What's the point of paying for @Telstra NBN internet, when it never fricking works! So frustrating and cause it keeps cutting out a thousand times a day our Google Devices aren't working "sorry, something went wrong please try again in a few seconds" echoes through our house 😤😤

If I choose the Sydney @2degreesmobile server I get full speed. My connection to Sydney Telstra still 0.2 megabit. Both ISPs use Devali to provide their backhaul from NZ. I believe the issue is with Devali.

@IAmKeelinIt In Australia, we call that "Telstra Customer Service" lol

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported

@Telstra More accurately, this is because @telstra doesn’t offer support out of Australian office hours

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported

@Telstra Well I’m sitting in a hotel lobby trying to get my day pass activated. I don’t know what you’re doing if you don’t tell me. If you need 10 minutes you tell the customer that. Particularly since the conversation has been instantaneous up to that point.

  • MonBazza MongoBazza (@MonBazza) reported

@ConquestOfEvo @RevivalOfPotara Telstra has some of the worst internet available unless you're like dead centre in Sydney

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported

@Telstra We still have the problem that the app won’t allow me to turn it on but that won’t be an issue until I actually need it next trip overseas. And I still have a number of issues with the endless loop of web-view / in-app browser security issues.

  • jcjobau James O'Brien 🏳️‍🌈 (@jcjobau) reported from Darwin, Northern Territory

@SimonThomsen @kimhonan @Telstra It's ok, I have been assigned a complaint manager over the last few months of associated problems. I'm sure Jess will sort it

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported

@Telstra Why can’t I turn it on when connected to the local network?
