@Telstra As I said the amount is trivial but what you guys are making me go through Can’t talk to humans through the App. Call up the help line and you’re directed back to the app. A viscous circle of no result. The one time I got a human she promised me answers that never came.

@Telstra I received an offer for 12mths free Binge subscription as a Gold member. 6mths into the offer it was cancelled. I received an email today saying it was an error and how to fix. That won’t work and chat is being very unhelpful. Why offer something you don’t honour?
