    Please ensure that complaint ref # 52245375 is resolved on Monday 23rd Jan / best to CALL ME on the mobile / this is costing our business $10 to $15K a week in LOST revenue ☹ @Telstra @TelstraEnt Google fixed the minor issue with our website 3 weeks ago!

    @Telstra unable to connect to my twitch account, attempted restart a few times, but was fixed as soon as i changed my network from the phone to my home network (which is ****)

    @slsandpet I’m having trouble with everything. If you ring any major business or government enterprise you will have trouble talking to a human unless you are buying something one one exemption Telstra or NBN

    @Telstra Oh, and I’ve reported it and your site says there isn’t a problem. Try to troubleshoot and the system fails to operate. There IS A PROBLEM!!!

    @cameronwilson Also v handy for checking “does X network actually provide service where I’m at /. Work or live?” Without having to sign a contract or >1 month typically. Where I’m at in aus Telstra and Vodafone seem to be the best combo, Optus just does NOT work. At all, YMMV etc

    @Telstra Really? The @Telstra app confirms there’s an outage in my area, as does the WhatsApp neighbourhood group chat where people are going berserk about it. 15 hours now. Why would I waste my time doing that?
