@jchimselfbigpo2 That "visit a Telstra shop" is my biggest bugbear when helping people with their Telstra problems. Not only is the closest one over an hour's drive away, but they are franchises not Telstra-owned & invariably can do nothing to help All services should be available online or phone

@AFL @Telstra Here we go again with the AFL & grand final entertainment...they never get it right coz they try to cram too much on pre game & 1/2 rime. Wld not matter who they get...less is better

A neighbour just told me that Telstra wants to charge him $135.00 for a service technician to hook up his new modem for his phone. He is a Telstra customer. I advised him not to pay it and lodge a complaint.

I'm feeling agro at the moment. Telstra has stolen my recent recharged internet data. I'll be contacting TIO about the matter. I'm so sick & tired how Telstra thinks it's funny stealing data from customers! Recharged service at $300 for 200gb data. Lost just 30gb already😡
