    @GongGasGirl @amaysim Telstra prepaid , no contract , still access to telstra network which is still best in outback . Best thing i ever did . Telstra contracts are ripoff

    @GongGasGirl I switched from Telstra to Belong which was started as their carbon neutral division but is also marketed as no frills/cheap/youth service. Essentially the same service for 1/4 of the price. I don't work rural/remote any more so the 1% extra geo coverage doesn't matter.

    @GongGasGirl I use Aldi for my phone and the coverage is good too, because they use the Telstra network.

    @Telstra I have been trying to speak to someone on the phone for 2 months. Everytime I call, a recorded message says do it online and hangs up. Yet I cannot fix my issue online. Is this how you treat your customers now? Your app msg service takes hours to get a reply. #overit

    @ketaminh @GongGasGirl @amaysim I might not have moved, but every 12 months or so I do the research and make that choice. Telstra was initially because of mobile coverage in the parts of Australia that the Army takes you. I’ve since gotten used to not having to think about coverage for service.

    @NBN_Australia So if I’m still on ADSL, do I tweet you if we are experiencing trouble? Ie are the scanners right - you are providing Telstra services now??

    @GongGasGirl @amaysim TBH I’ve just stuck with Telstra because of Apple Watch and roaming (and our hospital is basically a Faraday cage that only has reception for Telstra network) Interested to hear other options, about to make the 5g leap..

    @GongGasGirl @amaysim I am really annoyed that only Telstra works in my hospital building. On principle I won’t change to their network due to this monopolising.

    @NoShins81 @rdhinds Lol... and my Pop. He took it to Telstra because it stopped working. It was because the 2G network closed down. It had them all quite amused...
