@Telstra my cable internet isn't working after a power outage in my suburb (4178 wynnum west). I've already restarted everything, this happens pretty much every time the power goes splat, it's always an nbn issue not a me issue but takes you guys hours to realise it.

@Telstra The cable internet is completely down, the smart modem is using the 4g backup at the moment. There are no outages shown for my area when I enter my address, but this (no outages shown) _always_ happens for this specific fault which occurs after a power outage.

@Telstra you cut off my mobile service yesterday with no warning, I am unable to make calls, sent sms, use 4G. Your Telstra 'experts' tell me that it is due to a system migration and could take up to 45 days for a resolution, how is this acceptable service?
