@Foxtel your service is rubbish. U ring and your voice service sends you to the wrong location. U ring via Telstra and you get left hanging on hold for over 30 mins. U go through live chat and they refuse to help and disconnect the chat despite the fact that you are still talking

@Telstra I honestly don’t think I have the strength. They don’t understand the issue or refuse to accept that the cable is damaged. I’m dealing with storm damage and not sure I can argue with anyone about what help we need.

@Telstra There is a ‘very’ low hanging cable attached to a house in the street. The resident tells me they called to notify @telstra of the fault but were greeted with ‘we can’t help u as ur no longer a Telstra customer’ - surely this is not true if it’s your equipment?!

First guess is some sort of DNS issue at Telstra / Optus / VOCUS /. or a DDOS attack ? or just someone unplugged a ethernet cable somewhere..

Something is screwy......both CBA and Westpac banking down...has to be a Telstra issue.
