    @Telstra @offtrack350 OUTAGE IN CRAIGIEBURN, MICKLEHAM & RESERVOIR AREAS ALSO. This is becoming a joke.. Over two weeks and still no Internet.. We pay for a service that we DO NOT receive.. I think it’s time to call the Telecommunications Ombudsman..!

    You message me for two weeks saying be phone drama as fixing stuff but in my area NO different prolly worse come on if going to fix fix it so can get 4 g instead 3 g any answer @Telstra @Telstra_news ?????

    @dippizuka Another one was receiving a random modem in the post and asking Telstra why they were sent it. "Yeah we sent you a modem incase you want to go with us. If you do, just plug it in." On the back end, they'd already churned their PSTN/DSL service to a VDSL2 variant like FTTN.
