    Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer support I’ve been trying for 6 hours to check the status of my name change request with Telstra and after HOURS of back and forth with no progress over their message system got sent back to a robot: “hi how can I help”

    @Telstra Your customer service is disgraceful! Your automatic phone service keeps hanging up on us!! We are trying to cancel our internet plan and cannot do so thanks to your terrible service. Can you please respond back immediately with easy access for us to cancel our internet!
