    @Telstra Wrong response Lisa, I do not need hours of text or technical support. I have many many many times with Telstra. Looking at my account will tell you very little as every time I go to a call service or speak to anyone out sourced by Telstra I have had to repeat the story again.

    @Telstra Hi - 14 victor rd glen iris - internet down again. Will try to call, again, to get rectified, but will also go to telecommunications ombudsman. Appalling

    @andy_penn There are no staff available for customers. Shareholders should contact the CEO urgently. Telstra staff are not answering calls and attending to customer matters. This will create ACCC court cases. CEO should get staff communicating with customers to avoid court cases.

    @Telstra I’m sitting under a tower, full service with celfi booster in work vehicle and I’m struggling to get a call through. I heard Telstra rep on country hr talking about how good coverage is per population.. disgraceful you blatant neglect of rural and regional areas

    @Telstra To be honest, I've lost hope. Ordered a Telstra smart wifi booster, but this old modem is incompatible (TG797n v3). Online help chatted with 6 different Telstra 'Experts' to get a smart modem, but going round in circles. I'll keep an eye on Gumtree for a cheap one, all good.

    .@Telstra - for some reason known only to yourselves, you have halved my data allowance - customer service tells me it will only take 3-7 days to reverse the change? Assume you will suspend all charges while you resolve your issues?
