@Telstra As a never-again-customer I'd like telstra to look into how cruel their policies are which require ripping people off and making it as difficult as possible to get telstra's errors rectified. The fact you only listen to paying customers says it all.

@jriewolod @Telstra Yes Telstra has no customer service - have been 6 months trying to get illegitimate Sensis charges reversed ! No refund and no assistance from Sensis or Telstra who send the bill . Arrogant monopoly !!!!! Wish you well !!!!

@Telstra @jriewolod Next morning update: I can't stress this enough. Take the issue to the TIO and have them deal with directly Telstra. The TIO will work for you to come to a solution within the Telecommunications legal framework. Telstra will be fined, reported and it may stop it happening again.

@jriewolod @Telstra Go to the ombudsman, Optus and I’m sure Telstra do too, have a special team who resolve more complex issues that are outside of the normal customer service capability.
