My broadband has offline all day, and according to Telstra’s ‘Outages’ page, will not be restored until Wednesday. Damn well better be back up by Wednesday - that’s Loki day!

@JulianBurnside Agree! Something is going on. Ours has been **** for over a month or so. Dropping out all the time. I bet it has something to do with 5G. #telstra @Telstra @TelstraBcast

@Telstra I have been waiting in a chat message with Telstra for over half an hour. There is no one there to help me. I have had no internet service on my phone all day when others around me with Telstra have. I am in Adelaide and want to know what has happened to my internet.

@datakid23 I'm still paying the Telstra tax. I need good coverage, international roam (hopefully soon) and a basic level of customer service. For the services I have on Aussie, I'm still thinking about what to do there.

@Telstra Will do,thanks,oh and by the way putting my Telstra SIM card in a different phone made no difference. Thanks for your help. Cheers

@wildrift I am at Australia. I’ve not been able to get into a match with Telstra 4G mobile network since the latest update applied. Any idea? PS can enter the home screen but cannot get into a match after champion selection, always failed for connecting. Friend list is empty also.

  • OzPol_Critic 💧Rob Hall (@OzPol_Critic) reported

I have to ask @Telstra. Why did you're network go down in the Vic storm and all the other carriers stayed up? It's crap that when the electricity goes down the landline goes down. But having the mobile phones stop working as well was too much. It makes me consider switching.

@Telstra Thanks for the reach out. I’m right atm. I have historically experienced horrific customer service to troubleshoot problems. Just hits a nerve when I hear others in the same boat. It really seems like tagging Telstra via Twitter is the best way to reach a resolution.
