@Telstra When I contacted you for help last week, you sent a link requesting I agree to your company accessing my Twitter account- see my account details, who I follow , block , mute, my timeline etc. why do you need that information? I’m concerned this is how you treat your customers!

@tanya_plibersek @MinhKular @stemplemanmp We pay Telstra for a regional mobile broadband+ plan c;$200.00 month that is BARELY usable...I'll repeart that understatement..: "BARELY USABLE" and we have been paying them even MORE some months for ABSOLUTE **** BROADBAND!...........ABSOLUTE ******* ****!!
