@RayLovison @Tank9999 @johnsy123aus telstra changed mine from 100mbps to unlimited for $5 extra 6 months then $10 after that. I live on my own and use average 12mbps-20mbps , when i told them I dont need it they said too bad your having it no going back. Speed just the same. I also was told I was a winner/chosen.

@Telstra The reception problems in Carlton North are now pretty dire. About 9/10 times I try to make return "network busy" error. Similarly, most incoming calls don't get through so I'm constantly getting voicemail notifications - which of course I also can't call.

@adambspencer The Telstra method of automatically ending the call at 59m:59s, regardless of whether you are speaking to someone or not, then spending 20min re-explaining the issue many times to get back to the person you were speaking to, & then rinse & repeat is a very specific level of hell
