    @Telstra Thanks Tori. It's 3954. Had a similar problem a few weeks back. Both mobile service and NBN are scratchy at best

    So as a Telstra customer I am paying a extra $50 over my old plan to join NBN to cover the cost of free calls , Via a public phone ..! Really , this is too much !!

    @Telstra Well I have been interacting with hopeless front line call centre staff since March 2021. Even the capable responders simply follow word for word a telstra script.They possess no capacity to help, refer up to a manager or transfer to someone who is competent and invested in issue

    So last night around 4:30pm I decide to go to Telstra after work to buy a new phone since it was “Telstra day” so they has sales on. Turns out they are only open 10am-3pm, during a lockdown where most essentials are working 9-5? It was even late night shopping lmao wtf
