  • CharlotteSDJ93 Charlotte 🏳️‍🌈🔯 (@CharlotteSDJ93) reported

Looks like @Telstra are being dodgy again. According to them, they're not a retailer and therefore the @acccgovau rules don't apply to them. Been fobbed off to the manufacturer of my faulty phone with nothing but a "we can't help."

  • antongerner Anton Gerner (@antongerner) reported

@Telstra Yes, they have confirmed the service disruption. When I has for some data they keep trying to upgrade my modem. This doesn’t help me right now. I now have the reference number

  • SilkCharm Laurel Papworth (@SilkCharm) reported

@skaye @Telstra @NBN_Australia Not that important I'm learning. The 4G backup (Arcadyn/Quectel) doesn't work anyway so we're using our mobiles.

  • skaye Sean Kaye (@skaye) reported

@SilkCharm @Telstra @NBN_Australia It took me 24 hours via messaging to get a simple response about changes to my plan. During one handover the guy asked me for all my deets again and seemed to want to start again after me spending 6 hours to that point. Told him to read the history, he never replied - 15hrs.

  • TheTonyHansen Tony Hansen (@TheTonyHansen) reported

@Telstra sent me a @Foxtel Now unit. Nice to have Foxtel, Stan, Netflix, Disney+, FTA all in one place... Hang on, @PrimeVideo "can't be installed on this device"? Into the useless tech junk box in the shed you go, then!

  • paul_lawrie Paul Lawrie 🎮 (@paul_lawrie) reported

@nigelwadsworth Woolworths of course. $150 per year ($12.50/month) on Telstra network and you get 80GB data. You also get a monthly 10% voucher to use at woolies in store or online that more than pays for the cost. Churn is smooth and easy. Boost is a worse deal and crap churn process.

Hey @Telstra what’s with your reception strength in the callala beach area? Very very poor strength
