@Telstra How much time does a simple plan change request take with Telstra who don't have a call centre now and have a pathetic message service where support team asks the same questions again and again in every interaction? 5 days and still counting.

@Telstra So far it's the only one I know of. I used it heavily working at home. Looks Iike it's an IPv6 issue, domain lookup times out. Forcing IPv4 works in seconds like it used to.
