    @Japh I was the same for ages. Then I went overseas for 5 weeks recently, and found once arriving that Telstra had nuked their own global roaming service - I needed a new SIM to fix. So I couldn't receive calls for 5 weeks. Since getting back I have had no scam calls.. totally worth it

    Dear @Telstra It’s been 72 hours without a working SIM. I cannot make or receive calls or messages. My son is sick and I cannot receive messages from the home doctor as to when or if they can make it. I cannot call the GP office to get an appointment. PLEASE FIX MY SIM CARD!

    Poor @Telstra 5G but can I find anyway to report it, NO. Can I get any assistance that's not the have you turned it off and on again rubbish, NO. Stuck in a logic loop of cannot test when I'm at the location of the fault BECAUSE of the fault I'm trying to report. YES #TelstaLogic
