@DameHat @Telstra Those ‘free’ accessories are never even close to free, are they 😠. I have no problem paying for all of our Telstra products, but this guy was using words like mandatory & compulsory & I know it would bully many people into things they can’t really afford.

@Telstra How about fixing our fixed internet service? Less than 5 mbps and constantly dropping out. Waited 50 minutes on the phone to be told nothing wrong.

@Telstra where I've lived just 5 minutes out of scone for almost 5 years now the mobile internet here has gotten progressively worse up until right now where I'm getting 0.1mb down!!!!!! I have called and asked for it to be looked into for years and constantly get ignored!!

Thanks to @Telstra’s team - I have now recharged with @VodafoneAU so I could file a complaint with the TIO. How’s that for some irony? Worth the $50 recharge. Wish #telstra was able to activate my service after 7 days but nope. It’s now 5:40am - a 4 hour ordeal.

@GabriellaS24 @Telstra Glad to hear they listened properly to you and fixed it. I really think that a lot of the problems with Telstra’s reputation come as a result of those profit centres which operate under their banner but aren’t actually Telstra controlled. How are we to know which is which though!
