So maybe I'm a bit slow but when did @Telstra just decide to increase my contracted rate by 10%? Sorry that contract thing I signed seems irrelevant now

@Telstra mobile coverage not working in Brunswick at the moment, and your outages website says it’s “planned maintenance” yet won’t be fixed until 10pm on Mon 14 Dec?? I actually need to call my doctor

@TelstraDev I have a really old SMS system setup 10 years ago on Nokia3100 that still has images delivered by SMS as a hyperlink to a MMS portal at Telstra. I want a new service to have this same feature, but no one knows what it is or how to set it. Any ideas?

@Telstra It's outrageous that customers can never get to speak to senior management in Australia to let them know the problems they are experiencing. If they actually deigned to speak with customers, they might find out why they are moving to other telcos.

@telstra Another wasted 1 hour and 42 minutes. I'm trying to run a business here. The problem I have is still not resolved and I'm back to battling the AI to try to get to a real live human being who might be able to help me with my problem. IInet here I come.

Telstra's Medinexus has a secure messaging system? That's why me - someone who has never had contact with this service - was just invited by txt to hit a link & access medical data belonging to a "Denise". Well done Telstra! 😒

@Telstra Great job Telstra! I contact you with one problem and it takes nearly 2 hours on the phone, and now I can't get any of my business emails. Great support for Australian businesses!
