    @Telstra 2/ Asking me about NBN when I have been waiting for nearly THREE hours for some kind of resolve is just ridiculous. Not to mention having to repeat myself and my details each and EVERY time I was passed on to some other agent without warning. Poor service to say the least.

    @Telstra Telstra said they had a generator problem it will be fixed by the 16th now it is said phone lines are cut off and it will be restored on the 22nd. But Telstra site says Nar Nar Goon area has no outage!!!

    @Telstra Hi, this tower has had numerous issues going back many years, Mount Shannon in NW NSW. Telstra are going to upgrade it - in a few years time. About the time 3G is disabled nationwide, so they’ll have to upgrade it anyway. Can’t rush these things.
