    Every single time, you get an L1 following a script. With no understanding or ability. I’m guessing Telstra cut costs by no longer training their support staff. It’s a failure of process and training!

    @Telstra I've spoken to your faults team, I've spoken to everyone. Your service is ****. All I get from the fault team is "We can't do anything as theres a planned outage" acting like 4G connection is any better lmfao. 🤡

    @vanbadham @Qantas To be honest it should have never been privatised. Commonwealth Bank, Telstra all went to **** after they were privatised.

    @redjimmie1981 @mmpadellan Right on! I had been asked to go to Oz with Telstra and help them launch a competitive network services at the time. I really miss New Zealand and of course regret not immigrating when I was given the opportunity.
