    @RonniSalt @Telstra If you need technical support call 13 75 87 Took me a lifetime to get this number, they say you can be charged for using it but I was lucky to get a great operator who told me that's a crock, they just don't want people to know it.....pass it on

    @RonniSalt @Telstra Oh my, the irony that a telecommunications company cannot communicate. It is their sole purpose for existing. Yet they are just so bad at it.

    @MeredithGow1 @Telstra Thank you Meredith. Looks like that's where we're going. Two months of pleading & requesting a technician to fix the internet that has never worked. Nobody bothers to call back. Nobody turns up. It's like sticking your head down a toilet & screaming into an empty septic tank.

    @RonniSalt @Telstra Totally agree ... in my 35 years of dealing with thousands of businesses they always come of as worst in my view... so deepest sympathies.

    @RonniSalt @Telstra Everything in writing only. Regular complaints to the TIO on every failed service undertaking or deadline miss. Refuse to deal with Philippines and demand to speak to the escalation team (located in Adelaide). We got five months refund on all services and plenty compensation!

    @RonniSalt @Telstra Yep, the only way I got anywhere after weeks of trying to get issues sorted was to go to the Ombudsman. That got some attention. Meanwhile more staff being laid off 🙄
