@Telstra How hard is it for your support chat people to understand. My Note 20 Ultra has an eSim. I broke the screen, the phone is dead. I want to transfer my number to my old Note 9 phone. It does not have eSim. So I bought a prepaid simcard. They can't understand me... angry!

  • kevinjdewit Kevin de Wit (@kevinjdewit) reported

@Telstra Should I start thinking about having two phones one on Telstra and one on Optus or Vodaphone for safety instead of relying solely on Telstra to provide my service?

  • goh_ricardo ricardo goh (@goh_ricardo) reported

@lenirobredo You never regret if the network system provided by Telstra Australia. Proposal back few years ago, partnership between San Miguel & Telstra Australia. Regulatory issues collapsed the partnership. No drop out during communication. Clear & audible.

  • kevinjdewit Kevin de Wit (@kevinjdewit) reported

@Telstra I am highlighting how dangerous this is. If I have an emergency or anyone in my family has an emergency and needs me there is no way to call me and no way for me to call anyone. The only option I have is to get in my car and drive somewhere else.

  • kevinjdewit Kevin de Wit (@kevinjdewit) reported

@Telstra I have full bars but no message or indication it won't work. If I try to ring anyone I just get a call failed. I haven't tried 000 obviously because I don't need them. You have it listed on your website as an outage in my area that wouldn't be fixed until Tues the 8th.

  • edibame eddy (@edibame) reported

Westpac and Telstra ads will never fail to make me bawl my eyes out

  • kiakaiao Kaia (@kiakaiao) reported

@Telstra Hi Brandon - my elderly parents have been having issues with Telstra for months, they have made repeated lengthy phone calls and the service has been appalling can you please DM me? Seniors who have been with @Telstra for years deserve better.

  • boredspamnfan David Potts (@boredspamnfan) reported

Hey @Telstra, my home internet has been trash for like, a week now, and apparently there’s not even an outage in my area. “No wifi connection” on my laptop, nothing loading on my devices. What’s happening, Australia’s most reliable network?

  • Photos_TR Tony Rush (@Photos_TR) reported

@Telstra my internet (@NBN_Australia) service has been down since 24th November 2021. I registered a complaint with the TIO, customer said he get back to me today at the latest. Still no response! Not Good Enough! #badservice #telstrafail #nbncofail

  • booth_alison Alison Booth (@booth_alison) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@Telstra The service has now been miraculously restored… at last.
