@Telstra I've had enough horror experiences with Telstra to know how that's going to turn out. FYI when our power supply is interrupted for extended period, the service provider automatically calculates & refunds. No leg work for the customer. Unlike Telstra>who expect customer do legwork

@fictillius @andrewgalka It was so stable when I had Telstra. Very unstable under NBN. I'd rather take my slower speeds than have the inconsistency with my line now.

@DrRimmer @mcg63679777 I guess when former public institutions such as Csl, Telstra, Commonwealth Bank, etc., fall out of public into private ownership, they don't have to come when they're whistled. Few of these kind of institutions actually improve service or accountability to the public. #auspol

@Telstra I wanted proof of purchase for my iPhone. My Iphone has been locked because of the icloud feature (I can't remember the password). I have called apple to fix but they need a proof of purchase for the phone.

@Telstra am experiencing an internet outage, are you having issues. Been out for 10 minutes now, thanks

@Telstra Slow customer service is one thing- negligently misusing personal data of private citizens in breach of privacy laws is another thing. Let me know if you want me to upload the sanitised apology letter from Telstra almost 9 months later.

@margmopp It was so frustrating dealing with Manilla all the time before you got transferred back to OZ. When you told customers you will have to call Telstra always told them it may take 3 to 4 hours get anywhere and maybe a week for a solution.

@Telstra May have the coverage, but you definatly dont have the support skills. been trying to get some sort of help for an hour now, some people need there emails to work for work you know.... What happened to your 24x7 support? Maybe should be called 'support when we want to'

@Telstra Do you mind if Telstra advises why their fraud team are so slow it takes them 7 months to close down an account and stop harassing someone / misusing their personal data when they knew from the get go (and confirmed back in June 2020) the account was fraudulent?
