@AlboMP @stemplemanmp @MRowlandMP Your NBNCo, that Labor's Conroy set up, when all he could get to work for him were apprentices because the senior technicians remained loyal to Telstra, f*ck-up from the start. You'd be the last lot I'd dream of asking to help fix it.

@Telstra I'm on a large plan so that shouldn't matter. The Sim is probably about 8 years old now I think about it. Can you help me get an esim sent out?

@FelicPlunkett @RevHappiness @G_D_Ison_Writer There’s a Telstra public phone - wall mounted, not in a booth - outside the cafe I go to. Was decommissioned years ago but never removed. Miss 9 thinks it’s there for kids to play with while their parents get coffee. It is, I suppose. But she has no idea it’s a phone.

@Telstra Can I report a broken phone tower without spending an hour troubleshooting? Westfield Carousel Foodcourt McDonalds. Broken 3 week ago and today on 2 phones. Wifi off. Force 5G On = works. Force 4G = broken. Switch back and forth and keeps working/breaking. 5 bars signal.

@JackieHansard @IntestinalWorm The LNP bought an ageing, decayed, copper network back from Telstra to deliver the world's fastest internet to the node. From the node to the customers premises things got very, very ******* disappointing. Idiots.
