We aren't even with @Telstra and have received a bill for an NBN service we aren't connected to or using. It's a leftover work around for a previosuly denied port. A dispute resolution person connected a service to 'activate' our number and allow it to be ported.

What the hell is going on with the telstra landlines in the Riverina??? They just keep dropping out every 10 minutes @Telstra why the hell would we bother paying for a service like that?!

@EffingHardy @Telstra Exactly, I didn’t know that either. I didn’t find out for months that he was paying nearly $200 month for phone and internet he never used. So many similar stories. I feel for the elderly, they’re seen as fair game
