Dear @Telstra, you are getting ridiculous now. Sending a message to say " your prepaid service will expire on 31/01/23" .... recharge is actually current until 03/03/23 and today is 07/02/23 🙄🙄

@Telstra hi there, this is getting really frustrating that I have full bar of 5g connection but when on the training travelling from Blacktown to Townhall. The video quality is so poor. It’s like I am back in 1900s. You really need to do something about this!

Lmao, when you call Telstra they tell you to hang up and call through the app... But there's no "call" option in the app - only messaging. I want to talk to the Saves team, not some script trained chat member.

Another 2.5 hours of my life wasted on the Telstra chat "help".... This is now the 4th time. Once again escalated to NBN co. I bet I still won't have working broadband after they look at it 🙄

@BreathHistorian Breathy, I remember walking down that particular road in the early 90s and seeing that Telstra sign which said Wifi . Don’t know why it took so long to be a staple in our homes .

@Batman2242 We live in the country on a farm. Telstra mobile reception is awful to non existent ( but better than Optus, vodafone etc) and we have ADSL2 for the internet with NO chance of getting the NBN here. Hence the landline which I use daily and mobile...
