    @Telstra I’m a business customer (mobile) & I’ve been completely screwed around by ur support staff getting a number transferred into my business account. Who can I speak to for support? Ur phone number no longer accepts calls and ur email is a no reply. It’s beyond a joke now.

    @Telstra 1/2 how a company, from a safety perspective, can get away with offering a disgraceful regional service and not be held to account by the powers that be is staggering. Being able to get service in this day and age should not be a bonus it should be a given.

    @Telstra I Signed up for a plan and my phone hadn't arrived in 2 weeks.There has been no contact as to why. Called the Qld number I was dealing with (I'm in W.A) and they had no clue how to fix it. They told me to call 13 22 00. Waited for 40 minutes and was hung up on.

  • Vaughan13Greg Greg Vaughan (@Vaughan13Greg) reported

    @Telstra If your ALWAYS working to make it better I would suggest the person in charge of that project should maybe no longer have a job. Been disgraceful throughout WA for the last 5 years and getting worse. Why is everyone having to invest in boosters to ramp up the inadequate signal ?

  • Vass2016 Vass (@Vass2016) reported

    @andy_penn Sir, My 86 y.o mum has been without her phone for 24 hours. I have called, gone online, visited a Telstra shop and not one call or acknowledgment from Telstra. WTF is going on with your company that you cannot respond to your customers?

  • pbwalker30 pbwalker30 (@pbwalker30) reported

    @Telstra have been experiencing dropouts on my connection. It took 14hrs for a response followed by an accusation that I was violating your terms of agreement because my connection was defaulting to 4g!!! How about giving me what I’m paying for! How’s that for a solution!!

    @The_real_J_Web @AttaiZayn @Telstra You too I wonder when they'll fix their ****

    @Telstra More wasted time trying to get a problem fixed, only to find another has been created. Telstra has been a complete basket case ever since Sol & his amigos were let loose. After 40 years of being with Telstra I'm looking forward to a new provider once my contract expires.
