@Telstra shops are the biggest waste of time with the rudest customer service. If your shop, which is open for another 3 hours, can no longer take any customers a) hire more staff or b) close the doors. And “hi I’m after a new phone” should not be met with an eye roll #shoponline

@AnnieBrownie4 @cambo5157 It was an Optus press release. Telstra is having a quiet laugh at the moment. Mick Fuller reckons Gladys needs to be trotted out to do her thing, but I am not sure it would help.

@Telstra is a prime example of why privatisation of an essential service does not work. Why does it take three wks for me to book an appointment to give you money? Isn’t privatisation meant to make it *efficient* and consumer focused? I’d have more luck at Medicare rn

Hey @Telstra are you trying to keep your complaints stats down by having it throw a server error when the submit button is clicked or am I just unlucky?

@JennaPrice @gavinlmiller1 @Telstra Have an old phone & it'd struggle with another app. Often only 3G/h+ reception. T promised home net, never delivered, kept charging. Cancelled it, but T then sent bills to the email I never had. 2 years on, still not sorted. Demand I jump digital hoops, knowing I can't. Grrr

@JennaPrice @Telstra They have 2 years of DMs to scroll through. Ombudsman intervention then, promise made, never kept. Dozens of dms trying to resolve when phone out. They demand verification via links that do not work, all documented. Have limited dexterity Not wasting any more high farce But thx
