    @Telstra @Pink Does this mean you will delay general public and allow gold tier+ still first priority? This is very poor - you tell me what a great customer I am so I get priority access but it has been a debacle.

    @Telstra The app is not working as I said earlier. The velocity team gave me number to call foxtel directly but they redirected me to telstra as we have it with our account. I am no closer to the foxtel service transfer. Appreciate more advice please!
