@Telstra wow, great support service guys. Been hung up on 3 times. Your app won't log us in. Router dead from a nearby (not close!) storm. I work on an hourly rate, from home, at nights, can I get my lost pay from you? Ridiculous.

@elizabeth_BBC @Telstra I am withholding my rating until I see whether there's a resolution to this chain of messages...

  • PixelWingy Winghide (@PixelWingy) reported

@Telstra It times out. We are on very poor mobile data connection right now.

  • Lawrancedece Catherine Lawrance (@Lawrancedece) reported

@cathywilcox1 @Optus I highly recommend Boost mobile. Here I am in very remote Newman in northern WA and because Boost link to Telstra infrastructure, i get good coverage. $300/yr for unlimited calls and 250G data (which I need for my work). No links to the business just a happy customer.

So my regular provider is unable to re-activate my @NBN_Australia service after @Telstra "stole" the service from them. It is failing to migrate back. For my regular viewers, it is possible no live stream tomorrow. Thanks, Telstra.

@WBG1955 @Judith54Nunn @droverdriver61 It's sounding bad. Seems like Former News Corp & Foxtel chief Peter Tonagh, former Seven executive Mario D'Orazio, and former Qantas & Telstra chief information officer Fiona Balfour are having a bad time with the independence that ABC used to have? Me thinking. Yes. Sad really

  • uzerid EV (@uzerid) reported

@cathywilcox1 Same happened to us. Use to be good & suddenly poor coverage. Told we were in a blackspot (despite shiny new tower 500m away). When questioned:if you don’t like it, leave. Yes they actually said this! So we did. ALDIMOBILE-been brilliant since & uses Telstra network. No regrets.

  • tigertufftanya Tanya (@tigertufftanya) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Gizmobud @RayRockyDog @Foxtel I just signed up for the trial. And yep, as a Telstra customer I can get a discount 👍

@eloise__sykes @cathywilcox1 @Optus I'm with Aldi and it only uses "part" of Telstra's network. There are plenty of blank spots especially out west NSW and Queensland where you get Telstra but not Aldi.
