@Telstra It is a conversation we have every year for something that just needs to be fixed properly and never is. I can’t believe the onus is on the customer to spend so much time just sorting it out!

@Telstra More than frustrating. Since mid-June I’ve tried to switch to @Telstra. Most definitely not an outage, rather you switched off the 4G back up due to a 5th order being placed: I ‘should’ have internet by Friday - no ETA provided. Not really good enough.

@jenpryor1 Try Aussie Broadband. We moved there after an incredibly traumatic experience with Telstra (dealing with their overseas call centres is akin to being waterboarded). Have had no issues with Aussie Broadband and their Australia call centre.

@Telstra Just great,Telstra delete your email on 1.8 when you didn’t ask them to & you have to keep calling them every day to fix THEIR stuff up.Each person you talk to has a bloody different story.Told each time 24/48 hrs to fix. Now another 5 to 7 days FFS.

OK another new poxy trend - social media posts spruiking 'invitation only' events. Eg drones in the EU, @Telstra Vantage, and now a flood design workshop. Are we entering a new era of exclusivity, or just bad manners (telling people about parties they're not allowed to attend)?

@Telstra No. I am still on with the agent. This issue goes back many years and Telstra have just put a Band-Aid on it each time. The cable that comes to the house has been stuck to a power pole with electrical tape! This was done by one of your contractors. It is abysmal.

They tell you business days, no not business days. You quote a reference number to them, they say it doesnt exist, or you didnt call on that day. What a miserable excuse for customer service Telstra. You suck.
