@SteveMcD83 I thought so. I 100% think it’s Telstra infrastructure that’s the issue, bcoz they’re always doing ‘maintenance’ out this way. TPG service has always been really good. It maddens me that Telstra’s shitty network causes these problems. I hate that my hands are essentially tied.

@Telstra There's no physical damage to the phone or the port (that I can see). This is really not good enough for a premium phone. I was hoping this could be looked at under some kind of warranty before the lease ends.

@telstra - I’ve had a TIO case against your company SINCE NOVEMBER and there’s been zero contact from your company. How much longer do you think I’ll need to wait before someone crawls out from a rock and contacts this customer that spends over $300 per month with you??
