@Telstra You can't be serious. You have no idea about customer service. What an embarrassment you are to Australians. People in my family have been users for over 50 years...you don't care how bad your service is.

@adammw @skylxrksays Woolworths Mobile (Telstra MVNO, so only parts of 3G and 4G) will support eSIM in the next few days.

@blakandblack @Telstra Has anyone thought of making a complaint phone call or email to the Indian High Commission in Canberra every time they get an Indian scam call? If enough did it, perhaps India might crack down on these criminals? BTW I don't know if the Indian Govt is trying to stop them.

@Spaceman001975 @ReallyTrulyGod @MikeCarlton01 Telstra was only going to role out a fttn network if they could set the access prices for competitors. They were only doing it because it would make the competitors equipment in the exchange useless and give T full control of the copper lines again.

@selga55 Jane is getting well versed in saying black is white or vice versa… Malcolm had an opportunity to do something about the poor communications network (as Howard did with Telstra) but squibbed it relying on dodgy advice about 5G… but NBN execs are still making a fortune
