@danwarne @Telstra Alternatively Dan, just use the Telstra modem and a different network device. I used to use the Smart Modem with Google WiFi, and shut off the WiFi on Telstra's.

I wouldn’t recommend going with @Telstra if you want any form of customer service. Chat has been taking about 30 minutes between each response (if you’re lucky) and when I called customer service they wanted me to use chat. Then agreed to do a call back which never happened.

@Aushiker It’s been impossible for customers to get to talk to a Telstra consultant for a while now.. gave up and switched telcos after 3 months of trying to get help to sort out an issue. It’s going to get worse?I remember when they used to call at random to check if I was happy!!

@Telstra No reply to instant messages in over 3 hours. Was on hold on the ohoke for 45 minutes before rudely being disconnected. On hold again for now over an hour. I have **** I need to do and can't with nil access.

When there’s one customer being served in store and you’re waiting 50 minutes for the 3 other @Telstra staff standing around to serve you after they gave a 20 minute wait time

Is it just me or is @Telstra gold support via chat just a complete disaster? 2 days of trying to sort a simple question, 4 times I’ve been provided the wrong auto answer, generally 45 min waiting for a response, still not even close to a solution #servicefail
