    @bugwannostra When I was accused of sending harmful messages during a custody dispute and had an AVO placed against me,I went to Telstra and paid $30 and they printed every text message ! The case was dropped the moment the judge read them.Surely they can do the same?**** it I’ll pay the $30.

    The last week in January I got about 25 scammer phone calls on work, mobile, and (mostly) landline. This week I got only one - they were flummoxed when I told them I was intentionally sending errors to the @Telstra servers to create a homemade DDOS attack & laughing manically.

    @shaunmicallef For calls from public phones turn the dial half a notch after dialling the number and you'll never pay long distance rates. I've kept this to myself for decades until recently when Telstra stopped charging for phone calls.

    @rhythbuster I've been on hold with Optus for over 90 minutes and I think their tech support finishes at 8. The outage is reported on NBN's and Telstra's sites but not on Optus' and I can't get an ETA for a fix. How long was yours out?

    @mcannonbrookes @latingle What I do when I get a call from the ATO with an Indian accent is play along with the convo for as long as I can, they hang up and never call back, even with calls about my Telstra internet which I don’t have. I get a laugh out of it every time!.. for ID I given them my 5yo DOB.

    @Telstra I had a complaint raised, theny called and said there was nothing they could do over the phone and Mum needed to set up an online account!! They were then getting someone to call yesterday and surprise. Nobody called. I'll send a message but not holding my breath for a resolution

    @Telstra hey telstra, my father in Emerald Queensland 4720 has lost the internet. I’m aware that there has been a telstra outage in the area! any idea when it will be fixed?

    @fictillius This to do with the Telstra and TPG-Voda agreement? Is it being seen as a bad thing? I only get the positive spin from work haha.

    @Sandra_Sully @Telstra I hope you get a helpful response to this, Sandra. I had a similar experience in 2020 that wasn’t resolved & the 89yo man I was helping gave up. Multiple calls not returned, promises of action & follow-up never kept. Fancy ads with tinkly music mean nothing.
