    @Telstra Thanks Shaz, unfortunately it’s been like this in this pocket of Rye for many years, so the troubleshooter won’t help I’m afraid. I have only recently returned to Telstra after a few years with another carrier and have just realised it’s still bad here, which is disappointing.

    @Telstra Already under investigation. First thing a computer security specialist asked was which ph service, thinking it was a small tinpot company but no, he is with Telstra.

    @Telstra I feel like I have to contact Andy Penn again to try and get some sort of action! This is ridiculous! No internet since 12:53 on Dec 26 and I can not get any real help!

    @Telstra That would be fine but with NO internet since the outage and no it has not been restored I can’t do that and that is the very reason I need to do it!

    @Telstra Our account that I have been authorised for years! This is ridiculous and we will be looking to move all our services to another provider due to the total lack,of service and care. 3 days now with no internet, constant no mobile service it is disgusting

    @discoball2000 I’m with Woolworths (they use Telstra). Works fine and I get 10% off a shop each month, so costs me nothing. Coverage is an issue being in Tassie and family in rural eastern seaboard, and it’s performed as well/badly as any

    @Telstra Is there a bigpond email outage at the moment? pop server not responding for the last 40 minutes or so.

    @sandylanceley @p4ndr_ If Telstra had invested in infrastructure instead of just letting their inherited copper system rot, we wouldn't have needed the NBN as the network would have been already upgraded to fibre.
