Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported@diss_presso @robb_j_m There was no free market competition before because of Telstra. The substandard part of the network is slowly being replaced as people sign up for the free fibre upgrade
-
Sy (@Sy8799465978734) reported@DrewPavlou @GeraldPimm The issue is when the state goes into debt it sells its assets. Gov used to own most necessary infrastructure like Telstra, sec, ports etc. When they need $ they sell.

enz (@enz2g) reported@joey8bitz @1WeakGuttedDog You’re so confidently wrong. No **** it’s Telstra, I’ve used both and I’m fully aware Telstra own boost. Boost is a budget provider and receives lower priority to the network, it isn’t rocket science. My second phone is on boost and performs worse than my wife’s Telstra phone.

dubzz2228 (@dubzz2228) reportedI need that “ this phone has been disconnected” Telstra service voicemail
-
Jimmy James (@sandmanute) reported@Adam_and_EVs Mate you don’t listen. I have no other choice. It’s fast, reliable and simple to set up. My alternative is standing in a corner of paddock trying to get one bar of service on a phone. In the real world it’s so much better than any of the crap Telstra tried to get to work.

Reverse Brain (@WLMOS85) reported@Telstra lost Signal 🙄😪🤔
-
Jonny17bgood (@Jonny17bgood1) reported@__amyylouise Never go past Telstra not worth saving a lousy buck and compromising
-
Dawn Compliance (@DawnCompliance) reportedTelstra shares are weird cos a while back I noticed how they sold their towers, restructured fixed network into a separate asset company gradually exited legacy copper So became the ****** middleman with outrageous customer service they should rename themselves “******* Telstra”
-
Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported@ThinktankTaylor @Starlink As to the free market - considering there was no actual competition against Telstra there was no free market. Telstra just sat and exploited the fixed line and used the money to push their mobile network and restrict competition
