@Telstra Stating the obvious! NO UPDATE! I STILL NEED HELP! - ALL WE NEED is have the "NBN Activation Team" to contact NBN Co and MANUALLY BOOK the technician who was here last to come back today🤬! (We even provided his Full name and direct mobile to you guys!!!) Sub Par Service

@Telstra Did you reward them for their expertise in the Telstra Principle? ie The ability to never solve any issue without referring it to another dept, and repeat, until a huge backlog is created! Communication giant ?Pffffff!

@Telstra Not really. I rang half a dozen times and the total lack of flexibility indicated no intent to do anything at the time or in future. After being a customer for over 20 years it really broke any notion that Telstra were there to help. At all.

@Telstra Hi Ash, I had to call back as no one called me in the 2-5 days I was told. Luckily a helpful tech decided we should reset passwords on the emails in question and this resolved this issue. Thanks for following up.

@Telstra I left telstra because they didn't care for the consumer. Horrible customer service. Shocking flexibility. Manipulative contracts. Unapproved removal of funds. Sympathies to anyone that is currently tied to the company.
