    This is ridiculous, I have been trying to contact Telstra since 8:00am this morning and yet their call centre is closed but their online customer support “assures me it’s open” @Telstra.

    @Dunhacking The last one I answered a few years ago purported to be from Telstra, he told me there was a problem with Microsoft Windows on my PC and he would talk me through how to fix it. He started telling me which keys to press, and I said "is that the one with a pic of an Apple?" Click!
