Hey @Telstra I can’t seem to report an outage & apparently being on SOS & all internet services down across the entire postcode doesn’t account for an outage! Can 3113 get an update as to when it will be back up and running again, no comma during a lockdown is a bit difficult!

@woodward_curtis My favourite Facebook one is the post where people word it like a letter to a brand they are annoyed with, like they can somehow see the post. "Dear Telstra. Thanks a lot for keeping me on hold for two hours while my internet is down only to tell me blah blah! <angry face>".

@Telstra Are you joking? Everything refers you to live chat. They are the most incompetent workers ever for such a simple service. You can’t expect live chat to sort out all problems they can’t even fix one. All they do is exit conversations and lie to me. I’m done with Telstra!

i'll be talking to ms R at 5pm internet work in the area ongoing until 6 so i will use the telstra stick rather than put the zoom meeting back an hour or more. watching constantly for updates but i think we will end up having to cancel this weekend. 1/2

@Telstra It wasn’t a scam call. I rang Telstra about my Telstra email not working and one of your call centre employees wanted me to give them remote access. These crooks work for you. What are you doing about that?

@Telstra Don’t use Victoria’s “lock down” as an excuse for providing ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Last time I looked Manila was still in the Phillippines!
