    Some time ago I resolved never to use @Telstra again. About 2 weeks ago I relented and got a new contract. Is it working, NO. Can they fix it after almost 5 hours over 4 sessions on the phone to them, NO. Do they know what’s happening from one cell to the next, NO. #iwantout

    I’m seeing a lot of hate being thrown at Vodafone for the outage, which, yeah that’s fair. But it seems like all these people have forgotten about the Telstra outage last year.

    @VodafoneAU But unlike telstra when their network goes down I bet you wont offer anything to make up for terrible service like this.

    @Telstra you need to get your act together and provide customers with "proper" receipts for phones purchased online to redeem with Samsung for earbuds. After a week corresponding with online help, still not sorted. Terrible customer service.
