@Telstra Oh, and that link you sent? How can I do that when the service constantly drops out completely? All bars on theobile disappear & I get a "no service" message. If I had any other way except intermittent coverage to report the problem, I would have phoned... Please help 🙏

@Telstra Hello Tom. Actually no I can't view the bill for my mobile using the payments tab as described above. For some reason known only to the Telstra, I don't get an itemised bill for my service. What I get is 2 separate texts with links to my receipt. WTF ? #nothappyjan

@Telstra How many weeks is reasonable to wait for a call that was supposed to happen within 3-5 days? Escalated to case manager who still hasn’t found a fault or called? How often do I ring to chase up your terrible customer service?

@Mr_Lonley_One they can't do it, i have to do it through the telstra app and it was turned on by tetras default, it's BS as i had not had this feature for nearly 20 years and all i had to do was ring up and get this taken off, and the app doesn't work when you go into your privacy settings ...
