    @cyberteque @Just_Krystle_M What "proof" are you relying on? Have you tested the "proof" yourself? You have no idea what qualifications and experience I have. My uncle Neil died from damage done to his lungs from working on microwave relays as a managing technician for Telstra. I know of many others.

    @Telstra So that’s an hour of my life I’m never getting back. Sitting in chat for support, 10 minute gaps between responses from the agent(s). Can’t answer a simple question. And now I have to wait for normal business hours in the hope of speaking to someone who can help.
