    @Telstra Charged twice for the same bill - once by MyTelstra, which I was informed at the time was not working and that I would have to try later, and once after I eventually paid the bill by phone. I have one receipt number only, for the phone payment.

    @AlboMP Oh for God sake another Govt business being privatised? Is there any hope for consumers? Just like Telstra, Aus Post will become all about the money and service delivery will be far from adequate. These workers deserve better also. Stop the privatisation of Aust Post @AlboMP

    The lack of communication from @NBN_Australia on a resolution date has been horrific a simple fix is all that is needed. @Telstra who else can we contact to get this issue sorted? @acccgovau ?

    @Telstra No. I'm in #Sydney Metropolitan. I'm ringing them again, for the 5th time, to make an official complaint. I'm trying to have a life outside of complaining to Telstra about their rubbish coverage. This is the biggest city in #Australia and #Telstra is not able to service it.

    @TelstraEnt The most terable and useless service is Telstra NBN and to get support from Telstra you have to wait trogugh the phone sometime 30 minutes very bad service

    @NBN_Australia why is it so difficult to get issues rectified? I’m stuck in a loop between you and @telstra. Two years on and our nbn is still slow. It shouldn’t be this difficult.
