@QuodGoogla @Telstra unbelievable! I made a call that cost me $25 and cancelled again in Feb and then they sent me a credit note of $90 I could not open and now I've been sent a bill for April...never again will I go near Telstra!

@Telstra Getting any service is an absolute chore. - explain multiple times (occasionally to multiple people) the issue you have - no effort made to understand your circumstances or digital context - response times on the app are woeful (still waiting on a reply after more than an hour)

@Telstra - grammar, spelling and punctuation are an afterthought - redundant security checks (the chat app also contains the account number that you used to verify me ) - you pay a premium price for this crappy service
