Despite my expectations from previous experience with @Telstra already being deepest-hole-ever-dug low they exceeded them today. Every January while I’m with Mum we call to make sure I’m down as authority to operate because we know Telstra wipes them (why?? ppl don’t get younger)

@GingerGorman i worked for Telstra years ago snd a chaplain used to visit every few months. I could never get rid of him. The last time i saw him he asked, as he usually did, how i was. This day i said, actually I’m not too good. He left immediately and i never saw him again.

@BazzaCC And their customer service is abysmal. I got called a c#n+ by a seemingly nice Indian lady from Telstra Security, called Kirsty, after I suggested she'd be well served to seek employment from another, more ethical employer....she even hung up on me without a goodbye. 🙃
