@Telstra hi Angela, as i said nothing has changed at my end - it was working at 3am and not working at 11am, and there have been no changes here. smtp.telstra appears to be failing to authenticate the details. Has there been a change today to the process?

@Telstra Hi i've tried to send 5 DMs but they all keep failing to send. Email was working at 3am, and started failing at 10:51am. No details have changed at my end. I can login to the telstra web with the same details.

I tried to return to #Telstra today. Because I previously had an account, I couldn't use my email address, even though my previous account had been closed for years. #Telstra help. Just make another email account isn't a solution.

@Telstra That test was from my mobile on apparently a 5G service. My home internet isn't much better as I am forced to use wireless internet as landline service is unavailable at my home. Forced to pay more money for less speed than urban customers. It has been this way for years!

. @Telstra Hi, Why are ppl coerced in your stores now in order to purchase anything? Forced to wait, sometimes for hours, to see a CS, before they can buy even the most basic of items, or a phone outright? It's the worst CS ever. Can't buy anything. @acccgovau this coercion?
