    SEPTEMBER 2019 I pay a @Telstra bill than wait 8 WHOLE DAYS TO ACTUALLY GET MY SEVICE RECONNECTED, that caused me alot of grief & financial loss. Paying for a service i coukd not use sucks fast foward to june 2021, still no resolve....Do telstra want me to take this further????

    @boostmobile very disappointed in Boost’s service. I bought a SIM card and have been trying to change from Telstra but haven’t been able to and the customer service team have told me something different every time I call. I’m not left with a phone that doesn’t work. Thanks a lot
