this is all very funny because all of it is in service of me finally cancelling my phone with telstra and if they hadn’t ****** up my bill two years ago or fixed the problem any of the last 4 times i contacted them about it, i would have just let inertia keep me with them

@Telstra hightime to provide some good parental controls via the Telstra app. App is basic now and does not help in anyway to quickly handle filtering, blocking and restricting access. What is the use of a device list without the ability to control acces?

  • sarahjansencom Sarah Jansen (@sarahjansencom) reported

I guess 3.5 hours of being handballed around @Telstra's customer service and social media teams while they feed me subtly evolving falsehoods to avoid responsibility is enough for a Sunday night.

  • ArthurDungasCuz Arthur Dungas Cuz (@ArthurDungasCuz) reported

@Telstra your have just lost another two lines due to increase in biz internet by $10 /mth and that is on the crap speed. @TurnbullMalcolm you selfishly stuffed the #NBN

  • ratherashleigh put a birb on it (@ratherashleigh) reported

my fave thing about @Telstra’s customer service today is how, when you click on “call us” on their contact page, it sends you to their messaging service and has no telephone contact details at all

  • david_vacy David Williams (@david_vacy) reported

@Telstra your service is totally ****** up. I urgently need a 4g modem and you won't give us 1 because we have reach our limit on mobile devices

  • jbthinking John Ball (@jbthinking) reported

@NBN_Australia Wow. My Internet service was cutoff this morning by @Telstra / @NBN_Australia. It is because the previous owner's service I have been using was disconnected to make way for my new one, but my new one won't be provided until an nbn technician comes out. Can't you do better?

  • jbthinking John Ball (@jbthinking) reported

@NBN_Australia @Telstra I've spent an hour trying to get my service restored this morning. It seems I need to lie and say this is a new service (it was running here last night), to avoid my order being cancelled, but that requires a site visit from NBN, which is highly undesirable during a lock down.

  • BRB_1993 Brad (@BRB_1993) reported

@Telstra Yep, just the Foxtel. It's apparently been down for most of the day.
