    @Telstra Hi There. It is NBN. I have tried resetting the modem and switching it off and on again. Nothing changed. The lights keep blinking. For Wifi connected devices it kept prompting to sign in for the service. For physically connected devices, they prompted no connection detected.

    @Telstra There is but having been so kind yourself, I will not answer in full. Be aware though that phone assistance over email service faults is lacking in consistent messaging, staff lie outright & forcing clients onto Platinum with extra charges for technical assistance is poor.

    @Telstra fabulous customer services from your complaints team! Repeated calls after 5:30 pm despite me explicitly saying I can only talk between 4:30pm and 5:30pm! You’re a private company with the most appalling customer care in Australia Waiting for the TIO now

    @Telstra So last night @NBN_Australia send a message to say fault restored & cancelled my appointment 🤬 this morning when I contact Telstra you tell me there is outage so you can’t help me - which is it? It can’t be both? You need to get your facts straight

    if you are ever looking to contact @Telstra they will say you will be put on hold for 20 minutes but, do not be fooled, it will actually be 2 hours plus. telstra has good coverage and all, just not good customer support.

    @Telstra Yes. I’m still being billed and being asked to just pay it and when Telstra gets it sorted I’ll get a credit. $500 so for a service I cancelled in November
