    @Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

    @Telstra Have rung that link 2 days in a row. 1st day on line for 1hr and today over 1 1/2 before i gave up. No service just on hold

    @BellaB2017 @AlertsXbox I randomly popped into a Telstra and they had 1. Didn’t have time to get it then but there are random drops into stores. They never pick up their phone though so just have to pop in whenever you’re shopping

    @Telstra I don’t know why you are on my timeline but I have to contact you about the continual stuff up of my prepaid data and I keep having to put it off because it makes me feel really sick. Focus on customer service 🙄

    @Telstra Thanks for getting back to me Bek. It’s pretty temperamental most of the time, if I’m honest. But I don’t usually notice it because I can flick over to our Optus connection when it goes down. With 3 kids homeschooling, this is no longer an option. :(

    @Telstra So in other worse "there's a really customer hostile way of dealing with GST and here are the workarounds" Appreciate your persistence Shannon/Renee but this one needs to go in the feedback bucket thanks.

    @GarthDryland @AprilDi82198376 @TelstraAU I only went back as they were the only option for service where I was living. Now I can go with someone else, and I’ll go with literally anyone or anything other than Telstra ever again.

    @Telstra He then asked illegally for my private password and the hung up the call and wrote it off as “customer refused assistance” when I said I would be unable to provide my private password which he had requested illegally.
