@Telstra Dear Telstra. Dec16 began NBN, new Telstra modem. No internet. Resolved around Feb. When the Modem was replaced. Internet is still painfully slow. Current issue advised as ‘resolved’. I want to know exactly what was the problem. Tech call is cancelled. Again!

  • LeonieGSmith The Cyber Safety Lady (@LeonieGSmith) reported

@Telstra Apparently yes by the owners of Warriewood square and the retailers for the last FIVE years! How about you reach out to Warriewood square to fix it so we can QR code in!

🌝 $SPA Spacetalk price movement over the past 2 days +15%. With its alignment with Telstra and major supermarkets as a distributor, can’t help to think instos and retail investors taking this company seriously. Holding at .150 😙

@CommBank @alital1981 This is what CBA says every time "high volume of calls" - a bank that makes billions of dollars and can't have enough telephone staff to take calls. Terrible service, probably worst than Centrelink and Telstra call centres. I feel sorry for the call centre staff.

  • siaasoo Sia’a Soo (@siaasoo) reported

@PrideLandz22 @vodafoneNZ Literally having the same problem with Telstra too

  • stevelikesyou Steve Gilles (@stevelikesyou) reported

@joelmcourtney @aemeredith I’d guess no, but if you discover otherwise I’d be keen to know. Premium 5G network, sure. Doubt there are premium towers. Was with Telstra before Belong and noticed no difference after the switch. Both at home and when in remote places.

  • advanced_agtech Aaron Tonkin (@advanced_agtech) reported

@JacksonByrnes @Telstra Lock your phone & Cel-Fi to 3G should work heaps better. The quality of 4g lately is crap I drop calls in Swan Hill

@jamnic77 @myknittingwool @noplaceforsheep Never trust a government for personal advice. Howard telling people they should buy Telstra shares and ScoMo tells over 60’s to get AZ. That won’t end well either.
