    @Telstra There are never any issues listed on your outages page when this happens. Wifi & phone eventually come back on but sometimes this happens 2,3,4 times during a change in the weather.

    @colleenmenzies @Telstra Was it The Nationals who were extra keen to privatise Telstra on the false hope it would lead to better services for the bush? Far from it, and almost zero chance of raising a complaint with a person @Telstra these days. They are swift to send a bill & charge for no services.

    @avery_neil Great. Optus is one of our roaming partners in Australia. Have you tried Telstra, or Vodafone Australia, incase this is a network limitation there? What happens when you try to call over Whatsapp? -Chris

    @SilkCharm @Telstra My friends at Telstra reckon that their staff in Philippines can't get internet at home so most Telstra contact centres are down or communicating via SMS. Time to change provider.

    @PCKJ3627 @Telstra @AussiemacJ Yes I have the same experience Pauline... They have increased it and I have buggar all internet... My daughter sent me some pics several days ago it took 3 to 4 days to upload them....They are going backwards with service
