    @Optus Worst thing I ever did was get a contract with Optus, mobile coverage is absolute garbage loading basically any app or website takes 10x longer than Telstra.

    @HarperReynoldsX The only difference between them is customer service. They ALL are using the same network (NBN). The quality depends entirely on the equipment used to deliver NBN and has nothing to do with the retailers. PS Belong IS Telstra!

    @HarperReynoldsX Currently with Telstra haven't had any issues at all with NBN but i am also very close to the hub so that could be why my experience has been good

    @Telstra @KelexKrypton Contacting the Telstra tech team doesn't help. Still waiting on feedback that we were promised to get yesterday, and last week.... and last year. Only option is to cancel. Yet you charge a ridiculous cancellation fee. Even though we're paying for a service that we do not get!!

    Just beware if ur changing ur landline over to NBN, BEWARE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR TELSTRA MESSAGBANK ,my neighbour has gone through hell trying to get it restored..tech who changed it 2 NBN didn't ask if she still wanted message service. Didn't do his job TELSTRA..help her please..

    @Telstra It’s not a messaging issue it’s a problem with someone on Optus calling my number and getting a disconnected message sometimes and no one has sorted anything out
