@K_Blake9 I started having serious problems from about 3 weeks ago. I’ve asked @Telstra no real reason given. I’ve even resorted to tweeting them earlier today and still no response. Can’t keep telling us that it’s the best we’ve got. Because if it is we are one ****** up country.

  • swampymarc2801 swampy marc (@swampymarc2801) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@denissnowy @9_Moley @NRL @AndrewVossy @RaidersCanberra Good point. I have it by virtue of being a @Telstra customer but because of shitty 4G service good luck if you can watch a game live as it happens. Can take over 2 hours to watch sometimes.

  • lesleyhitchens Lesley Hitchens (@lesleyhitchens) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

In this time of confusion & crisis, there is one constant, emails from @Telstra : “nbn™ service interruption during network updates”. How reassuring. 😒

  • Jesse_1966 Jesse donnelly (@Jesse_1966) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra ELF for Samsung note10 absolutely , intermittent issues, your customers is deplorable. I have a video of ph. failing, i would like one that works please.

Work from home they say! How can 1 do that with internet speeds of 5mbps download from purportedly Oz’s best network @Telstra it’s a friggin joke. I could walk from Strathfield to the city & back b4 a 50kb excel file opens. this country is not equipped for these situations.

  • giginator_ Gigi Penna (@giginator_) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Or @telstra is perfectly demonstrating their customer service skills

  • electricfuture5 Electric Future (@electricfuture5) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Michael01996367 @MelbTeslaMatt Sometimes can just be a Telstra issue. But I've noticed the connection in Tesla is a bit dodgy lately.

  • Jesse_1966 Jesse donnelly (@Jesse_1966) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra The agent told me sometimes they get grease on the ph. Grease!!! I did have an ******* ph, my first mobile was motor rola flip ph. Never had an issue with grease before.

  • Jesse_1966 Jesse donnelly (@Jesse_1966) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Your ELF policy is a sham. The reason the lease plan was good for me, i did nothave to go through this crap, 2 weeks on a plan and its back to more of your 0 customer service 0 care factor.

  • _condo Andrew Condon (@_condo) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Great work @Telstra showing great leadership. Among a number of initiatives, agrees to extend any #sponsorship set to expire this year for a further 12 months to help provide their sport & arts partners certainty & valuable support needed to push through these unprecedented times

  • mturnerATB Michael Turner (@mturnerATB) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@shakeyourface @JoshStevo95 If the worst happens, look at some emergency roles at Telstra Call Centres, Coles and Woolworths.

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DimitriPeppas_ Dimitri Peppas (@DimitriPeppas_) reported

@MichaelPirone I’ve been with Telstra cable in new home for last 8 years with no issues, ever. Fast internet speed. Then they bust my chops the past year as cable is disconnecting in my area. Hopefully I have no issues!

  • robertnash74 Robert Nash (@robertnash74) reported

@FOXTEL_Help I rang 133390 - but was transferred to Foxtel from Telstra. Still no closer to resolution- just want to talk to someone

  • smuk_andrew Andrew Smuk (@smuk_andrew) reported

@LennaLeprena Boost uses the Telstra network and have a 28-day plan auto rollover for $20 5GBs. Need to bring your own mob

  • ColinTheMathmo Colin Wright (@ColinTheMathmo) reported

@Telstra Thanks for that. The block has now been removed, thanks to my ISP getting in touch via a different route. The problem for me, now, has been resolved, but the issue remains outstanding as to why my email to postmaster bounced. That's potentially a major flaw in your system.

  • harejulie Julie Hare (@harejulie) reported

@Telstra @telstra my new work-iPhone went in for repair & now been missing for 2mths now. Belconnen store won’t answer my calls. Had to go in to be told it had been lost by Star Trek but @Telstra can’t do anything. At my wits end. I’ve been a Telstra customer for decades. This is rubbish.

  • Angrysausagedog Chris (@Angrysausagedog) reported

@CPontificates @SwannyQLD Is that the surplus built on a firesale of public assets that would otherwise be earning money? The surplus Howard created to hide how bad he ****** the mining boom? The one where by '06 he'd spent almost every dime made from it, so he sold off Telstra to fake competence?

  • DrGolightly Bithoven (@DrGolightly) reported

@LennaLeprena Not many people use 5gb a month these days. Boost prepaid is Telstra network and cheaper plans

  • Iannotannoyed Ian, not getting annoyed, much. (@Iannotannoyed) reported

@LennaLeprena Have a look at Telstra Boost. You pay up front for 12 months. Pay $200 for 150 gb and all texts, calls included. Plus about 20 o/s countries. Telstra network. Worth a look. On my second year now.

  • iMarkPhillips Mark Phillips (@iMarkPhillips) reported

as promised. @optus onto the case - Optus actually have a 'Resolution'Team not a 'Complaints' Team like Telstra. Bit sad I had to extend my TIO Complaint to Optus as they've been super helpful but that's the law according to the TIO.

  • robertnash74 Robert Nash (@robertnash74) reported

I understand we are moving to IQ4, and are keen to do so. I am a 20 year plus Telstra / Foxtel customer. Landline, 4 mobiles - I just want someone to pls call me and help me.
