@Telstra @Stephmiccy Loyalty is great however reciprocating with customer service is just as good. Pity loyal customers don’t get the same offers and support as those they’re trying to woo over from other networks.

@Telstra Internet speed is still poor but it could just be my phone because it's always had poor reception, usually 2 bars. I'm using a Pixel 4a that was purchased in Australia

@Telstra I got a call on my Telstra NBN phone from "John from Telstra" and he said there are some issues with my NBN. I told him Telstra usually sends me an SMS when there are issues and he promptly hung up. How do these guys get my number which I never give to anyone

Does anyone know why idiots ring up saying they are from @Telstra and asking if it is working OK. Especially when I don't have Telstra. Is swearing at them rude?
