Anyone around Leeming Primary/Bull Creek/Murdoch have issues with 4G going dead? Both iPhone & Samsung phones, started yesterday afternoon. Everything dead. @Telstra claiming no fault (shock). Capacity issues? Can’t use our phones at the new house, including GPS.

@Telstra had a SIM card with you for 6 years and paid it monthly without fail building up lots of data. Missed my payment top by a day and have lost it all. I find this very unfair! #telstra

@Telstra Haha - red hot go. That's funny. I was trying to move my internet to a new house, but needed info. I think I've at least been able to cancel my nbn order via app's text chat (also not a great option for anything remotely complicated). Mainly I just wanted to TALK TO A PERSON.
