When will @Telstra fox our phones. It has been off since 4am and still it is not fixed. We have reset our phone, done everything. No help, no explanation.

Renationalise Telstra and Optus, and give them all the funding needed to maintain, develop and expand our telecommunications infrastructure across Australia in the interests of the people rather than private and foreign shareholders. #auspol

Wilson Law (@WilsonLaw) reported@ilanaremikee5 @MickamiousG I probably am wrong about Siebel CRM, but I do know that Amdocs is definitely. Siebel was painful to deal, so much issues when trying to provision services etc. Telstra & Ex Telstra employees fear these word "error-provisioning"

Alan Baxter ♛ (@AlanBixter) reportedTelstra should not be permitted to charge for any month in which the service is not, or is only partly available. Currently people who have notified needing emergency connections have none. Telstra should be liable for any deaths or injuries resulting.
