  My reception on my Nighthawk is disgraceful on the Sth Durras South Coast of NSW, continually dropping out, I am on Telstra and have and are paying substantial costs for this service @Telstra @telstra.

  @noplaceforsheep l was shopp'n and had it in my back pocket!! checked it latter, "no sim, no service" on my opening page!! opened it up and didn't know if l had service or not!! sent my self a txt but didn't get it!! turned it off and back on, got the telstra bit, but still no msg!!

  @immyonboard @Telstra If you are talking about NBN, there are many choices of ISPs that are superior to Telstra. If you need mobile, anyone on the Vodafone network is probably the best (seems to be the most reliable of the 3 networks)

  @Telstra Now about your accountability . How do I contact my service provider when you have shut down my ability to contact anyone ? I have been shut down since early am and is now late afternoon . Tuesday 28th of July. This is Bull **** service !

  Anyone else having to reset their phone multiple times since the Telstra outage? Texts not notifying, data not loading especially when in and out of signal areas. Signal noticeably worse than usual @Telstra
