The Telstra dude handling my complaint just got promoted to a manager. On a similar note, I just filed a complaint with the TIO cos it’s been over a month since I filed my complaint with Telstra and zero progress has been made since then.

Seriously Telstra would have to be the most frustrating company on the planet to resolves issues with. One and half hours later and onto my 4th person to speak to and still issue not resolved.

@grow_dem_melons @Telstra Same here with Telstra. I’m 10 kms from the Wyaga Telstra tower. Gradual deterioration in calls and poor internet use. I’m told no outages at tower. So why is it noticeable? Nothing else has changed Telstra, and yes I have put a complaint in.
