    i'm at telstra trying to buy a phone. literally. just give them the full amount & walk out with it. but i have to wait 45mins for a service slot.

    Dear @Telstra, sick to death of your constant ‘network upgrades’. You’ve ‘improved’ my service so much I’ve had no phone/internet for ~ 2 weeks. And you won’t even answer your own phone! Terrible service at premium rates.

    @Telstra Unreal - I found a number and a real human, and my weeks-long issue was solved in 7 minutes. Who’d have thought a phone call could be so useful? (Clearly not the nation’s biggest telecommunications company...)

    always had a problem with internet from where I live, (900km from sydney servers) and getting averages of 80ping in game. just got new powerline adaptors (1000mbps) and my ping is better by 15-20 on average. cant wait to get telstra!
