    @Telstra @andy_penn Viktor was looking at this a few days ago. Regarding Apple Watch I ordered with points plus pay after Telstra held on to my money for 6 weeks they then said we can’t supply. Read above messages. Regarding the poor service

    @bingewatchers1 @VodafoneAU @Telstra I am in Vodafone and my wife’s is Telstra. At home she’s on SOS and I am on 2 bars and 4G. I have never had issues. Telstra are just wiping their hands as usual.

    @Telstra why you take order and held on our hard earned money if you don't have stock in place?It is a week now since I ordered my phone and checked the status "No stock" & waiting for stock.your stores has lots of them. Why can't you allow to click & collect from stores?Terrible

    @BeardedVampyr @mully @Telstra It definitely wasn’t. Caps for phones are still the norm here in Aus… it’s not too long ago we were still using capped broadband for our home net. It was horrible!

    @Officeworks Buyer beware, Officeworks will refuse to refund Telstra SIM Kits even if they are unopened stating it is a non-refundable item. Even speaking with store manager no help. I now have a $150 SIM Kit I don't need & can't use & they refuse to budge. Tks OW, great service.

    @Telstra @mully I feel like it’s more something you just need to ask about than just go “I expect this to really be unlimited.” It’s better to have slower service than be charged extra because you reached a soft-cap!

    @joelgibson @Telstra And it’s been years since I was with another provider but with others I found there were black spots in the city too. It drove me mad. Never seem to be without reception with Telstra. As much as I loathe their customer service and their ridiculous prices…
