@StNicolette12 @jriewolod @Telstra Sounds similar to my parents. Kept getting told there was maintenance in their area but only for email??? WTF??? after about 6 weeks and 15 hours on phone and chat it was fixed. They found the issue "on a different system".

@Telstra Well I chatted it didn’t help, got told I have forwarded my emails to an account I set up on the 25/7 due to not receiving any emails from the 4/7. Then was told to change chat! Seriously what sort of show are they running! Time for a change in providers.

@jriewolod @jeremyvisser @Telstra I remember when after 20 years or so of paying rental for my Telstra handset (basically the hardware support) and decided to terminate it (and move to a another service provider) they demanded I have back that aged handset (which they almost certainly would've trashed)
