@ServicesGovAU That’s my point, it takes time to hang up and call back and stay on hold. When @Telstra call and they send a code to your mobile, you give the code to the call operator and your ID is confirmed, simple, it works, quick and effective. Why can’t you introduce something like that?

@Telstra No it didn't help, the app really doesn't help at all. Like I said on my many previous tweets all it's done is taken me in circles. However, I decided to ring Telstra over and over until I got to talk to someone and now I have a technician appointment on Tuesday.

@Telstra good afternoon guys. I am having issue with my NBN bandwidth. I used to get 700Mbps down but recently I am topping out at 450Mbps. Do you know if their is a recent issue of capacity in Melbourne 3000?
