    @NBN_Australia @Optus Our SP has been equally hopeless at every step. This outage happened on Thursday morning, and still nobody has a clue how to get it fixed. Telcos are lightning quick to get paid, but when it comes to fixing a tech problem: dumb as dogsh!t. @Telstra incl. Get it together, you lot.

    @Telstra I have not received a response or communication regarding a complaint I had raised on 25/04/2022. Contact centre is terrible and unable to advise the outcome or resolution of the complaint! How long before a response?!

    Here's the thing... halfway down Wilson's Promentary today I got a scam Telstra Internet phone call... Loud and clear! Back at Yanakie... closer to civilisation... and I'm struggling to get 1Mbps on the Telstra 4G network... Getting better reception and service from scammers...

    @decryption yar but it’s telstra and stupid pricing. and I’m with vodafone but it’s average service in the bush I’d prefer a telstra based mnvo for service. guess I’ll just wait it out!

    @Telstra Still the same issue after 20 days of troubleshooting and few different modems! And hours and hours of chatting over helpdesk - repetitive useless chats!! Such a waste of time.

    @Telstra There is another in the area @stilgherrian who has lost most connectivity. i think there is a broken tower but someone forgot to update the outages

    And when I told the support person that the reference number has been obfuscated I got a reply with a reference number…….., obfuscated as well. What fresh hell is this, @Telstra ?
