I am currently using Telstra for my mobile service in Australia. They are not up to standard. I will be switching suppliers. Poor customer service, doors are closed to there stores, when I call up for support, I can never get anyone to speak to.

@lawrepforjesus Go straight to the telecommunications ombudsman. They're fantastic. I had an issue I tried to resolve for days with Telstra once, got nowhere so called ombudsman & it was sorted that same day.

@Telstra using phone notifications as an advertising mechanism is hot garbage. Its a hostile UX and app that do this have their notification privileges instantly revoked. Do better.

How many UX Designers has @Telstra hired in the past 10 years? Yet my support chat resolution was ‘we can’t help you, you need to phone’ but the Telstra App ‘get help’ screen has removed the link to the phone number, because, I’m in a chat. App originated phone calls get priority
