@iPrimusAU You often suck but today you've really sucked with internet connections lasting a minute or so. I'm so far in credit you owe me money & I still have no internet after many hours? Thankfully, I can use my Telstra phone to connect. What are your people doing to fix this?

  • beverleycole1 beverley cole (@beverleycole1) reported

@KenBerhan Well if that's the case- why is my internet connection so bloody slow? And why am I paying Telstra $90 for the privilege Veronica?

  • CTRL_ALT_DEL Sam (@CTRL_ALT_DEL) reported

@Telstra Yep, the 11th of July and got no response. The problem is it’s an evening only issue.

@GeochemOz @peggymel2001 @JohnRHewson It stops the competition when they own the infrastructure their competition has to use like Telstra owning to network their competition needs to get access to. They make it hard for them.

@Telstra #OutbackNSW #FarWestNSW Ivanhoe population 200. Menindee population 550. Pooncarie population 170. Internet works just fine. Phone connection good. AND then we get to Broken Hill population 17,500 where Telstra services turn to **** with no explanation.

@SkyNewsAust Exceptional experiences. LOL Australia's digital network is a third world disgrace. Failed technology that Telstra was complicit in providing. $11 billion for their useless copper network. It's true value the price of scrape.

@andrewbogut I would have never thought that Telstra would have been knocked off the top spot for worst Australian company, but here we are. What a shame.

  • jddorian83 Justin Dimond (@jddorian83) reported

@Telstra Hi Viktor & Greg. Yeah we tried to troubleshoot. Here’s what I was told. It’s my SIM card that is faulty. What is hilarious is that I have 2 phones and a wife with another that all have the same issue. Your faults and complaints team are useless and should be fired

@blissfullyloz @DanielAndrewsMP rolling 1 yr option, while contemporaneously run a tender process for a new system. I mean FFS, Telstra is pulling the 3G service in 2024 !! What in the name of God are these people thinking when they make these decisions ?
