    For anyone thinking of switching their service to Telstra don’t even think about it. It’s been over a week since I have been able to use my phone to make and receive calls all over the incompetence of some Telstra employee and I still have no resolution date in site. RT

    @ipaddockapps @Telstra Have had problems in the past when tower strengths have been altered. Somewhere in rhe middle it bounces between towers and does bugger all

    Name me a more frustrating experience than trying to watch a streaming service using your phone as a hotspot with @Telstra in regional WA. I'll wait.

    @Telstra is there an internet issue in Newtown NSW 2042? I’ve been trying to work from home all day, and it’s been on, and mostly off, all day? I’ve had to go for a walk to ask the question?
