@Angrysausagedog @johnshakespeare I'm researching now, my Optus phone service (*thru Moose mobile) has been pretty unreliable and obviously not as great as Telstra for regional coverage. Moose mobile is great value though! Is there any other options with great regional coverage other than super expensive Telstra?

@telstra your way of doing business is bordering on unethical. I submitted a issue with wifi coverage the I received SMS wanting my account number and personal details.not happening! Next I get a email for a new service that I have to pay for however I never spoke to anyone

@epictreasure1 One listener said one major issue is #Telstra is now only putting a few hours of backup battery in its base stations. In the past, the regulator mandated days of battery but it was reduced. Who knows, but totally inadequate.

@jendudley Put in a pre-order last week, was told plenty of stock. Telstra just texted me they'll be a delay as they dont have stock! Haha no surprises there. But the deal seemed ok. Sting is the insurance and upgrade to 5g network. Ill prolly buy outright in a month & keep the goodies, ofc

@Telstra Did you say reference numbers? No reference number was given. In the end I had to pay for a new system even though the current one is faulty.your employee told me by sms that my modem wasn't faulty. You really have some smart employees there. No tests done. O/S call centre fail
