    @Telstra @manelodge I don't think you understand how humans work. Your fix the problem when you're told about it, or we find a different service. Most Australians have a lifetime of complaints against @Telstra and that isn't going away.

    I had to opt out of CGNAT with @Aussie_BB last night at 8pm, literally was a 4 minute phone call and done. With Telstra I’d still be on the phone now. Exceptional service.

    @telstra Kooragang Island (Newcastle) has had a 4G outage/interruption for over a week now - what is the issue and when can we expect this to be resolved?

    @Telstra They came and said they fixed the problem but it still not working they also said who needs a land line these days despite it being both a home/rural and business line

    Is anyone having issues recharging on the @Telstra app? My daughter recharged almost 8 hours ago, the receipt is on the app but the recharge hasn’t been applied ..

    @Telstra Hi Telstra, I have been chatting online to Telstra for an hour & 15 minutes. I’ve been in store & wasted a day trying to get service. I’ve called 3 times? I what point do I warrant a call or a number where I can speak to someone?
