@Telstra And can't upgrade my plan more than once a month what bullshit is this ??? Not too mention the bullshit customer service messaging that has been going on for over 2 hours....
@Telstra @Telstra I had to drive to another suburb to write this tweet. I just moved my home broadband to Telstra 5g and my mobile from Optus. Clearly that was a terrible decision.

@Telstra Drops out randomly without warning.... then a few days later I get email from you guys saying an outage but everything is fine on my end....
@MichaelAckland3 It would also be great if Small Business didn't have to spend 4 hours and 59 minutes on the phones to have their phone and internet restored. We have lodged a complaint with Telstra, TIO and requested our case be esculated. We still have no phones or internet.
@andy_penn Customer service at Telstra is abominable. No business owner should have to be on the phone for 5 hours to ask for their phone line and internet restored.
@Telstra is about the worst business I’ve ever had to deal with from a customer services and desire to retain customers perspective. Along with their high prices, I don’t think I’ll ever be one of their customers ever again. @VodafoneAU on the other hand are brilliant.
