I thought service couldn’t get worse than Vodafone, but @Telstra has one-upped them with my pending NBN service. 3 weeks without home internet, no technician appt scheduled & no possible way of speaking to someone over the phone. Three days of ‘chat bot’ getting me nowhere!

@OldCroaky @Telstra Yes the old junk e-mail is also a problem. Once they have your e-mail address you end up getting all sorts of useless information. Normally I direct that stuff to a junk e-mail folder though.

Just spent an hour on the phone to @Telstra about a fault with appallingly slow business NBN speeds, only to be told to call the Business Centre & make an appointment. The Business Centre only takes calls during business hours. Helpful.

@Telstra Thanks Greg. Second day in a row the tech consultant has not turned up. Really poor form. The modem is 9 months old. I really am lost for words. A normal business would be doing everything they could to make their customer happy. I’ll leave it there

@Telstra what is going on with the NBN in Grafton NSW? we haven't had internet since 12pm yet apparently there is no outages? it's strange too cause all the lights are on both modems and it says there is internet and signal strength...
