Trying to sort out an issue with @Telstra and I can feel my blood pressure rising. I want to speak with a real person, not visit the website or deal with a message service or be told that all operators on the phone are busy and get hung up on!

@Telstra That's the reason for my post. I have spoken for days on the app then Stacey yesterday can't do anything. Siebel have stipulated that all new plans or services supplied by @Telstra must be direct debit. The customer can no longer decide how to pay, Siebel/Telstra does. #auspol

@Telstra Power out for 6 days came on yesterday. No internet. Telstra says no problem yet all ADSL users in Toolangi do not have internet. Rang operator said they would test then cut off. Rang 5 times but cut off. Please help. My business relies on #TelstraADSL No NBN here

@Telstra Five hours in the middle of the work day when there are many people working from home not important enough? That’s just poor service
