    @joelmcourtney @aemeredith I’d guess no, but if you discover otherwise I’d be keen to know. Premium 5G network, sure. Doubt there are premium towers. Was with Telstra before Belong and noticed no difference after the switch. Both at home and when in remote places.

    @NorellMurrsonYT Living in rural tas we have a telstra exchange in our village about 3/4 of a kilometre away and I don't even get signal in my house 🙄

    @Telstra ADSL postcode 2221 and there is no outages. Avg speed over the past 2 years has been 2 - 3 mgbs down load speed. Your technicians have come out previously and unable to resolve the speed issue.

    @shoebil57672266 If they employed people who speak English clearly there’d be fewer problems. I struggle with calls from Telstra always. I only go to their offices now and deal in person as it’s safer.

    @btckr NBN paid a fortune for Optus' and Telstra's HFC networks when the advice from their own engineers was these networks are worthless. Then they paid a shitload more for Telstra's copper network. Turnbull stuffed the NBN full of ex-telstra executives who had a ton of telstra stock.

    @Telstra Here's an idea. Instead of bombing my phone with Telstra marketing txt's and my having to 'opt out' how about I have to opt in in the first place? Utter garbage of a company.

    So, using Telstra's chat portal in the Telstra app, it's taken me over an hour to get a plan upgrade (data+5G) on my mobile service. Now trying to add a secondary device (5G WiFi Pro) onto my account to share my data allocation. Which apparently I cannot do.

    @humf59 @Telstra Definitely don't read anything the customer says. A phone call would have answered my question in 5 minutes. Their chat bot is deliberately torturous.
