@Telstra We are STILL waiting to hear from Telstra. Have lodged TIO complaint and communicated 5 times with them, local store have refused to help, or at least declined - by referring us away. WHEN will we hear from Telstra re this TIO complaint? What is the average time frame?

@DeanRosario @umidigi @PaulineHansonOz Personally I recommend the $15 ZTE F286 2G/3G Chinese phone, which may be the least functional, least smart mobile phone in Australia. At least I hope it is. I hate phones which are smarter than me. I strongly prefer 2G, but those miscreant misanthropists at Telstra shut it down!

No phone reception and no wifi working (whilst being smack in the middle of the CBD in Sydney) thanks @Telstra for ruining my day as I’m not able to work. I’ll remind myself not to pay the next Telstra bill as YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING A SERVICE!

@NickyVeitch @Telstra @NBN_Australia You are on the best system already, why are you trying to change, they just changed coaxial cable over to NBN, my speed went from 145Mbps to 98Mbps, so they refund me $20 a month as I lost speed and they could not fix lol. Win for me I think.

Waited on hold with Telstra for two and a half hours today but I have to go to work now :/ I've also been in their support page since last night without reply. Cool
