    @EffingHardy @Telstra Telstra pulled in favours and talked M.Turnbull to pay for the decrepit copper wires that Telstra owns. Attaching fibre to that dinosaur of a network is going to cause problems. BTW my ISP - Internode, yay! - is switching me over to NBN in the next week or so. Fingers crossed.

    @Telstra Maybe if you told people this is related to the uniti buying Telstra velocity last year and this outage is related to massive problems with the switching to their gear, we would all be more informed... no ?

    @andy_penn @Telstra wasted almost 3 hours trying to report a Phone fault, it is not possible as 132200 only accepts call from Mobiles, 3 calls to Telstra Platinum, no help as they don't understand Engish/Australian, and just tranferred me to a number that doesn't deal with faults

    @anthonylindle10 @twtrrr @YMangostein telstra put me on the default list twice and gave me a bad credit rating, the ombudsman made telstra take them off twice...
