@ParaRjs Yup, but then i have dealt with Telstra and AT&T, Global switch and Nokia as well and they all are chaotic shitshows. Nokia is the worst.

Absolutely unconscionable behaviour from @Telstra. They havent provisioned my phone since the 2nd of January, but they sure didn't miss out on ripping funds out of my account to pay for the service which no longer works. DIsgraceful behaviour. #auspol @PaulFletcherMP

Also, since we're tweeting today, @Telstra it took 22 support staff over 7 weeks to activate a single eSIM, so hit me up if you want some chat logs and tips on how to not have this happen. I was dissociating by week 2.
