    @zzbrgood @bkbaguley @MSMWatchdog2013 Howard ****** that up. Optus and others were already competing with telstra's retail arm - only problem was telstra's wholesale arm was ripping them off. Telstra had to be split in two, much like it is now anyway with the NBN, and only the retail arm made public.

    Why did I do it? After 4 peaceful years of service on @VodafoneAU I switched back to @Telstra and after only 1 month I remembered why I switched all those years ago. Such an awful business to deal with. #CustomerService #isnothard

    Adam from Telstra says the problem with my NBN connection is me & hopes I burn in hell. I get the feeling he wasn't really from Telstra. Nice change from being called a 'motherf*cking old *****', as previously happened shortly after a scammer accused me of wasting HIS time.

    @Gergyl Seems her predecessor hasn't reached his use-by date. Nor has Mark McInnes. And where are Telstra's 3 amigos now? Too many at the top are rewarded and promoted for poor performance and poor behaviour. Holgate seems to have been doing a good job but has been trashed.

    @Telstra don't send EDMs with offers if the offers aren't activated. I received a Binge offer and have been with your chat support twice, with the last one making me wait over 1.5 hours just to tell me "my shift finishes in 15 mins" without providing a resolution. Great service!
