@Telstra No NBN! I have been advised on several occasions by technicians that the problem is the signal from outside to the house is non existent!! This has been going on from the end of January still absolutely nothing done it appalling treatment of their customers

@Telstra Why is there always an issue with your site when trying to manage direct debits? For 3-4 days straight it has been a screaming pile of ****. If there is one thing you are good at is taking money and offering no service, yet you are failing at that as well.

@Tallawanta @senbmckenzie The Telstra3G towers are planned to be upgraded by June 2024 as that’s when Telstra plans to switch off their 3G network

@Juanita_Phillip Ausie broadband, not especially cheap or expensive, but efficient, Australian call centres and quick to respond to issues. Had them for 2 years, we are in the bush, offer a much better service than Telstra.

@droverdriver61 Aldi has a carry over - $25 for 20gig - builds up so I can use more on travel, stream movies and decent radio when s where there is reception. On the Telstra network too!

@ShortyWest2 @Optus Optus are tighter than a fish's butt hole~ they promised me heaps of credits they owe me for in the 22 years I was with them,,never saw a cant,,glad I changed to Telstra!

@Telstra @Telstra Do you not see the irony in your ad yet the comments are regarding issues with your existing infrastructures, which I will add too. I bought a house Q4-21 <3km f/- CBD w/- an existing NBN line, which has not worked once since moving in, yet still receive same mthly bill
