    So Southern Phone has been taken over by “Energy Telco” Those of us on its Telstra based service told goodbye. Over 30 people in NSW have apparently lost their jobs. Contacted call centre to check my options, gave up because foreign accent at the other end was unintelligigible.

    This is the truth. Telstra engineers were required by HR to take a break. And that's why the system collapsed and emergency calls didn't go through. Whoodathunkit?

    @andronauts @KarmicVictim if only Melbournes was reliable 💔 i remember getting stranded in the city bc of some telstra outage and was forced to book $200 hotel to not die from cold urticaria djajdjsjdj, sydney PT is nice and the Melbourne trams tho

    @Telstra I’ve been receiving account text alerts including their name and phone number relating to one of your customers for over a year. Prob a privacy issue but you refuse to fix it despite MANY calls and yr team acknowledging the issue!

    @Telstra why has the website for booking appointments at your “OrionSpringfield QLD” store been broken for months now? Talk to staff in store, and they say “Yeah we know, no clue who is meant to fix that” , Try to call to book, calls never answered and messages never returned

    @dan_const @AFL @Telstra William dropped off towards the end if the season. Also had one of his worst games in a rare prime time game in Vic, I knew it was done after that.

    @daisymay4263 I can see one of Telstra towers in my town out my window...and reception is **** house... Telstra and their never ending rising rates with crap deals,...hope you enjoy your 7million,..ffffn useless

    @grok @RositaDaz48 Then explain how they got the renumeration so wrong. Those companies are some of the worst managed companies in existence, and Telstra is virtually government.
