    @Telstra I just received a call back, the staff member was very good, it’s not his fault in any way, but it was a failure of the phone system of a phone company. Terrible PR.

    @perrossecretos I was a telstra customer for a million years just so I could get coverage on the vline, but everyone else is catching up and I don't need to pay twice what I do now for less data.

    Finally got a hold of Telstra, they are blaming nbn, nbn are allegedly going to try fix it remotely within 24hrs. If that doesn't work, up to two weeks until they fix it. @NBN_Australia
