@Telstra NO. I am sick of waiting for this issue to be resolved with more tests and no action. I message as soon as a drop happens and they can't pinpoint the issue. Another 24 hour test to maybe catch a drop and then going through the whole troubleshoot garbage again isn't good enough.

@DropTableFoxes @xssfox Yeah the biggest hurdle here in aus is the $$ of data. I keep a 5gb 12 month Telstra prepaid in my little android phone I use for radio stuff. But they are just too damn $$ for the extra. The haps are hard to get now - good for Aredn too

@Telstra I've tried using your messaging/chat service on several occassions to resolve a billing/cancellation issue. The agent never follows through and resolves it. How do I speak to someone so I know it will get finalised?

@Telstra Representatvies advise me literally everytime that "adjustments will be made after the outage is fixed" that never happens and then I'm in another outage and the garbage and excuses and blaming the customer starts.

@Telstra You'd think it would be, but it's ground hogs day everytime I speak to someone. I literally just need a new modem, but every time the person changes they want to go through everything again. I miss Australian support, or just techs who have any degree of initiative.

@swearyanthony Not to forget Telstra, of course. The lumbering Govt Telco that *could have* been forced to link our nation, but instead was sold so Brian Haradine (sp?) could get a few bucks for Tassie. * never delivered.

@farms_sanderson @Telstra Don't expect ne changes mate. Having ongoing issues with a congested tower in jerdy slow data speed & calls dropping. Followed complaints process & through local member. Both times admitted tower is congested & no planned upgrades & should buy celfi 2 get 4g tower further away
