@Telstra Telstra, An update on why there are connection issues would be great! There were no warnings about any disruptions. The 13 22 00 number isn’t being answered and the online chat people aren’t responding. Please advise on best solution.

@WestOzOls @rdrs23 @Telstra I’m with Pentanet, joined about 6 months ago. Best thing we ever did. On NBN in my area, the fastest speed we were able to get was 36mbps (I kid u not!) with Pentanet, now getting around 100mbps and actually cheaper. AAA service too, unlike Telstra

@Aushiker It’s been impossible for customers to get to talk to a Telstra consultant for a while now.. gave up and switched telcos after 3 months of trying to get help to sort out an issue. It’s going to get worse?I remember when they used to call at random to check if I was happy!!
