@Telstra I have no idea if I have a case in progress; the last tech I spoke to advised there was a fault and no estimated time to resolution. They then asked if they could close the case! 🤨 For all I know, they may have done.

@Telstra Honestly, I’d be happy to take a look at another provider. I worked my way to Silver Member status just to get worse service than what I did at base level. If you actually want to resolve this without messing with my account and breaking more crap DM me.

@Telstra Maybe if Telstra wasn’t a ******* joke people would take you seriously, overcharging for what I can see is obviously substandard customer service, I’d be happier if I wasn’t paying $80 a month for a plan that doesn’t even have a phone attached to it.

WTF @Telstra . I called up regarding a WiFi issue with my new modem so your person on the phone booked an NBN technician. NBN was here a month ago and was supposed to have fixed the issue, and that still won't fix the WiFi problem with the modem.
