Hello @Telstra I submitted a change of name form online on 3rd January. I have now been told by one of your customer service team that I should just go into a store to do it. Why do I have to do it twice and, now, in person?

I'm over #Telstra and there lack of service. Appointment for tech made for between 12 and 4 and now 6. 45pm and nothing. 2 phone calls to them and NOTHING happening. Can't complain about customer service when there is NONE.

@Telstra I’m onto to my 5th person looking at the issue. No one has offered a solution as yet. The last person couldn’t even get my name right. It’s a pathetic game of pass the parcel. Truely the worst service I’ve ever encountered.

@tanya_plibersek @craigreucassel I live in Glebe, and recently I was forced to switch over to the NBN. Telstra cut off my usual service, and it took OVER A MONTH for them to connect me to the NBN. That was over a month without internet, and I live near the CBD of Sydney. Absolutely unacceptable.

Hey @Telstra I'm trying to talk to a person in sales. You're a phone company, right? Stop sending me to messaging which sends me to a phone number which sends me back to messaging. And I'm pissed I had to do this on twitter. PS Your virtual assistant is an idiot.
