@grow_dem_melons @Telstra I had same issue around southern mallee in Victoria so I got sick of Telstra saying there is no problem and switched to @optus and never looked back. Their service is mint and you can actually talk to real person not some bot.

The Telstra dude handling my complaint just got promoted to a manager. On a similar note, I just filed a complaint with the TIO cos it’s been over a month since I filed my complaint with Telstra and zero progress has been made since then.

Hey @Telstra can you explain why you charge disabled people a fee to discuss problems over the phone because they can’t visit one of your stores for assistance? That seems a bit unfair and just a tad discriminatory.
