    In over 100 calls I allegedly made from Telstra service I had from 2017-18 there is no IMEI number for the calls on log.

    @Telstra Karla@Telstra Aitkenvale sorted it. The staff there are great. 1 phone call while on the tarmac & by the time I landed the order is in progress. Gold Support Chat thing was fast but useless for Velocity & the phone support was worse. I get you gotta save money but man it’s crap.

    Yesterday @telstra organised for a technician to come out for a NBN fault that we never said existed. Then the technician called us and said they won't be coming out because there is no fault. All we want is to upgrade our NBN plan, #Telstra are playing games.
