    @PetraAu @iiNet iiNet went to **** when they were bought out by TPG (everyone with a brain knew it would happen). I'd been with them since Mick Malone started it in the family garage. Had family & friends work for them. Finally gave them away & went to Telstra about 18 months ago.

    @Telstra hi, partner has no mobile internet service and limited reception in Cronulla all day, no outage reported on map. Is there an outage in that area? Postcode 2230

    Increasing. They are AGAINST compulsory super because they are mostly supportive of employers, not employees. The Future Fund is astronomically high. Billions & billions of $$$ from Telstra sale & investment. As a bi-partisan move, we should’ve drawn down on it for

    @Telstra I have an incident number INC13781033. The issue requires a visit from one of your technicians apparently. Your colleagues on the message service said they’d booked one today (16th March). I asked them to confirm twice. They did. Took half a day off work. No technician.

    @BrittMezher @Telstra I used the Jetstar website today and was wondering whether Jetstar may be able to challenge Telstra for Australia's Most Infuriating Service. But yeah, Telstra are the worst.

    I started updating my @telstra in February and still haven’t progressed anywhere. I have visited two stores plus a Telstra business centre. Dozens of calls to Telstra and still no result. He responses to any of my replies to Telstra. Very disappointed with my customer experience

    @SamsungAU And redemption have just rejected it because it wasn't a pre-order in January. I really think your process is broken and you need to discuss with @Telstra

    @BrittMezher @Telstra They are the worst. I’ve almost had breakdowns dealing with their merry-go-round customer (lack of) service. In the end I give up and end up where you’ve got to today.

    @PetraAu @iiNet Travelling from nsw to Qld & back couldn’t get over how poor the internet was, more dropouts then connections, I’ve never started my phone so many times before, never experienced it this bad ;( I’m with Telstra
