    @Telstra sort your customer service out. Have spoken to 3 different people through your ‘silver member support’ and still have not had my issue rectified. Get some humans to answer your phones. Ridiculous

    @Telstra No, not yet. Been told a 4 day window to fix. Trouble is, this happens frequently in wet weather because of the very old copper in this district. Actually been out for a few weeks, I just couldn't face the phone call earlier.

    Hey @Telstra I just wasted 115 mins on the phone with your consultant who wouldn’t give me his staff ID and ended the conversation with “I am hanging up on you”. Please, get in my dms ASAP. Drafting a complaint for your HORRIFIC customer service and experience overall.

    @SadafJadran @Telstra I can’t believe I joined up with them, I thought I would get premium service however; it ended up being dog ****. Can’t wait until I am free to leave.

    @MichaelJSky @carlaleeB @alisa_stephens Good luck with that. I'm still trying to work out if what Telstra did on Fri is the uplift.. hasn't been a lot of change to bandwidth (ours had an emergency increase last year anyway when school moved site).
