Woeful .@telstra support, act 2. All I want is to speak to a human! Your IVR is painful, your message based support is painful and so slow - when you get to chat to someone all they do is repeat the same old tests and nothing progresses. Waiting on the phone takes years :(

@QuikSand86 @Telstra We have no mobile service either so the 4G sim in the modem doesn’t work. Fantastic. I wasn’t able to work this afternoon and will now have to go into the office next week. An ETA of a week to fix? That is mad.

I truly do hate @Telstra, man. The internet has disconnected God knows how many times over the past 24 hours. They were meant to fix it Monday - haven’t. Big surprise. I mean, I’ve already lost around 4 and a half hours of playtime for Cyberpunk because of it.

@NBN_Australia You seem to be doing a lot of work in Forest Lake over the past 6 weeks, as advised by Telstra. We've had another outage tonight, and I notice on your support page that there is planned outage for Saturday night and Sunday too. Did you start a night early?

@sterlo1985 @NRL @Telstra Yeah, it i thought it was suppose to be as well. Not playing the ball is already a penalty as well, they are just changing it to a handover (and still needs to be enforced which is the issue).
