@MarieColemanAO Report it to Telstra. Usually these type of callers want you to authorise them to take control of your computer by pretending it’s the only way to fix a non-existing problem. Don’t engage.

@BidNoonan This is the thing. I sent them an email and explained that there was nothing wrong with the service, it was the question that was the problem. Then I hated myself for my pedantry. (I had a great phone guy too, last year, and gave him a top review. Brunswick Barkly Square Telstra)

@NBN_Australia I might add, I NEVER get 25mbps download. The best I do is about 20 on a good day. I will need faster, stronger and better satellite delivery soon. I am discussing with Telstra putting an aerial up and going with 4G. And abandoning NBN.

@Foxtel Foxtel is a rip. Same shows repeated . Over priced . Same ads over and over again. Streaming services far better. Dont do telstra foxtel. Foxtel says call telstra foxtel says call telstra. Personal ecpereince Notice how u cant down grade ur package on line

Packet loss from @Telstra services are so bad in my area I can barely load google’s homepage right now. Services are technically still up so it’s not an outage, but my neighbours and I are all having to use phones as hotspots

@DeanBarron7 @LennaLeprena Tried to speak to a human at Telstra for 3 months.. their customer service is the worst of all AU telcos. Adjusted my own bill and paid what I thought I fairly owed them and switched to Aldi. Twice as much data for half the price and always a friendly person on the line if needed

@Foxtel No u r wrong.Kayo is far better and no ads. Besides if u use telstra foxtel when there is an issue foxtel says ring telstra, telstra says ring foxtel. Then when u cancel foxtel wonders why u are leaving Derh...

@AngryNana4 @Telstra Had a similar incident with Optus some years ago. Was overdue by 44c (reversed the cents figure and paid 17c instead of 71c on my bill). They cut off my OS access on 24th Dec and despite payment I couldn't get it restored till 28th, so I couldn't call OS fam and friends at Xmas.
