So annoyed with @Telstra . Apparently they have cut off the #ADSL service in our area for some unknown reason and without notice. I work from home. Wasted hours trying to work out what the issue is. No #NBN either. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I hate @kayosports. As a @Telstra customer i'm meant to get it for $15/month but when i went to add it, it says you can't you've already had a free month and already a member. Like WTF? I just want the AFL Live pass back. Its messed up #AFL

Good Friday and no internet at all @Telstra extent of their help via off shore chat - turn off and on, have u changed anything and then they cut you off. About time @accc and @acmadotgov did something about the ongoing horrendous service to all Australians.

@andy_penn Just tried phoning the number provided but your call centre is closed. No leave a message option. You talk a lot about some of the big issues in your Twitter posts. Moral high ground etc. But you really need to deal with the operating issues in Telstra that need your attention
