    WFH internet is **** 👏👏👏 @NBN_Australia @Telstra

  • TickHarris Victoria Evans (@TickHarris) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@MatthewBevan Since now moving to Australia and dealing with horrendous @Telstra customer service, wasting hours and hours on hold to them and paying for internet they didn’t deliver, I feel I’ve paid them back.

  • richseeto Richard Seeto (@richseeto) reported

@thespecialbka @sacarlin48 That so? About ******* time to pay back some benefits to the community for the money grab Telstra has made over the years; but, hey....where ******** are these community phones in my suburb???

  • markamckean Mark McKean (@markamckean) reported

@abcnews Good on Telstra for this vital service

  • rilez Rilez (@rilez) reported

@RNBreakfast @andy_penn @Telstra That is terrific. I have worked with many disadvantaged people who can only get prepaid phone deals, making it very difficult to speak to support services.

  • richseeto Richard Seeto (@richseeto) reported

@thespecialbka @sacarlin48 No ******* wonder about the free publicity garnered by Telstra. Putting three (3) of them in the Never, Never where there are maybe three people living there. Nice one, Telstra.

  • tirath Tirath “OpLock and Chill” Ramdas (@tirath) reported

@David_S_Dowling @Telstra You mean the kids don’t carry 20 cents in their school shoes for emergency phone calls anymore? Is it because the shoes these days can’t handle it? It’s the shoes isn’t it… they don’t make ‘em like they used to. But yeah, agreed, this is a good move by Telstra.

  • AnthonyClarkAU Anthony Clark (@AnthonyClarkAU) reported

@Telstra It is constantly described as "network update" on your website. But it is happening EVERY DAY. Was advised it would happen overnight... but now in the middle of the work day without notice. Not much of an update if it means nobody can use the net reliably for 2wks. @NBN_Australia

  • TheWillowGhost 💧WillowGhost (@TheWillowGhost) reported

@Telstra Hi Lisa. Lisa, yes, I know. I think I've had them all! And the last two: "This is whatever from Telstra and we've noticed somebody using your internet. Let us into your computer and we'll fix it". Fat chance! At least Nicole from the NBN is giving it a rest! :)

@Telstra Clever. Phones as a free service that promotes the brand. Smart move.
