You are an absolute joke @Optus Went into a store about an issue and they couldn't fix the problem and twice today I contacted the customer care centre, both times got put on hold and you hung up on me. I'l be contacting the ombudsman and moving my services to @Telstra

@Telstra Thanks I did do that earlier turning it off and rebooting didn’t help. Headache and tired now so will wait till tomorrow and hopefully it’s fixed.

Has @AMP_AU taken over from @Telstra as having the worst customer service in Australia? Password reset doesn't work, can't get past DOB verification to log a job. Call centre says ring another company.

I pay @Telstra for 4G if my internet goes out and do you think I am getting 4G? No, no I am not. Never get it. Ever. Been lots of outages.

@Telstra I don't have a personal telstra phone number so I can't use your app. Also incidentally, the "I'm not a robot reCAPTCHA" failed. My concern is for businesses with many telstra services in rural areas. If 3G network coverage changes over the next year, they will need to know.
