    @Telstra I spent most of the day yesterday trying to get my prepaid service fixed without success, twice I had to ask the call centre person to explain a sentence they wrote that made not sense. Today I rang the only number I could find to be told to use the online help..1

    Everyone I work with on @Telstra mobile is having issues in Canberra City (2601) - can't access data (and not much 4G reception either). Just for your awareness...

    To lodge a formal complaint to “get head office to fix their sh*t”. A quote directly from the Telstra store manager. What on earth is going on. It’s appalling.
