@Telstra Hi Tom, no outages recorded. However, the problem is consistency, fluctuations and speed for the past 4 weeks. It’s really gone from pretty good to terrible. I have reset the modem twice no difference. Our neighbours are having similar complaints.

@AussieRIZZette @QuentinDempster There should be no drop outs if it is all fibre. Only drop out where copper involved. Howard, Costello & Alston stuffed this with Telstra set up. The network responsibility should have remained with Telstra run by Govt. Now a hotchpotch.

Is the Telstra 4G network really crappy for actual data streaming, or is it just Telstra via an MVNO (Woolies) that sucks? $20/m was wonderful when I did not leave the house, but now that I actually need data to work on the train, maybe I need to change back.

@Telstra I’ve been waiting over a week to hear back from telstra plus. And every time I contact you guys I’m bounced around. And lied too. This is the most pathetic service I’ve ever witnessed. I’ve a large family, they will all be cancelling their services now.

@Brixchip819 @MorpheusBeing @QuentinDempster After 7 months of trying to get Satellite NBN to work I gave up. The TIO got me a complete refund of all money I had spent on the NBN. I went back to Telstra ADSL 2 and though slow & on 60 yr old copper, it is more reliable & much less latency. I may try Starlink next year?

@Telstra Honestly I’m done at this point. The whole complaint process have been painful and I wonder if this is done in a attempt for the customer to just give up and let it go

@QuentinDempster Gave up on the NBN and now have a 4G modem with 500GB for $69 a month. The NBN never worked properly at our place in Campbelltown NSW and neither Telstra nor NBN was interested in fixing it. The 4G modem works fine.
