  @JennaPrice @Qantas At Telecom Australia in the 80's there was a display on the wall showing how many calls were 'in queue'. When it got above a threshold, operators were called back from breaks to bring it down. Based on recent experience with Telstra, the display is long gone.

  @Telstra why is it so hard to to talk to someone on the phone??? The stupid automated voice crap I've had to go through 3 times just to be told "follow the link to our website" before being cut off has me in tears! I've paid my bill twice. I need a refund. Who do I talk to???

  @Telstra Yes, I have been having broader connectivity issues. That is why I was trying to use Telstra’s troubleshooting facility, which requires you to create an ID. That process failed to send the verification email, so I couldn’t troubleshoot. Then both support numbers hung up on me.

  Again @Qantas !? @Qantas has made changes to my flight AGAIN & now won't allow me to make online changes. Currently on hold with @Qantas for between 2-2.5 hours to make a simple change to my booking. Never thought your customer service would be comparable to Telstra.

  For the last 3 days, my telstra mobile data is either very slow or non existent. I have tried turning the phone off and on, it's not my phone. A colleague at work is having the same difficulties. Please can you help??? @telstra @networkoutage
