Claire, Cas, Matty, Ollie the names of @Telstra staff who have sent me twitter messages in December promising to fix things, managers are supervising...blah blah blah. @Telstra is a junk company could not survive in any other country. Monopoly once public property. #owned

@DazInSydney I'm with Telstra. The problem I'm running into is folks wanting a 24 month commitment but I can't guarantee that I'm going to be around for that long, I'm not Aussie & I have no concrete plans once school is done. My new lease is only for 6 months. Optus has 4G m2m but I dunno.😔

@chrismurphys @Telstra while they can be painful to deal with they have always resolved my internet issues and they would only charge if the fault is on premise. some times you have to manage them closely to get the outcome you want. other telco options can be worse.

@Telstra Are you going to respond? Or just providing a link is the ceiling of your service level? Why did you ask me to DM you? Why couldn’t you provide a link without me sending you DM? So it just looks like on the outside you are actually helping?

@Telstra by far you are the worst company I have ever dealt with! In last 6 weeks your velocity team have created more then 14 orders and they keep failing as your outsourced Philippine team can’t work well with outsourced Indian team(held) - I still have no internet connection!

@chrismurphys @Telstra When I reply to your posts I get responses from Telstra with " how can we help you today? " so all their responses are simply automated and impersonal. I am not a customer. Everything with @Optus. But soon to put NBN with Aussie

@Peter90666913 No issue her with Aussie broadband this month. Changed from Telstra coax to nbn and everything was sorted, had to ring twice for them to do something and no issues. Aussie call centre and very happy people. Plus their plan was very competitive and no contract.
