@kezincanberra @Telstra I had that issue a few weeks ago. Of the phone os actually glong offline(cant data either) it may be the chip is failing like mine did. Easy to replace at a telsta shop, or your equivalent.

@Telstra Thanks Ollie. 7112. There have been recent overnight works. No problem. Today service is up and down. Wouldn’t mind so much if you hadn’t charged me a late payment fee recently. It can’t all be one-way traffic.

@Telstra and @NBN_Australia now saying that even though we are existing customers and this is a replacement device, they cannot supply us. Back to where we were a week ago. 55 contacts and nearly 8 hours of our time. They did send us the bill though. #Telstra #NBN #fail
