@Telstra still only have 1 bar of reception on my 4G portable device. Occasionally in the morning the 4G is replaced with a H where there are full bars, but the same slow wifi. @MRowlandMP

@Telstra @NBN_Australia But @Telstra wont give a guarantee on their 10mbs upload, it's a "you MIGHT have this sometimes, and we're not going to try and make it happen". Because as long as you get 20mbs down according to them your internet is working perfectly and there's nothing to fix.

Anyone know how to RDP to an IPv4 address when you're on a @Telstra mobile connection? Just returns Transmit error code 1231 as it only has an IPv6 address. Or is the network useless now for RDP connections?

@nathanthorson @Telstra Any bill from Telstra is a scam, given that they don't provide the services they charge you for. Hell, you should pay these scammers, they'll probably give you better service then Telstra.

@Telstra I have been trying to get in touch with a case manager for an escalated case. Was left a message today prior to midday with a promise of a call back.... Just called as have had nothing and now being told it won't happen for 24 to 48 hours. Pathetic service.

Dear @Telstra after 10+ years as customer and proud Telstra alumni, I still can't believe that in 2022 a multi-billion dollar company can't change my billing cycle to a date that is suitable for my monthly budget. My insurance company does it. Everybody does it. Unbelievable.
