    @jayzheather7 Yeah, I have resorted to twittering them, publicly shaming them, but even that does not work. They have no problem solving techniques, just excuses for everything + it sounds like their replies are being read right out of the Telstra handbook for employees. No ability to change.

    @tacticalmaid Once some scammers tried to call me every day for like two weeks, saying they were from Telstra saying my internet connection had problems. I'm not with Telstra, so.

    @Telstra OK Shannon. Numerous phone calls and multiple incident reports. Nothing done. Two separate attempts to transition to NBN, neither of which gone anywhere. I have been told to contact Sales for a THIRD time to start a THIRD attempt to transition. So what help?
