@brookecorte I thought for fun, I would see what was there - had the same Telstra style response. I never want to join the crowd of getting a hand out. But goodness, they have created a monster that does not work short term and will hurt long term.

Stream may be late tonight everyone. I've been in a chat with a @Telstra "expert" for the last hour and a half trying to fix an invalid voucher number error. An hour of that was spent with me twiddling my thumbs waiting for a reply. #technology

@margaretthrosby The worst experience I ever had was transferring an account from Enmore to Dulwich Hill. The best decision I ever made was to leave Telstra

@pauld08 @albericie Ironically my Telstra cable service will be heaps faster than the upcoming NBN service that will replace it, go figure.

  • Molecreek3 Molecreek3 (@Molecreek3) reported

@Telstra Our phone line was ripped off the pole and is lying on the ground. All ok, Telstra is apparently fixing this week. But Telstra has also now slowed our mobile internet and demanding we return to using the fixed line, which we can't, because the fixed line is down!!!

  • Tzisorey Embrace the Daddy (@Tzisorey) reported

@Telstra Confirmed- after a 2 hour chat with Telstra, they will refuse to provide any settings to get the NBN voice/SIP service on a non-Telstra modem Not just that they won't guide you through the setup- they will refuse to give the settings. Guess I'll recommend my customers go to iiNet
