@Optus The issues are every day. I work in the Newcastle CBD and only having 3g is the norm, not the exception. Whatever your going and wherever your towers are. It's inadequate for a CBD in any city. I'd have full 4g with Telstra. Which is where I'll be going when my contract expires.

@Telstra Why you are not offering unlimited international calling in your plans ? That's a bit annoying cuz companies which are using telstra network, they are offering unlimited calls to my home country.

@Telstra They rang him about an existing fault case and he followed up on this by providing the case number on telstra app member support and this is how he got a response from them. He doesn't have Twitter but is following up on your Facebook account.

@Telstra Telstra has a serious problem representing Foxtel without having the capacity to solve technical issues. It’s a Groundhog Day experience being referred between Foxtel & Telstra & back again for over an hour. I’m too scared to report my Telstra NBN home phone always drops out!!

  • KathrynHeyman Dr Kathryn Heyman (@KathrynHeyman) reported

I've accidentally told random Telstra workers several times that I love them but this time a customer service phone chica signed off a call to me with 'okay, great, love you!' Naturally I replied 'Love you too'

What's the point of calling a @Telstra shop, automatically going onto hold, then after several minutes it reverts and automatically have to leave a message or hang-up. This is a rhetorical question.
