@Telstra_news I live in suburban Adelaide. I get 1 bar of 5G reception and my home internet gives me 18Mbps download and 4Mbps upload on FTTN. You’re making it very hard to remain a Telstra customer.

  • MichaelACT123 Michael O'Rourke (@MichaelACT123) reported

@Telstra To repeat: Good customer service would involve your seeking a solution. The problem—unsolicited and unwanted emails—is coming from Telstra. Pls refer to your manager if it lies outside your authority.

@Telstra hi I am an existing Telstra NBN customer and last month my suburb (San Remo NSW) was listed by NBN as being included in the FTTN upgrade to FTTP. Do you have any info as to when or if I can apply to upgrade?

  • StringsHub WhitehorseMusic (@StringsHub) reported

@Telstra Thanks for your help with the registration of both a complaint and escalation. I am awaiting a call today from the Telstra case manager. Telstra incompetence occurred again today. Nbn tech was provided the disconnected number as our primary contact number.

  • Technorants Wondering_Wilderness (@Technorants) reported

Desperately need better escalation for #DigitalBusiness @Telstra support to support a local small business. This run around is costing time and money. Ref: 174098064 This is bordering on false advertising and failure to provide a paid service. @acccgovau

In 30 years of privatisation in Australia, there has not been a single case where the public would not have been at least as well off if the asset had remained in public ownership. Some like, CSL, Telstra and Commonwealth bank were spectacularly bad decisions.
