@acccgovau are you aware that @Telstra was removed the option to do bpay without telling their customer and FORCING them to go autopayment. and if you have previous credit they REMOVE it from your account and keep it without telling, that is blatant theft.

@FitzalanOscar @RoadknightThe trouble is they are all the same. AussieBB said our average night time speed should be 66mps but we are lucky to get anywhere near that at any time. They all just shrug there shoulders and blame NBN. Telstra is now just a reseller like all the rest.

@Telstra The modern itself is working. & I am grateful to have a 4G back up. But that in itself will randomly tank (heavily drop in speed) with no indication of when speed will return. Do I need to call Telstra for this outage to be fixed?

@Telstra Five years since we moved here. Telstra has said it is an area with 'known issues' - something we weren't told when we signed up here in the second biggest city of the second biggest state. The claimed speeds have never been delivered. Telstra refuses to upgrade the tower. /2

@Telstra close to 4 hours talking to your online support for a refund because your company decided to make a stupid change to the billing system. the refund could've been a simple bank transfer but no i have to follow with my bank and BPAY to a cheque refund... for years of payments
