    @Telstra Telstra knows about the outage as it's listed on your outage page. It will be the battery for the tower.....again. Lucky we haven't needed to call the RFDS for any reason.

    @Telstra The fact that both mobile and landlines are down is an issue and there is no information on a possible time for restoration of services. We have had no phone service since around 8.30am Saturday morning.

    @50_Billion_ppl Nbn box is completely dead, no lights. I have the Telstra Smart Modem which falls back to 4G so thankfully I managed to get that working yesterday. Potentially yours has done the same which could explain slow speeds? See if your NBN box is illuminated.

    @Telstra As a matter of fact – the service on the landline in my office is working. but the service on the 2 other phones, in different rooms, on the same line, is not. Weird. Any clues?
