@TraceySpicer @Telstra Currently in protracted conversations with @Telstra due to NBN to my house stopped over 5 weeks ago. They’ve sent me 4 modems that don’t work and they can’t fix nbn because it is already connected.

@Telstra The resolution was I had to pay, it took 5 years to do this, the phone numbers were not available to transfer, so we had to get new ones as well. No idea of reference no, but the phone numbers were 0424140235 and 0418 763992. It was a New Beith address in 2015
