    @Telstra @Telstra / Austin - This "Something went wrong" error message is prevalent irrespective of which device or network we attempt to use. We've tried different devices (Mac and PC) as well as different browsers. Not very impressed as a potential new customer.

    @Telstra No Jimmy, I've already been on the phone with Telstra "help" for a couple of hours now. I think it's probably the Ombudsman's turn ay? (One thing you can do is get IT to check the new direct debit system on your app. It's scuffed champ).

    @Telstra That’s great Austin any chance you can fix the service so it actually works without dropping out all the time. I have a suspicion this is happening intentionally so we move to the NBN.

    @SadafJadran @Telstra Yeah they are the worst. an hour is average. I still remember my first apartment I was on hold for more than 4 hours trying to get internet.

    @The_Top_Loader Definitely. The boys and I really appreciated my cupboard the most recently when Telstra kept 'updating' their network and we didn't have the internet for two days.

    @Telstra any chance i can get some proper customer service for once? tired of getting no help and spending hours on the phone. promises not kept. No one in Australia accountable.

    @Telstra Sean, Considering the Telstra bottom line over the past decade (or two) one wonders why it's taken so long. Virtue signalling and 'dog food' for the desperate does nothing for Telstra's abysmal customer service reputation, over pricing, or the disaster that is the NBN.

    @Telstra sort your customer service out. Have spoken to 3 different people through your ‘silver member support’ and still have not had my issue rectified. Get some humans to answer your phones. Ridiculous
