    @RonniSalt @Telstra They connected me up to a package I never asked for after I changed providers and then tried to charge me for it. I complained straight to their CEO and the telecommunications ombudsman. Don’t bother with their customer disservice, go straight to the top.

    @RonniSalt @Telstra Had a similar experience last week trying to connect a new service to an existing business account. Over a week - via Telstra messenger & phone - to get absolutely nowhere. Infuriating 🤯 Tried the local Telstra Business Centre & they sorted it immediately. They were excellent.

    @RonniSalt @WindsorBeaver @Telstra With you on this. My Telstra *support chat a nightmare, they don’t answer Survived weeks of hell over new mobile order. Yesterday, ALMOST there but SIM wouldn’t activate online. Another hour of my life wasted calling, only to be left on hold while I tested/fixed it myself. 🤬

    @Optus Yeah thanks Jack but those maps don't represent anything approaching reality out here ... hot-spotted my partner's Telstra phone and fine for the rest of the trip ... thanks for trying but the Optus network is useless outside of metropolitan areas ... ditching it this month

    @richard_jayne @RonniSalt @Telstra Ronni's solution looks appealing doesn't it? My last straw was when they sent me a modem that I didn't want and didn't ask for. Then they sent me a threatening letter about returning it. Stuff them!

    @SpotlightForYou @Telstra Hi Emma, hope I can help - what does contract say? I missed a due date 12 years ago on a bill and they tried to chg me $850 exit fee and I screamed and shouted until they waived it. I worry about folks who can't stand up to them. Good Luck !

    @RonniSalt @Telstra I was on “hold” via their app for 7 hours - to arrange a technician to fix my parents internet issue , one parent is severely deaf and has special equipment- but this is not in anyway priority. Appalling.

    @MeredithGow1 @RonniSalt @Telstra Whenever I strike problems with a telco's customer service I immediately insist on email comms only and cc the Ombudsman whenever there's a new roadblock. They soon get the hint.
