  @CoaltrainHunter @AnikaWells She's trying to playoff negative public sentimate at Telstra by coming across as someone authoritarian. She doesn't know much, she did say just use wi-fi calling during the outage.

  I’m a Telstra customer. I got an email apologising for the outage. That’s fine with me. Commercial customers maybe not so much.

  @AussieVal10 This is easy...I'm on Telstra. In a rural area so the phone doesn't work most of the time except when Telstra messages me to say my data ran out...after only renewing 2 days earlier...so mostly no internet on the phone most of the time either...even though i only use it to listen to pod casts from "conspiracy theorists" ...so i have just started switching it off most of the time anyway ..I highly recommend...Telstra service regionally...overpriced and mostly doesn't work except to "SEND" data ..of course...which i think is what i'm paying for....them to spy on me...LMAO

  @Ausbobsmit She is totally ******* mad .Watching her today belittling the Telstra executives for the outage the other day and all from somebody who has never had to run a business.She has never employed anybody or had to pay wages .With technology you can always expect things to go wrong ffs

  So where is RCS messaging if emergency technology is important? @Telstra Your CEO just said emerging technology was important at Senate Estimates. It would have allowed more people to message during an outage! @sarahinthesen8 @RossCadell
