pay it out instantly. And then have been lead on and then not responded too. So that’s why I’m frustrated.

@hot_garnish @Telstra Gosh @NBN_Australia what are your teams up to. Sounds like you’ll need to pass on the missed appointment customer payment here x4.

@Telstra Stop trying to gaslight me young lady! Don't talk down to me either! I am paying your company good money +have done so since 1967 continuously. How dare you treat me like some kind of nincompoop! I demand that I be allowed to access my emails on my desktop computer any time!

  • poet47 Pamela Valemont 1947 (@poet47) reported

@Telstra OK, that's it, you have forced my hand, forced me to the wall. I will make enquiries today if there is any kind of alternative network service for 4272. You refuse to listen to me, not matter what I say. I have no choice. If I can find similar service for region, I'm gone!

  • Backflip25 Bryan (@Backflip25) reported

Been looking more into @Telstra upfront mobile plans & think I'll have to leave when MRO is up, Only network been with since my first phone - a Nokia 3210. As someone on concession that gets free paper bills the new plans are too inflexible & expensive not to pay in installments

People talk about Qantas as an example of privatization gone wrong. I'd put @Telstra forward as well. Seriously, @Telstra. Sort your **** out. We pay for a service that barely functions!

@DanieTreg @ScottRhodie @Telstra I got into it with them last night again. I’ve been with them for 15+ yrs I don’t want direct debit. I want post pay not pre pay I want Esim support. So I’m staying with the phone I have rather than upgrade. If they transfer my current account to “upfront” I’ll walk
