    @Telstra is your msge app working? You say it’s supposed to be like txting a friend....so far it’s like txting a bot with amnesia. 3 days looping seeking response to question. If you’re going to drive customers to your app for service, have the ability to serve them. #cxfail

    @Telstra After 2 tries with incompetent ones, someone was able to help. So after wasting a couple of hours it is sorted.

    Good to see @telstra running a nice little scam. You can get $50 off a month for 12 months off their XL data bundle but due to “technical” issue you may be charged full price for the first 2 months. If it happens in month 3, they’ll look into it. You won’t be credited for first 2

    @John25872967 @deniseshrivell I’m the opposite. I’ve kept with Telstra as my work took me too many rural towns and it was the only service available. I don’t think I ever had a problem when I was in Texas
