    I was looking where to penny pinch on my mobile plan, but… $40, 40Gb and full Telstra Network including 5G. Or… $30, 32Gb on an Optus MVNO with only 4G and lesser coverage. Might just stay where I am I think.

    @Telstra We went in store filled out EVERYTHING and now online support are telling us there’s no record? What are we meant to do, keep redoing everything until telstra gets it right??

    @formallypedro I have just sent my complaint about the extraordinary aggressive treatment meted out by a Telstra customer 'service' representative when I had the temerity to ask Why? it would take 12 days to repair the outage. The officious, belligerent bully said, "and, don't ask Why again!"

    @Telstra Looks like Telstra released a feature without testing it on devices. I tried migrating to ESIM through "My Telstra" app on my Samsung device and it failed 2nd time in last 4 months. Now i am left with no service for the night. (1)

    @Telstra a business we support has had its prime number disconnected and forced to reapply as a new service! NBN cutover has cost the business dearly with no INDIAL FOR 6 MONTHS. Indial is working and the Primary has been disconnected. Every time I call my stomach turns.

    @Telstra TBC number is 1300320286 never answers never calls back. Dial 1 for sales where you expect sheer greed will drag them to the core business, comms. The client with no service is on0394174144. we cannot wait 2 to 4 weeks to reconnect. You can call me on 0418330466

    @bradT52711844 @Telstra I was lucky enough to have an old one lying around. Their customer service is great so don’t hesitate to call them up, they answered all my questions quickly
