@Telstra @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help I have been waiting since 1pm to receive a call back from your support team. My Foxtel box has a “hardware” fault that cannot be diagnosed by simply connect into it. It’s a bit hard when the fault shuts the box down. I spent 1hr on the phone already

@KateEmerson88 @PlayContra I spoke to Telstra Technical support & they told me they can Stop the calls by blocking me from making overseas calls! Block both ways that is! The reason is that these callers R coming through Telstra's back door from overseas. I said no as my child was overseas. So now hang up!

@Telstra you have failed to port in my number from Optus. The Mobile Number Portability Industry code says 99% ports should be done in 2 days. I have been waiting 4 days. Please resolve this issue 170567880261305.

@marcpbailey @Optus @AussieBroadband Welcome to the Aussie Broadband club mate - I was with Telstra before I switch to NBN. Got Telstra to put in my NBN NTU with no contract and then switched over the next day to Aussie and never looked back - good to see these old monopolies get a run for their money!
