Hmm @telstra always had mediocre customer service but its gone even further backwards. Call for support get sent to text message service that clears you messages after closing it.

@Telstra (part 3) I don’t need the SIM anymore because the Optus network has been restored but I’d like my $90 back. It charged me for every failed attempt at activating/loading credit. $30 for every time I hit the button only to get an error message. Please assist, thank you!

@johnny_doe2010 @mariewalsh18 @Telstra I’ll probably have more trouble accessing my Telstra app than they will..🙄

  • DebHoggoz Deb Hogg 📚🐨🦉🏝🌺🙏😝 (@DebHoggoz) reported

@gmtaylor @Telstra It is looking like this will be necessary. My poor hubby is trying to work from home in this chaos and his stress levels have skyrocketed proportionate to the number of times the internet drops out each day. It all came to a head on Thursday in an important Teams meeting.

  • johnny_doe2010 Johnny Doe 🔻 (@johnny_doe2010) reported

@craig3352 @mariewalsh18 @Telstra Spoofing the calling ID is trivial, used all the time by the scammers. The email looks like it might be legit... scammers might have access to your telstra login, change password just in case, and could have requested the change so they can use it for password/account changes ?

I’m so sick of @Telstra putting me through to their text messaging service. Put a human on the phone otherwise I will be leaving to Optus. 🧐🤪

  • johnny_doe2010 Johnny Doe 🔻 (@johnny_doe2010) reported

@craig3352 @mariewalsh18 @Telstra Yeah, billing will be business hours. Try tech support, that should be up until midnight 7 days.
