    @Telstra - a billing error on your part saw me cut off without any warnings or notifications. (Which I’m sure is illegal)It took an age to navigate your “automated assistant” that kept getting stuck in a loop. I was on hold for ages - what what you charge, your service is poor

    @Telstra This is not a mobile issue, even though reception here is atrocious. It is an nbn issue. It is compounded by the fact that the 4g back up for our nbn service isn't working.

    @MelanieTait I am with telstra and pay 99 like you. I got a new s10+ with the deal and 128 gig pm, as I am often in bad WiFi area's. I'm fine with it :)

    We have established there’s a mobile network issue with Telstra. Many mobile calls completely decay and are unintelligible. Be warned it’s a network issue

    Has anyone been able to contact Telstra to make a complaint? I have an old iPad and can't download the app, the only method of contact. I phone and get a recorded voice which sends me the link to the app! My local store is useless Can anyone help? #Telstra
