    @SalesFixJason @Telstra How many customers do you think they are chatting to at the same time? My last experience was they need to halve the number. Good service but calling them is a better experience at the moment.

    Everytime the @Google/@Telstra tv ad runs with an actor saying “Hey Google,” the Google function on my tv thinks someone is talking to it & shuts everything down while it waits for further instructions. If Google is as clever as the ad suggests, it should probably know better…

    So we haven't had NBN service for over a week now & according to Telstra it is because of the floods in QLD/NSW. Does this sound right given we are in TAS??
