    @no1historychick Telstra are never going to move you to a new plan unless you ask, especially when the newer plans are cheaper and have more data.

    My @NBN has been down since 9am & they won't come to fix issue till Monday - 4 days (2nd time in 2 wks)! My Telstra hotspotting is weak. Time to hook up with @starlink Issue here is local installer charges an arm/leg etc to install sys on roof etc. I may have to suck it up.

    @Telstra not sure if Boost is still under your remit, but connectivity issues as punishment for not setting up auto-recharge is not a good look.

    @howardw46 @Telstra You can’t just be stopping all the time at every pissant station. The service stops enough at key stations and mostly stops at nearly all.
