@Optus @colehaddon @colehaddon get used to it in 3 months I have had 3 outages for around 5-10 days each… I’m not sure what today’s outage is for me but they send a message saying “great news we are updating mobile towers for better service” it’s time to go to Telstra !

@mittyhayes @Telstra Same in large areas of the YP. Telstra & Optus signal strength declined even disappeared in some areas within sight of towers. Not good enough by todays standards.

@Telstra Still no fix, Telstra should be utterly ashamed to call themselves an Aussie company. Predatory, deceptive and fraudulent business practices are NOT Australian.

@Telstra can you please improve your services? I have had the worst possible help with my move service ever. This is a terrible way to treat customers

Is Telstra mucking about with its mobile service to the regions by changing the signal in some places from 3 to 4G...or dropping the range so the signal is too weak to reach the obscure customers..Like they can't be bothered and want them to drop out and go to Optus ore summat?

@mittyhayes @Telstra Hi, I'm alleging Telstra started reducing and decommissioning 3G (off in 2023) network as the 4G is supposed to be much better. Working across W Australia last 10 yrs, using a Telstra legal Repeater for 8 yrs, I can watch the connections, it is def worsening.

@JustKatIsFine @Telstra Yes! We had no internet for 36 hours until they finally fixed it for us today, and they tried to tell us it was an NBN problem. The NBN tech came out, even replaced our modem for free and it was 100% a Telstra issue
