    @LeeRespecter Privatisation in her mind means cost cutting to provide more value to shareholders. What that means in reality for maintaining a network is outsourcing the work to Infosys or the like. I don't see how Telstra being public prevents that happening as its the done thing these days

    @justin_schwarze Tell councils to replace the cabling with aluminium cable,they will never get stolen againTelstra have been doing that since 2020 thanks to a @ventiaservives.Now retired Area Manager in Melbourne who after much pushback Telstra agreed but gave the credit to ..themselves @Telstra

    @agroasx @Telstra Your point being? I never said Starlink won’t affect anyone. It will likely hurt rural broadband providers and established satellite companies such as Viasat. That is still very different from "eating Telstra’s business."

    Chinese Hackers are Trained in Australian Universities. If they wanted to Telstra would be down forever plus all other Communications in Australia. China dont need Missiles to wreck Australia. They have an Army of Hackers and there Submarines will rip up all undersea cables .

    @Telstra CEO of a entire company thinks she can just get away with a 'sorry, my bad'. Wheres the resignation, wheres the the accountability. A normal employee would've been fired over something like this.
