    @RoadknightThe Mine was based around non-delivery of the advertised speeds due to poor infrastructure in my area, so kinda similar. But I had the advantage of being able to break my contract and flip to Telstra. If Telstra is bad, hard to believe Optus would be better.

    @Telstra 1st outage in Jan 10 days, 2nd in Mar 19d days, now this one started on the 11th May. I have asked repeatedly for someone from Telstra in Australia to call me about it, but we get called from overseas who can only say :it will be this Friday 7pm" which it never is.

    @Telstra Our estate has had no internet for 50 plus days out of the last 150, minimal 4G coverage and yet 7km either side they have full NBN, Great 4G coverage. Telstra's answer "service will be back on 7pm this Friday". This outage - day 22 no internet, no updates!

    @GLComputing @Telstra @NBN_Australia Telstra don’t own the HFC Network anymore it now belongs to NBN which is owned by the Federal Govt

    @ssralmanac @NRL I think I might have figured it out - it looks like full replays only start at 2014. Which is kinda stupid, because 15 years ago you could watch full match replays going back to Round 9, 2001 via Telstra (even though they were potato quality)

    Telstra shop failed to open in Wagga due to lack of staff . Couldn't find enough brats to talk down to and roll their eyes at older people!

    @Telstra No it's an old ADSL system in our estate, even though the estate is only 13years old. 26 customers affected and no answers, just we are still investigating and it gets extended every week. Yeah we have smart modems, and I have had to help the locals get theirs to work.

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia I’m not sure we are finding resolution. Long and short of it is, this morning we had internet and for the rest of the time, after the NBN boys worked their magic, we have none.
