@Telstra I have had issue with NBN for months. Telstra finally sends NBN guy out... but to my old address! I have been paying full price for substandard service. PM me to fix since I can’t get hold of anyone who can help. Failing this, I will have to change service

@EffingHardy @Telstra Exactly, I didn’t know that either. I didn’t find out for months that he was paying nearly $200 month for phone and internet he never used. So many similar stories. I feel for the elderly, they’re seen as fair game

@btckr @RobMax4 AND on top of that we have new notification that our Telstra bill will be going up in October. Its unbelievable. more so when we keep hearing no wage rises. And prices guaranteed to come down.

@GabriellaS24 @Telstra Glad to hear they listened properly to you and fixed it. I really think that a lot of the problems with Telstra’s reputation come as a result of those profit centres which operate under their banner but aren’t actually Telstra controlled. How are we to know which is which though!

Every. Single. Interaction. with @telstra is a like dealing with an organisation determined NOT to have your business. It is consistently (over many years) the WORST customer experience I've ever had to deal with.

@GabriellaS24 @Telstra Wow. Your poor dad. I worry that mum could be forced into that kind of thing too, she has a good outlet near her, so they really help her get what she needs. I went with her the first time she had to deal with them because we were both worried about what they’d forced on her.
