@7NewsPerth Whoever sold Telstra should have written in a "Community Obligation" as they did with supply of service!

@Telstra My house isn’t really the issue — I have good wired internet there, and a new 4g receiver has gone in over the road which seems to cover the real holes. It’s the Ainslie shops that’s the issue. I’ve reported it before, but nothing keeps happening.

@Telstra @EvanLucas_INV No better customer service than: 'thanks for telling us here, tell us somewhere else'....

@Telstra Also for a 10 year+ customer, Gold service means jack, zip not worth anything. I would prefer to keep this conversation in the public arena. I have been lied too so many times this morning. A customer to telstra means absolutely nothing anymore

@Telstra Do you have a phone contact service for elderly clients in Australia? My elderly friend is having trouble with her account, and can't understand the Indian operator (who hung up on her, BTW)

@Telstra Hi How do I change my upfront sim only plan? Do I have to contact customer service or can I do it self service?

@Telstra Sadly endlesspeople have ‘looked into it’ and NOTHING has changed. Seems straight out that because Telstra have sold the network here to Opticomm, that have no interest in fixing our issues even though I am stuck with yourselves for at least 6 more months. @andy_penn

So my net just died and @Telstra are being really annoying with their protocols even though the owner of the acc is my mother and I handled our internet issues last time… to which I’m 99% sure I was made authority to change things on the acc, but turns out I’m not…. Great times

Having a tremendous amount of fun following Rosie Waterland's advice for scam callers. Recently described in detail an internet problem to someone from "Telstra" Caller: "uh you should probably speak to your internet provider" Me (crying): "But that's you? You're Telstra!"
