    @Telstra I was advised by the automated bot that emails you about prepaid SIM activations that I need to contact you guys because some tech issue occurred and needed manual activation. Been a few hours now and I'm waiting for a response from the app's "Contact Telstra" part.

    @Telstra Hi I've been trying to get through to you, I keep getting problems using the 24/7 app - which is the ONLY way I am being funneled through - Iv'e tried the app over 7 times over the last two weeks and I've had no help, Ive written complaints and what am I to do? help me!

    Hi @Telstra . We had our nbn installed on Tuesday. While the technician on your app tell us that it is working, it is not. I was passed to some who does not respond. You called my wife today to check on the install. When she said we have problems, he hung up. Please someone fixit

    @Telstra can you explain why if a bpay payment is sent to a dead account number why the payment isn’t reversed back to the customer bank account??? To tell me that it would just sit as a credit on the dead account is absolutely wrong

    @alexmakin @Telstra So Optus said they’d fix it. They kept doubling the amount they said I owed until I took it to the TIO. That was my first experience with the TIO, in 2000.

    @NBN_Australia Well for a start we have changed providers and we now wait to see if their modem and services are better than Telstra but we were bothered by constant drops in speed and video calling was cut after 2 to 6 minutes,this went on for months and no one could fix it but still no tech.

    @Telstra Well that was supposed to be done on Wednesday so I don’t have a lot of faith, been waiting for the online team for bloody hours, they checked in once to see if I needed help with anything? Did they think I was contacting them for a fkn yarn about my dog? Worst customer service!
