@InsoliteJericho @Telstra Take them to the ombudsmen mate, I had to do it once with them and **** got fixed plus copped a refund for the month it wasn't working.

  • Slugga05 Peter Chapman (@Slugga05) reported

@Telstra How do I report no mobile service areas in Ballarat city area? #notgood.

  • tom_cavanagh Tom (@tom_cavanagh) reported

@spiritgateoz @SheepOverboard @AndrewCatsaras And look, I'm really not advocating that they have great phone service. I'm sure it's a bit ****. This all just reads like some guy who's having a tantrum because telstra's phone lines are busy while 5m people are locked down, many not sure where $ to pay bills are coming from.

  • spiritgateoz Peta Terry (@spiritgateoz) reported

@tom_cavanagh @SheepOverboard @AndrewCatsaras Ha Ha. Seriously, I've been with Telstra for decades: "service" has seriously deteriorated. A nightmare. The pandemic is an excuse to close dept's, reduce staffing, move "services" offshore: online substitutions are simply unworkable.

  • devoidofspin Gerry Waters (@devoidofspin) reported

@AndrewCatsaras Thanks to NBN, absolutely no need to stay with Telstra. THE BEST feeling … ‘sacking’ Telstra. Now have fast broadband, cheaper mobile plan, excellent customer service (phone calls answered & handled professionally). TIO handled the final Telstra ‘silly bugger’ lies & ransom.

  • kabykaby13 kabykaby13 (@kabykaby13) reported

@PaulBongiorno After 40 years with Telstra, I finally shifted my last account because the online service did not deal with my issue and no-one ever answered the phone.

  • captincool Cloe (@captincool) reported

The @Telstra support centre is in America?! KMN - American help centres are the WORST

  • DocAvvers Avril - lockdown is soooooo boring - but necessary (@DocAvvers) reported

@PaulBongiorno This is weird. I used to have delightful chats with someone in a Telstra call centre in, I think, India, at 3 am local time when anxiety prevented me from sleeping. I did have a Telstra related issue, I hasten to add; I wasn’t just looking for company while Melbourne slept.

  • AsadMaqsood Asad (@AsadMaqsood) reported

@Telstra Guys, your mobile data doesn't work between Central and Redfern station

  • MoondriftMusing Quit Killing Koalas 🐨Saint 🐀😇 (@MoondriftMusing) reported

@EuanRitchie1 @DrShaneRRR I hope it's not a 13 number, since greedy Telstra has decided to no longer support these basic numbers as a 'standard' Australian number and some long-term prepaid customers can no longer even dial them. I'm moving to Aussie Broadband.
