Honestly @telstra what is the matter with you? Even your "secure messaging" is not working, have been waiting on hold for half an hour. Twitter message responses at glacial speed. guess you don't actually want customers who have been with you for ~ 60 years.

If the government help us with monies why council sending letters to pay but no offer any help and charge interest if I late also Telstra charge u 15 if u late and asic charge 82 dolkars fees to be late and every oneelse chase u for monies but no help gladiz tell them to easy off
