@Telstra I don’t really have time at the moment to spend ages on hold and work through a bunch of steps to get something fixed which shouldn’t be happening in the first place. I’m sorry to be rude but I’m getting a tired of constantly having to be getting isses fixed.

  • matthewshroud Matthew Carter (@matthewshroud) reported

@Telstra do you support the Fairphone 4 on your network?

  • phirrip_n Phillip Nguyrn (@phirrip_n) reported

@Telstra haven’t been able to connect to the net since midnight last night. 3250 area. Nothing on the outages page. Any help?

  • LisbonSpj Sporting Lisbon (@LisbonSpj) reported

@Telstra After over 20 years of service you canceled my service without question. Guess you are so rich I mean nothing. Well better get my whole family to move. I know it will not matter but it’s disappointing. I recommend everyone tell them to shove it and move to a competitor

  • Xiatian Xiatian (@Xiatian) reported

Seriously, @Telstra is amazing, they tell you to contact their postmaster e-mail in case of blacklist issues, but their postmaster contact is protected by the same blacklist. Absolute genius tier approach to infrastructure. Do *not* use Telstra / BigPond e-mail service.

I’ve been a @Telstra customer for about 32 years. 13 of those as a employee. I’ve got 5 mobile services with Telstra. I spend about $600 a month with you. I upgrade four mobiles every year. And without fail every time I upgrade a handset something goes wrong. I’m done!

  • lizoluwi Liz Brown (@lizoluwi) reported

@ByronStol funding on an hourly rate? I can't imagine anything Telstra does would be good. Are they using an offshore service

  • vk2kmi Kimberly Olsen (@vk2kmi) reported

@Telstra I have a booster. Just put in some service

  • vk2kmi Kimberly Olsen (@vk2kmi) reported

@Telstra I'm going to stop your ability to DM me if this is not solved. I'll just make all of my complaints public- like that would even concern a corporation with such low customer satisfaction

  • ghowells67 Gareth Howells (@ghowells67) reported

@Telstra Yeah I did the esim request online and it said I’d receive and email in an hour or two but that email never arrived
