@Telstra Sure. And as the guy who was responsible for ingesting every cell tower ping in the Telstra network for CTO Big Data Location Insights, and what I had to do deal with for lags and bursts, let's ask Julian Butler. Tell him it's D808445 calling

@Telstra And it appears to have resolved now, but it would be nice to get an heads up like a text that we used to for an outage, even if there is an intermittent issue.

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@MrMDavidson @simonahac @Telstra Yes. But the problem is that the original message has no valid source.

  • TonySheahan Tony Sheahan (@TonySheahan) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

I’m sure I speak on behalf of many Australian @Telstra customers when I say they’re customer service is an absolute disgrace. I don’t know what @andy_penn & his team are telling the off shore workers but it’s clearly a concern. Telstra’s rating should be that of 0 these days

  • FrChrisBedding Father Chris (@FrChrisBedding) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

So now @Telstra has cut off the landline, without being asked. So so can’t port the number to iiNet. So I call Telstra. But it’s a business number, and the business team don’t work on weekends. So I ask to speak to someone ANYONE who can help.

  • JohnLutge 💧John Lutge (@JohnLutge) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Jackobsen @mrmintslice Yep, and now we just need Telstra to make some smart costing decisions with its 5G network and the NBN will be bankrupted and gone forever. Along with the wasted $51 Billion.
