@Telstra @danking265 Tom, it’s not location specific. We farm in several locations 140km apart and my experience in the past month has been that there has been a massive deterioration in phone signal at every one of those locations. Phone says 2-3 bar signal but can’t call or drops out. 🤯

@Telstra Finally we called and we are told that Telstra will send out a technician to see what is the problem but it will take 24 hours to book one, this is how incompetent Telstra is.

@Telstra I doubt that very much Ash. I have no faith. For a simple issue this has been unacceptable. I realise you’re here to placate me and so the social media world think you’re here to help. But like the app, Telstra is just putting on a front. It’s crap.

@KevKellaway The magpies tell me that (i) yes that's a mobile tower above the Centre and (ii) Optus has already turned their service on, Telstra yet to come. The Centre retailers are cheerin' :-)

@Telstra I’m a gold status customer and this connection is over 2 years. I was told after three cancellations for a technician it’s been sent to level 2 support? Whatever that is and that someone would call me in 12 hours. That’s after I spent 3 hours on the phone. And no one has called

@Telstra O I sawped my s9 device because of same reason as well as when I changed to esim the issues with that and now it appears that a large chunk of weston Sydney expressing network issues too
