@Telstra I appreciate your promptness Michelle but I’m injured, there’s a hole in the footpath and I got infinitely quicker help post fact tweeting about it than I did calling. And the hole may not be fixed for 25 hours. In the middle of a footpath Please pass on that it’s not good enough

@Telstra Jesus this additional verification process is agitating me somewhat. All I want to do is redeem a Telstra Plus hot offer. Tells me I’m not verified. Go back to the IOS app and log out. Re-login with uname/pwd and pin. Still get a msg I can’t checkout as not verified???

Hi @Telstra 👋 I recently paid $300 for a SIM and didn’t receive a confirmation email, tracking number, or the SIM. Just the charge on my card 🙃 Spoke to 5-7 customer support agents via chat and was told they couldn’t help and to lodge a dispute with my bank 🙌 please help!

Had a Scam caller from Telstra because I had connection dropouts and they wanted to fix the issue. I tried my best to lead them to startup the remote session but I think they caught on and now their number is disconnected... why won't they call me back!?

@thespecialbka I block any ad with moving or flashing images. The rest I just scroll on by. I’ve abused Telstra through one of their ads and got service as a result that I’d been trying to get by phone for hours!

@Telstra A closer look means what? Say as the last guy? You all know what the issues are because I have relayed the same problem at least (reservidly) 100 times. Telstra are not please until people are driven mad with frustration then brushed off.
