@Telstra It is not blocked as far as seeing the website for the public is concerned, it is blocked when we actually try to log in. I am not the only one experiencing this issue.

@Telstra Spend less resources responding to every tweet trying to get them to dm so it’s no public and more time actually fixing customer issues

@Telstra @KyleRutten Hey Quinn. I spoke to you on DMs just before. Do you think it's a coincidence that numerous people are having the same problem? Why don't you get your technicians out and fix whatever is wrong.

Apparently historically useless Telstra arrived within 2 hours of me assigning it to them, on a military base just for his issue and simply changing the cables around, seems about right lmfao

It's on me that like 15 years ago (or so) we did not correct a Telstra situation where they put my mobile number under my husband's name. Now they won't let me upgrade my own damn phone, despite me being fully authorised by him, because it won't show up on their system. OMFG.

@Telstra I appreciate that and I understand you're doing your best. But I'm going through twitter and seeing complaints from two days ago? Wouldn't you think that a pretty important service that people pay good money for would be fixed by now?

@Telstra Hey! I think this is actually an issue with how I initially configured the router, and doesn’t have anything to do with Telstra’s side. The backend of my Weebly is a such a janky mess that I think my router settings just flag it as questionable, so this is more my bad. Thanks!
