    @Telstra I have been without 4GS reception due to "planned maintenance" for over a week. This is significantly disrupting my business. Telstra never tells mobile users, never makes up for it and very poorly manages expectations. 5 years as a premium customer paying hundreds per month.

    @Telstra literally spent 12 hours trying to use your online chat feature to address a problem. Hours between replies and I keep having to repeat the problem. Exceptionally poor customer service.

    @Telstra I have not had internet for 4 days. I cannot contact anyone at @Telstra. I have been on the message help all day waiting for someone to answer. Can someone please help me?? I pay $100 a month and would expect a bit better than this

    @Telstra @andy_penn Sure - will send through what I have - though apparently the case was also closed without anybody telling me. After a week of this runaround I am so over Telstra it isn’t funny. Kafka would have loved this Telstra support set up!!!!

    @benzinob9 @Telstra And because we don’t have lots of follows other famous, @Telstra will just continue to ignore. Seriously been a customer since forever, but this experience has killed me. Definitely need to check out other providers

    @Telstra Unfortunately I’ve tried that method of communication 7 times and it’s gone absolutely no where, so frustrating. I’ve been promised a resolution many times and ensured it’s been escalated to been fixed and the chat session gets closed and I hear nothing further from anyone....

    @Telstra hi Telstra again, I have spoken to one of your representatives and they said I have PHANTOM SHAPING. I have a business account for a reason and haven’t had normal internet for 2 weeks. Texting on your service is like speaking with a table, get absolutely nowhere

    @Telstra hi... Logged onto My Account and then try to look at upgrading my mobile phone and plan yet the Galaxy S20+ 5G device isn't in the list, yet it's available in the new phone list? All the other versions of Galaxy are. Any way to fix?
