    @Telstra No NBN cancels and says the issue is resolved. And it’s not. Now the line 2 team try and rebook NBN for tomorrow. What a joke. But its not funny.

    @Telstra Thank Shannon — I started doing that, but I don’t have time to go through a troubleshooting regime through chat. Reception had been terrible there for years.

    it does go up to 55ish up, sometimes. but sometimes Telstra 5g just drops down to less than a megabit up!

    @alexmakin @Telstra @VodafoneAU There was a time when the support was on-shore and provided by actual Telstra employees. All outsourced and off-shored now.

    @Telstra A manager and a lawyer contacting me that social media posts are an ‘issue’ and pumping their chest says it all. Today in less than 60 sec after I sent an email you close the case and now your not even going to honor promises. Might do a social media review.

    @annaspargoryan Stay on Telstra cable! We were forced onto the NBN and it’s crap. Slower speeds, drop outs. It’s infuriating. I hope for your sake they never make you move over.

    @Telstra This level of service is so poor I'd even consider switching to @VodafoneAU to get away from it.
