@Telstra 25 mins on the phone to be told right at end of T&Cs that I am calling too early (4 weeks before) to arrange my internet and need to call back in 3 weeks. Why? Why do I need to call in the first place? I have an account and all the details you need. Just awful.

@Telstra Hi Telstra, you’ve cut my mother-in-law’s phone off. She’s sick & 85 yrs old. You cut her off as she hadn’t paid the bill you haven’t sent her. She has no email but you made her account paperless anyway. Your customer service can’t help. What can you do?
