    @Telstra , I have been devoted telstra user for years. Last Thursday I had a technical issue with my faulty SIM card, I visited point cook tesltra store for a sim replacement however when store rep tried to replace the card, my account froze and they can’t access my account .

    @sev_romero @NBN_Australia You're far from the only one, but we already know that. As does nbnco. You'd think they're owned by telstra, with how **** their customer support is. And how much they give you the run-around. ...and all the non-answers.

    leading me looses. I called telstra billing team about reparations and they mentioned telstra is not responsible for any looses even though it is due to denial of service. Appreciate if telstra team can confirm this? 5 day and counting of denial of service.

    @Jugeyfruits @AlsPatch @Telstra Lots of people recommend them but they don't do ADsl 😭😭😭. We're pretty much stuck with Telstra, who thought they'd fixed it today but the speed is still wildly unstable, several hours here and there at snail's pace. Better luck tomorrow I hope

    I'd rather have a colonoscopy and a root canal, simultaneously, without sedation, than to have to navigate the @Telstra support website. They really do everything humanly possible to prevent you from contacting them.
