    @Telstra why is reception at butler train station so bloody **** there’s literally none just in that spot and then abit up the train line it’s so stupid there’s residential housing everywhere how can there not be reception

    @Telstra imagine our shock today: on limited income, pensioners & usual telstra bill up by over $500 for one month. Phone call, with some help, sorted the 'why' as a call with @telstra last wk adjusting a XS plan on 1 phone, your employee cancelled ACTUAL phone contract. 1/2

    @MelanieTait @andrew_showell Pretty sure some of the smaller players also run on the Telstra network. I know Aldi does.

    @Telstra My internet will drop out multiple times a week and its always exactly around 8:50pm, is there a reason for this happening? This is the main issue among other things.

    @Telstra with that kind of a mistake it's pretty bad, I am sure you agree. Today's employee apologised, explained we could pay it out at a lesser figure (we negiotated it down), & fixed the so-called plan change on my phone last week's employee said was not possible. #billshock

    Today i spent two hours resolving the address a modem will be sent to by @Optus. Absolutely ******* garbage service. I should have stuck with @Telstra
