    @Telstra LIke the other big boys your suport model is one where the customer cannot possibly speak to anyone except an undertrained or underequipped front line person who will pass you to the wrong dept or cut you off so you have to go over the whole thing again.

    @Telstra Sorry, I meant I couldn’t even download the link! It’s time you fixed this ongoing issue. Mobile coverage in Queen Street Berry (the main shopping strip) was rubbish when I moved here a year ago. Time for a new 5G tower.

    @Telstra - Can't buy a phone on their website ("Something went wrong"). Support: "Go to a store" Also, Telstra store: "Can't place an order for you". Thanks for the experience.
