@JohnLeo61557182 @LesStonehouse Agree 100%. Wouldn't have squandered the $340bn mining windfall. Would have had the FTTP Telstra begged the Rodent to install. No franking credits rort, no Tampa crap, no Rodent, no privatisation, no AWB etc etc

@Telstra So I thought the issue was resolved as the chat finally got back to me after 24 hours and told me to go to a store to have phone replaced. I then go to store and I am told that they can’t do that and I have to go back to the chat. What kind of circus is this....

@Telstra After hours of useless waiting and chatting back and forth on the My Telstra app, trying to resolve a problem with my mobile voicemail that was caused at your end, I've now been told to wait for 48 hrs and retry. This is ridiculous! Looking for some help to resolve this

@Telstra Been in chat with 6 different people over 4 hours. No one has been able to help. I've been so angry I've been crying. Half of the time is repeatedly answering the exact same questions from all different people and I'm ****** done. Customer support doesn't give two shits about me

@Telstra you didn't do a very good job fixing the Capertee tower. I mean, it's great it's back online after having no service for >12 hours, but 4G is performing very poorly since it came back.
