@Telstra Sadly I can't just put my new phone number as a recovery option on my old Google account. Because 1. I can't my password. 2. The recovery forms don't help. 3. Both other old Google account and backup Google account are both connected to my old phone number.

@dippizuka Absolutely happy with @Aussie_BB. When I had Telstra services in the past, if I went into one of their stores I was always directed to a phone anyway to talk to someone in an unknown location. The stores were only for selling, not for help or assistance.

@Telstra I'm trying to get help from Google to remove my inactive/deactivated old phone number number from old Google account since. 1. It's a giant security risk to keep it there. 2. The recovery account forms don't ever help me or anyone. 3. I don't remember my password.

@Telstra Wow well that’s crap. So 3 more days with us not being able to work or do anything that requires internet? No wonder Telstra has such a bad reputation. That’s made me even mader as I was told I could be called the same day. So many lies I’ve been told by customer service

@Telstra Yes that’s right. I’ve lodged a complaint as after weeks and cancelled appointments we still have no internet. I can work, my daughter is doing her HSC. It’s unacceptable after weeks we still have no resolution. And going off Telstra DMs there is nothing you can do either

@SanatanaMishra @benbritten Then once I was up and running I only got 100/20, the same as I was in with ABB albeit $10 cheaper. What ensued was _months_ of chasing Telstra, trying their phone support, in-store support (who were extremely disinterested) and online support multiple times. 3/5
