    @Telstra 5 business days.. Are you joking? Our speed is 0.25mbps We should just suck it up & keep paying for this service? & Just maybe someone will call by mid next week Please bump me up to someone who could possibly phone today?

    @Telstra , you're a communication company. You want everyone to use myservices because you don't want to pay staff. The very least you could do is make the bloody thing work! The best advert for Optus is Telstra customer service. Absolutely useless.

    @jasejdv3 @JoW_71 doesn't matter where you are located. I consistently get 150 down 50 up. Yes there are outages, but try Telstra or NBN for bigger issues.

    @telstra please turn 5g off. Not because of the conspiracy reasons, turn it off because it's bad - it's slower 95% of the time and when reception is borderline previously you could get by. Now it just stops all together.

    Had a whinge to the local Telstra guy a few days ago at how bad the speeds are in Albury. I showed him my speed test result (sub 5 Mb/s). "It sometimes depends on where you are," he replied. We were INSIDE THE TELSTRA STORE.

    Friday 7 PM. No modem. Five days without internet. Kids going nuts. @telstra are literally ****.
