    @Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

    @Telstra Yes and was told “We're working to fix an issue that is affecting calls for some of our mobile customers. Data and texts are working.” But considering my data and texts aren’t working it’s obviously not just that issue. Which they weren’t understanding.

    @Telstra This is why we should’ve let a foreign company build our 5g network. Yes they would have our information but at least it would’ve worked. It’s hard to do business when you push us all into the cloud and then it disappears 🤬

    (He did like Anna at all) (so we just took it off the bill in the end! (And stated you should go now) I can’t hold that line on the Telstra account for gossipy buckshot! Copram **** offs it’s an emergency line online! Calls online!

    @Telstra Our loss of comms and data happened yesterday at 9:30am after a planned power outage. It is still not working. So our town of Talbingo has no way to phone emergency services unless like us, they have a non Telstra internet provider. This issue is not new. Please FIX IT

    @Telstra Yes and resetting my network settings. Taking sim out. Restarting my phone. Making sure everything is up to date on the phone. Last option is a full factory reset which I would like to avoid.

    @Telstra @newscomauHQ I needed to make a call to close a $8 million dollar account this morning, I lost it and my job, now my wife has taken the kids and dog and I have a broken arm thanks Telstra!
