@SofiaJamesMelb Don’t hold your breath the ombudsman is a toothless tiger. Complained about everything with Telstra and they did nothing. Problems with internet connections, data plans for 2x iPads, landlines but the ombudsman did nothing. Hope you get somewhere though.

@lesstenny @Optus I used to have this problem all time over in Corinda. A Telstra technical told me years ago: it usually happens in an old building with old phone connections or phone (that needs to be replaced). or water getting into the phone junction box outside especially after it rain.

@Telstra hi all, continuously getting scam calls, when I answer the phone I can hear people with what sounds like southern Asian accents yelling hang up hang up. 4 yesterday between 10 & 2 & again today just now. I block each number but different ones come. Can you assist?

@Telstra Hey, thanks for your message! I tried contacting Telstra customer service earlier to get a subscription, but they said that it's not possible to ship Telstra plans abroad or to activate Telstra ID 🫤 I'd be more than happy to buy a prepaid phone plan just to get presale access..
