    @MichaelSpring17 thanks for that warning . I have been dealing with internet same problem for 6 weeks BUT shock my billing has not stopped. @Telstra 'customer service' is black humour

    @Telstra I am on the phone to support now; another day, another 45 minutes explaining what's been happening the past 3 months, another 45 minutes I can't go to work, and no working phone for the 92-yo pensioner with no other lines of communication. Three months and counting of this.

    How bad is it to switch from #NBN FTTP to #telstra #5G for the home? Pretty bad. Ping variance from 40ms-190ms and dropouts. Still can’t work from home reliably.

    @sunriseon7 @TheTodayShow ,mobile phone bills with @Telstra ,rising by $3 a month due to cpi !I reckon it's because they finally got the message from customers that we want to talk to Aussie customer service,But I don't mind paying extra for Aussie service
