Having no luck getting support from @Telstra around having no internet since Fri. Waited over 5 hrs yesterday for chat response but nothing. Chat then logs out. Not looking forward to seeing my data expenses this bill period after having to hotspot for work #justwantinternetback

@Telstra I tried all of those on Saturday when the internet was being slow and none worked. The online troubleshooting froze 4 times at 75% "Checking my plan" so I gave up. And there is nothing helpful in the support page. The internet has picked up somewhat to 6 Mbps but pay for NBN 50.

@rosaperry @Telstra I'm north of Brisbane. Belong ...and I've got no internet...and it says the same thing, that there is no problems in my area. I can't even call belong because they cut off their call centres

@Telstra you could learn a thing or two from @Aussie_BB . Aussie call centres full of friendly and helpful people you can actually get ahold of, troubleshooting tools accessible by the end user and last of all its not over priced garbage like your service Telstra
