@Telstra It’s a system capacity issue not an outage. Glad the bushfire wasn’t this year or the CFA would have no hope of communicating or tracking the fire. It’s never been this bad in tourist season. Appreciate an exploration .

@HaHaRiki @Telstra that's awful, I sympathise...I had similar issues when I cared for my dad...consider getting a personal alert device? I eventually convinced dad to put his mobile with a different provider.

@NikkiTeeuw @Telstra They cut off my phone while my mother was dying interstate. Admin error. To get some actual service, you'll need a new supplier.

@Telstra Eventually escalated to tech and @NBN_Australia. Outage was acknowledged by your teams, albeit 3 hours later... Down for about 5 hours. More works in the area are apparently scheduled, hopefully they're communicated... All g for now 🤞🏽

Hi @Telstra You increased my phone bill with no notification so I'd now pay more than someone with a new phone in their plan, I can't get through, and your message service isn't working. Great service as usual. Just spot on. 👍

@Telstra I received a text 07/01/21 saying my smart modem has switched to mobile network as my service has been impacted by an outage and it is due to be restored 03:01 09/01/21. Any news for the Eagleby 4207 area as it is still on mobile network? Thanks Gav

@telstra instead of directing us to your ‘messenger help’ that don’t respond how about actually sorting out our issue over the phone? Trying to charge us for a lock in fee that never existed isn’t on.

@NikkiTeeuw @Telstra Couldn't get near an ANZ operator Friday, but straight through with BOQ. Will be changing over. Reckon some big biz are using COVID as an excuse to save on customer service and, well probably anything else they can. I had a prob with the Telstra msg mths ago, maybe that too?
