    So my net just died and @Telstra are being really annoying with their protocols even though the owner of the acc is my mother and I handled our internet issues last time… to which I’m 99% sure I was made authority to change things on the acc, but turns out I’m not…. Great times

    Umm just tried to sign in to My Telstra app on a flakey connection. Asked me to choose 2FA from number or email then immediately said “locked for too many attempts” Signed me in anyway, full account control, no 2FA verified Sent me an email to warn of my “failed” sign in attempt

    So sad to be getting SPÀM phone calls from phone numbers linked to the flood regions in NSW. Tamworth and Lismore people don’t deserve to have their reputation sullied. TELSTRA Security please fix?

    @Telstra I've already spent approximately 4hrs talking in the Telstra app and had my connection monitored for approx 48hrs. For some reason the agent is refusing to raise a fault with NBN but admits a problem does exist. Lots of false promises thrown in as usual.

    @Telstra On the rare occasion not everytime bit often enough to wonder. it's a google pixel 6pro it's happened after a recent Android security patch so that might be a culprit. Have a feeling it might be me not the network. I'll reach out if it gets worse. TY Elms 🙏🏾

    Having a tremendous amount of fun following Rosie Waterland's advice for scam callers. Recently described in detail an internet problem to someone from "Telstra" Caller: "uh you should probably speak to your internet provider" Me (crying): "But that's you? You're Telstra!"

    @timothy_89 @Mardukian @VinLew Since when? When I worked at Telstra they’d never change them. There’s no need to, and they’d have to update the signage on the box every time. I don’t see the big T doing anything like that. Costs too much.

    Anyone else losing the occasional internet connectivity on the Telstra 5G network when switching mobile towers? I've had to reset my connection manually 4 times in the last two weeks. Showing connected to a tower but no internet. Wonder if it's my phone.
