@NBN_Australia Well for a start we have changed providers and we now wait to see if their modem and services are better than Telstra but we were bothered by constant drops in speed and video calling was cut after 2 to 6 minutes, this went on for months and no one could fix it but still no tech.

Looks like @Telstra still don't know why I cant get Velocity and blame NBN for not having infrastructure here. Eventhough my area is telstra "smart" community where telstra doesn't allow NBN to install anything. To top it of, velocity only contact is currently down #tesltraFAIL

@Telstra Stabbing myself in the eye with a rusty fork would be a more pleasant experience than trying to get help from the messaging service.

@DarkMatterzine @Telstra Likewise, the trouble with no many Australian industries is that genuine competition does not exist. It's often a choice of who is less worse than the others, not which is actually good in terms of service.

@Telstra I was advised by the automated bot that emails you about prepaid SIM activations that I need to contact you guys because some tech issue occurred and needed manual activation. Been a few hours now and I'm waiting for a response from the app's "Contact Telstra" part.

@Telstra Hi. There tended to be coverage where you state it is exists. The issue is that in the fringe areas it’s inadequate for web browsing or high reliability of calls. It’s a major tourism destination- you should be able to access booking apps etc wherever

@Telstra This is how it’s been for years, have never been offered any help and I’ve complained many times, not once has Telstra ever returned a call that they have promised to. $200 a month for absolute **** my phone only works in one spot and I can’t walk or it drops out!
