@Telstra Over 2 hours of my time with 2 Telstra members for no resolution is unacceptable. I was patient for over 2 hours. Put more staff on. I pay a shitload per month for a product that barely works.

@Telstra my business mobile service has been down since 2nd of Sept. I have called 3 times already... what's wrong with you? INC15947427 I just can't believe the level of incompetence... this is my business number and none of my customers can reach me.

@jriewolod @Telstra Telstra have really bad customer relations, I and my husband have been badly ripped off (by a new team member) inadvertently cancelled our phones 🤪 no fault of my own, and they don’t want to know about it, ombudsman had to be involved, he or his officers had it all fixed 👍🏼

@Mr_Lonley_One they can't do it, i have to do it through the telstra app and it was turned on by tetras default, it's BS as i had not had this feature for nearly 20 years and all i had to do was ring up and get this taken off, and the app doesn't work when you go into your privacy settings ...

@Telstra Oh, and that link you sent? How can I do that when the service constantly drops out completely? All bars on theobile disappear & I get a "no service" message. If I had any other way except intermittent coverage to report the problem, I would have phoned... Please help 🙏
