@Telstra I am on the phone to support now; another day, another 45 minutes explaining what's been happening the past 3 months, another 45 minutes I can't go to work, and no working phone for the 92-yo pensioner with no other lines of communication. Three months and counting of this.

How bad is it to switch from #NBN FTTP to #telstra #5G for the home? Pretty bad. Ping variance from 40ms-190ms and dropouts. Still can’t work from home reliably.
