@ianbfarquhar @Telstra We just got ours installed on the roof today. 250 down. 30-40 up. No access to any nbn for us except “Skymuster” 🙄 and we’ve only had adsl 2 getting 12-13 down. Thank you @elonmusk #RealInternetAtLast

@Telstra Thanks. Why can’t the customer elect to block all SMS aside from numbers known to the account holder for example? What is so difficult for Telstra to provide an option like that?!

@Telstra This affected any Telstra customer with a SIP trunk using the victorian DNS server to resolve the nipt service. Nsw DNS was the workaround from the sip/tipt team. It took me 3 phone calls with Telstra business support to get it sorted.

@grrahamm @VapiFM I find dealing with Telstra customer service to be marginally better than Optus. It’s not as good as it used to be though.

You know what, my mum is with @BelongAU and has some of the worst customer service i've ever encountered. I thought Telstra was bad but at least you have a number you can call. These guys don't have any number to call them. It's a disgrace. Send a message and pray basically.

@andy_penn You have no mandate to talk about anything other than the nuts & bolts of Telstra. You can’t even facilitate the transition to the NBN. Cut the narrative BS and focus on your business, to deliver service to your customers.

@Telstra No response from @Telstra and nothing on the outages page but just so anyone else knows (after an hour on the phone...) Telstra have a problem with a NIPT DNS server in Victoria at the moment. If your SIP phone system is down, it try using the NSW DNS resolver
