    @Telstra Not my complaint. My issue is that you auto opt in. Which is just a ****** practice done by marketing departments to artificially inflate their numbers. Don't worry, I've opted out of everything now. Thanks for wasting my time though 🙄

    @_erikaroper Might be worth checking out Telstra prepaid, cheaper than a plan - you can roll over your existing number and set up auto-recharge so it's basically a plan anyway. I pay $30 for 10G (and calls, texts etc) which lasts 28 days and rolls over unused data. Access to the whole network

    @NBN_Australia We have issue Telstra say it's coming from you guys yet yous never answer the phone bur we get landed with bills and no internet access (pathetic)

    To the bigwigs at Telstra: Could you celebrate Australia Day by giving your customers what they actually pay for; I did not pay to have 3G service, nor do I pay to have to go outside to send a text! We deserve better than that, invest our money in 21st century technology!

    @Telstra Done it many many times, they aren’t interested, off the record told there is not enough signal strength to the demand, we have 3 Telstra services, all same problem, even if we get 5 bars there’s no data strength. Everyone we know says same thing about Telstra

    Torres Strait & Northern Peninsula Area, Telstra server has been out from Tuesday ongoing -Hospital, school & police out -Ambos stay in their office & wait 4 sat phones 2 b called.. -112 can’t be called frm Mob phones without coverage This is not ok Who can help? @SenMcDonald

    @telstra why is your app & your website giving me error messages for 4+ weeks?? Multiple attempts with support/promises of resolution/escalation and no joy whatsoever. Long term loyal customer but patience waning rapidly.
