    @Telstra But, now I was stuck with a fee of approx $1,500. I paid it all in separate payments and just finished paying it off yesterday but the customer service team is now stating that they have not received one payment from me which is a complete joke.

    @Telstra The nbn engineer visited us today said telstra engineer will visit us tomorrow. Nbn said it’s the problem with @Telstra and the telstra said it’s the problem with @NBN_Australia. Why cant nbn&telstra engineers come & troubleshoot the problem together?

    Our @NBN_Australia is broken for 3 weeks. A nbn engineer came, a @Telstra engineer came, a n nbn engineer came. It’s still broken. Guess which engineer will visit us next.
