    Hey @Telstra can you explain why you charge disabled people a fee to discuss problems over the phone because they can’t visit one of your stores for assistance? That seems a bit unfair and just a tad discriminatory.

    The Telstra dude handling my complaint just got promoted to a manager. On a similar note, I just filed a complaint with the TIO cos it’s been over a month since I filed my complaint with Telstra and zero progress has been made since then.

    @Telstra Still no data service. Calls work. My co-worker is also with Telstra and is having issues with data. Located in Balmain 2041

    Sitting in the local @Telstra shop surprisingly not shocked that the level of service meets that of their online service. The level being terrible of course.

    @Mike1965SA @Telstra Wife has a 5G capable handset & guess what? Same problems and zero 5G coverage more than a couple kms from town.
