@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@Telstra Ongoing ... I'm a journalist and with effectively no ability to upload anything, my choices are hotspotting to my phone and burning all my data, or being the only person in the office. We're paying for a premium service here and are less than 1.5km from the CBD.

By analogy, it would be curious result to hold Telstra responsible for any oral defamation communicated through use of its service. So why do it with social media companies? The individual posting content should be held accountable - not the platform.

It's horrible when your internet suddenly goes down. No outages reported by the NBN or Telstra but I know there has to be one. Went around checking my WiFi extenders, then checked on the Telstra modem, it's led was green, it was saying it was online but no internet.

... no change. hopefully there was an outage and its fixed by morning otherwise I'm going to take this modem to my nearest Telstra shop and tell them about it. It sucks when you pay for a service and you don't get it, then they cover their ***, saying that there's no problem.
