    Fortress Telstra my 90 year old mother has had her telephone disconnected since the 30th March because of a change of account owner. Have spent endless hours to fix the situation to no avail.

    @NBN_Australia Did you even read my tweet? It has nothing to do with Telstra or their service and everything to do with you guys giving rural australia no upgrades to the infastructure. My node is 1km away and it's on old copper wire. Nothing they can do about it.

    @Telstra So we’re clear, 45 minutes on hold, with the same hold music throughout, a dodgy line to someone who couldn’t help me, start from the beginning with someone else, after being told the appointment would be 2 weeks find it could be done in 2 days. Then left on hold and cut off.
