  Still no reply. Aussie Broadband is at least keeping its customers informed. There is a problem at the Lilydale Exchange - @telstra, are you going to inform your customers? When will it be fixed?

  @NBN_Australia I’ve tried contacting them (impossible!), Telstra and Optus are apparently saying there’s no issue, but Aussie Broadband are telling their customers there is an issue at the Lilydale exchange. A bit of transparency would be good!

  @Telstra any known nbn/line issues in Lilydale, VIC have run your troubleshooting it keeps saying “something went wrong on our end” but can’t get an answer on chat or message. You seem to be the only one working today.
