    @Telstra Which according to a cursory Google search means you guys haven't provisioned my order correctly. Which is the same thing that happened last time, and I swore I'd never go Telstra again for a new phone. More fool me.

    @LennaLeprena The email that allows these through is Outlook I have no problems with my main which is Telstra . Might swap Outlook to Google ..

    @BcEvolution @CryptoCyberClam @9NewsAUS Sounds like a bad deal to me, "Here's a new phone for the data that was stolen, our bad, the data may enrich those that stole it, & it may also make your life more difficult due to it being used fraudulently" - Telstra (probably) I'd tell them the shove the phone up their ***.

    @Telstra you have charged me $10 on two seperate occasions for international roaming when I connect to a wifi service even though my phone is on aeroplane mode and my mobile data is off AND I turned off my roaming pass. Why?!!
