    @Telstra since you latest app update its gone to total garbage. Constant half loads, lots of something went wrong. Constantly asking for extra logins. Wont switch between my users without having a cow. Did no one test this update???

    @Telstra Impossible to get through to faults. I’ve been chatting with some of my friends on Telstra who are in Melbourne. They are also having the same issues it looks like it’s localised to Victoria the issue.

    @BrowntownBrew @LordSoth123 From people I knew in Telstra, they weren't actively recording individual line conditions proactively. They waited until customers complained their service was shite. This data would have confirmed how poor the copper was and not in LNP interests of course.

    @MattThomas1405 I feel your pain. I once had an issue with Telstra that meant we ended up with no internet. After 3 months of useless advice and zero help from them I ended up diagnosing & fixing the problem myself. I now try and avoid dealing with them at all…
