@72Hallam Five months asking Telstra to fix their part of NBN to be connected then discovered wrong modem spoke to different people most days for months technician came said its fixed wasn’t blew a gasket another technician said they all had no idea fixed at last.

@sallymcmanus Although the Pandemic has brought up new issues regarding work/life balance, for some workers they have been with us for some time. A while back I needed to talk to Telstra for work. The worker got back to me at 7.30 pm - still with hundreds of calls to make. I too was working!

Only changed as I researched and found cheaper plan for her, you’d think Telstra would have advised but no, of course not! Customer service lady not tolerant/understanding of elderly either til told. She was going to hang up as mum couldn’t hear/understand her! #telstra

@72Hallam After HOURS and HOURS on the phone to different people; threats to disconnect my service; $800 in credit because I had to pay to continue my service I FINALLY spoke to an Indian gentleman who sorted it all out. Then Telstra sent my dead husband a cheque! I kid you not.
