@tagwacheit @ClareONeilMP LOL, Telstra's not going to accept a hand delivered, paper credit check when one's applying to it for service. Nor is your bank for your refi. Nor are most employers in fact.

@madwixxy @Optus @Telstra Good question. I'm starting to think biometrics is the only solution to identity theft. Finger print; iris scan; voice etc... I'm also feeling nervous because my husband recieved a new Medicare card in the post while I never got one. The whole system is dodgy.

@flexibledragnet @Telstra You don't seem to understand that Telstra commerce is not restricted to online. They guarantee phone service as well, unlike say Amazon. And when you call you have to id yourself. The OP sook with the bill could have paid the account online as well without id. ATO, same.

@Telstra Yeah pretty much like the speeds in the screenshot all the time. There might be a slight improvement in speeds between midnight and 5am however. Which indicates to me the network is overloaded.

I’ve been with @Telstra for 30+yrs, never changed for cheaper rates bc I wanted top security. Telstra better be making sure we don’t end up like @Optus customers #securitybreach #auspol
