    @MaggieMacphers6 @DavidPocock Sorry for your loss. Sounds like the crap my mother went through to get my father's name off the phone bill with telstra. May I add we are longer with them. When things like this happen things should be in place for a quick and painless fix.

    @CaptainMetadata @ashleygraf_ Is it unwise to keep optus service do you think? I have asked the reseller to fix it many times It does seem to slowly be starting to behave like a normal phone service I tried a telstra reseller for a month but it was problematic too and sometimes refused to put calls through

    Hey @Telstra your IVR immediately drops the call if you say the call is to “cancel an account”… straight outta Comcast?!
