    @Telstra Have been advised it will be 24-48 hours until the issue is even looked into, and no timetable for a resolution. Not great when the majority of Sydney is still working from home.

    @Telstra I’ve attempted to contact through your messaging app which contacted me about the previously unresolved issue. I’ve tried again and found the service to be similar. It’s unacceptable to Australians paying premium prices for a service WE used to own.

    @Telstra Please sort out your Telstra App staff who don’t appear to have customer enquires high on their priority list. It is also disappointing to find out you changed the upfront plans without the #eSim feature which was previously available. 😑

    @Telstra there re internet outages across the whole of the eastern suburbs in sydney yet Telstra still reports no problems do they even have a clue what is going on an incident has been lodged and someone is supposed to@come around tomorrow to investigate
