Yesterday, finally my internet disconnected more than 5 times. and today I ran the service health check and it shows me my area has outage, but telstra outage website does not shows me anything. I want to know when can I get back my internet.

  • JamesPinnell James Pinnell (@JamesPinnell) reported

@markhumphries Genuinely think it's worth buying a 5G device (maybe your mates at Telstra can help? ;)) or even a Starlink to take to each property to avoid this. Pathetic the owners won't even cover it.

  • omgitsmatt14 mwil (@omgitsmatt14) reported

@Telstra Thanks. I contacted your help chat earlier today and they just told me they'd have someone contact me in 3-5 days. Which doesn't help as I kinda wanted the gift card tonight

@Telstra It’s a simple issue. You are not provisioning your towers appropriately given the amount of increased traffic. But how is some joker in India ringing me supposed to help?

  • GraemeJay_Bundy Graeme Jay💕🇦🇺 & 🚴‍♂️💧 (@GraemeJay_Bundy) reported

@DongorThebly @markhumphries We moved to 5G & all is fine now but there were teething problems. Our printers & solar power system would not communicate with 5G until the Wi-fi was modified to work with two available frequencies. Telstra is aware of the issue but didn't warn us.

  • NBarton Nathan Barton 🇦🇺 🇹🇼 🇺🇦 (@NBarton) reported

@NBN_Australia NBN tech said with line speeds of 45 down and 8 up I should just go with @Telstra 5G.

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported

@purana @Ubiquiti @mikrotik_com Before I went Unifi, I had Apple Airport, Fritzbox, Telstra WiFi cable modem (at various times, not together). What problems have you had with the Unifi gear though? I've found the roaming in particular to JustWork(tm), across all four SSIDs I run (I'm about to set up guest...)

  • purekrome Pure Krome (@purekrome) reported

@Telstra Is there any reason why there's only 1 bar of phone coverage in the Ivanhoe 3079 suburb for the last few months on mine/family/friends-living-in-this-suburb's iPhones? Was there a tower "near by" that's damaged/offline/not working anymore?

  • ChelsLovesGames ChelsLovesGames❤️🏳️‍🌈 (@ChelsLovesGames) reported

I’m going to need a new phone since this one is beginning to crap out on me (I think the battery has started leaking because my phone is saying there’s liquid in the charging port). Guess I’m going to Telstra after work tomorrow.

  • LJPatton Laurie Patton is The Lucky General (@LJPatton) reported

@Telstra incompetence keeps amazing me. Just had a level two operative from India tell me that 10Mbps on #5G is “a good service”.
