    @geoff_craig @Telstra Yes, happens with older equipment and pits that fill with water. And the connection doesn't go down completely, just degraded so 4g doesn't kick in. Pull out power to your NTD and 4G will come up.

    telstra denies all customers access to customer service @Telstra @Telstra_news if you phone 132200 computer voice says use website complain on website,your complaint is not dealt with and deleted ie cannot query bills amounts or plans,or plan costs,its illegalfraud #telstra

    So @Telstra, 24/7 nbn tech support?? Why do you have a phone number then all you can do is hang up and send me a link? Still no response from my texts yesterday. No broadband, backup not working - resorting to twitter for a response...all whilst I am hearing Telstra ads? Please!

    telstra denies all customers access to customer service @Telstra does any customer actually,know what they are being charged for,the type of plan,costs per call not listed on bill,plan vary at their discretion,telstra not upfront over costs to change plans & install fees #telstra

    @Telstra Thanks Jess - I have done the trouble shooting and when it completed the testing it asked me to contact Telstra - I gave up after being on hold for 4.5hrs
