  • Gary_AE Gary Austin-Eames (@Gary_AE) reported

@Telstra Yes, but they were not much help. A supervisor was supposed to call me today, I'm not holding my breath.

  • Moirreach Padraig Moireach (@Moirreach) reported

@chrismurphys @Telstra Same here. Circular advice over and over in between the waiting. I cancelled mine today after listening to them telling me I was a valued customer. P.S. Optus is worse. None of them give a damn

  • Meg_Phillips Meg Phillips (@Meg_Phillips) reported

@Telstra We have been trying to report it as a black spot but the online help (when we get reception) is less than helpful.

  • stilgherrian Stilgherrian (@stilgherrian) reported

@DavidFeng Ah no there’s some history to that. Some years back some Telstra customers got surprise massive phone bills when travelling because people are stupid and don’t read the T&Cs — and it was when smartphones were new. ACCC basically said you have to warn customers of costs etc.

  • JoDog Jo (@JoDog) reported

@Telstra How do I message you? The phone problem was terrible yesterday.

  • stilgherrian Stilgherrian (@stilgherrian) reported

I’m astounded* that Telstra doesn’t realise that hey if it’s going to be another month because of global supply chain problems — a thing we all know exists — then just say so and it’ll be cool. * Not at all surprised.

  • Cykxr03 Cykxr (sike-er) (@Cykxr03) reported

need some help from my ANZ people. Am I better off having a Telstra NBN plan or an Aussie Broadband NBN plan?

  • Pud3000 Pud (@Pud3000) reported

@Telstra Good luck. I'm still waiting to get a code to redeem my Google Nest Hub Max after weeks dealing with your "support" team. Telstra are outright scamming people and avoiding them when they want service, support, or to redeem an advertised offer. Shameful, illegal tactics.

  • MyNameIsMurray Murray Webber (@MyNameIsMurray) reported

@Telstra After ten years & dozens of support requests - not just by me, but from all around my suburb - trying to get Telstra to fix the black spot they created... I'm done with them. When delivery drivers have to walk up and down the street to get enough signal for payment, it's bad.

  • overit92 OverIt (@overit92) reported

@Telstra your service is so poor. You just make people wait and wait in a queue until they have to drop out yet charge premium rates
