@TelstraEnt Does the rest of Telstra know this though? Some Internet Direct services have been (with reduced features) migrated to NBN - and support/complaints doesn't know anything else exists.

Interesting to see that #AndyPenn poking his head up @PressClubAust next month. While not on topic hopefully someone will ask him about customer service & the extremely bad reputation Telstra has for delivering good (not even great) customer service while he’s in the spotlight.

@Telstra Adding extra data to my modem seems pointless as it’s not working! It also doesn’t revert to 4 G as it should. I’ve done all the trouble shooting and had patchy cover yesterday but can’t access anything on my smart tv as it says no internet available

@Telstra Hi, I received a $15 penalty on my account, even though i have experienced outages and no power. I have tried calling many times but up to one hour delays. How can i resolve this problem?
