Cannot believe it. @Telstra took 6 weeks to get my 'dead' phone back to me. Now, they 'restricted my service' (slo-mo/no internet) as was not going to pay bill until, um, quid pro quo? Have now obvs paid bill but am beyond flabbergasted. Customer all my life. Seriously.😟#telstra

6 days and counting since being able to make or receive mobile calls in Sassafras 3787 @Telstra - have gone around in circles on Telstra 24/7 message app. Nobody seems to be able to provide any ETA for resolution. Very hard to work from home when I am unreachable by phone.

@Telstra It’s a mobile plan and it’s been like this for a while. Why not start caring about people in the country areas for once instead of pushing this 5G crap

[1/4] @Telstra I recently spent nearly 5 weeks trying to get ADSL installed, including over 15 hours wasted on installers that didn't show up and about 15 support calls. Hugely frustrating experience with no proactive communication from Telstra - I had to continually call to...

@jamessfoster @Telstra I was very interested until I saw on Voda network, sadly they barely have any coverage where I am

@AnOldWombat I know what happened, Telstra India sold Telstra's customer list some years ago and my number didn't change. So scammers are getting it from the illicit sale of that list.

@Telstra Thanks Stacey! I was on hold for about an hr but had success with getting the issue sorted in the end. Technician was up to it.

@Telstra you call centre is not available, the message service is non response, I have been struggling to get new NBN since 1 week now. Wondering if the tweet help 1-2873735642241,

@Telstra Service has been bad for weeks, wasn’t actually restored on the 7th. When I checked on the 7th, said it would be fixed on the 8th. Then I check today and it is going to be restored on the 15th. This is not “Planned Maintenance” it’s someone not wanting to report failed equipment.

[4/4] @Telstra ...I was charged $15 late fee!!! Can't believe the level of service in this day and age. I thought the 1st month free would be appropriate. Can't wait to find an alternative.
