    @Telstra service pretty awful today. Repeatedly disconnected when calling, long hols times and inconsistent advice. Would be good to speak to someone who could actually help ... and knew their job

    @PalNavtej Telstra is so annoying..don’t care about their customers..even small companies listen to problems and sort it very nicely.But Telstra is horrible..don’t go with Telstra.

    @Telstra Yes callers claming to be from Telstra. Asking when last time you login into telstra account also they said your internet connection is not secure.

    @Telstra Pls don’t auto enrol ppl to email billing. Allow opt out. Wrong address used, I’ve wasted an hour to fix only to be hung up on. All I’m trying to do is get the bill paid by changing bill type back to what Telstra’s ALWAYS DONE. Awful idea. Awful service.

    @Telstra I only got a new #5G phone (iPhone 12 Pro Max) last week and haven't had any #5G signal as of yet
