    .@Telstra trying to connect to your new upfront plan so I can data share with my hotspot. Firstly you can’t connect to them if you have an eSIM, so I get the absolute joy of having to go to a retail store to get a SIM card. Your staff treat customers so poorly

    @Telstra I spent most of the day yesterday trying to get my prepaid service fixed without success, twice I had to ask the call centre person to explain a sentence they wrote that made not sense. Today I rang the only number I could find to be told to use the online help..1

    @GrogsGamut @Telstra Call their international help number for help; overseas. @Telstra don't answer, just a message option that loops & forces you to install their app on phone to get help cos they refuse to answer their listed OS number/or their webportal chat. 3days endless app chats with idiots.
