@Telstra Is this an Australia wide issue? Parents in NW Tas, their gateway says internet connected, but nothing loads. Is this the cause perhaps? Thanks

@GladysB Telstra is more expensive than tpg. This is a bad move

  • vEternity_ Eternity (@vEternity_) reported

@Telstra @AmHardBro Mitch here lives in the same suburb as me and we’re getting the same problem. Can guarantee this isn’t a hardware issue like I was suggested in dms

  • billiejoe87 Paul M 💉💉💉🦘💙💛 (@billiejoe87) reported

@GladysB What a load of ****. This deal will open up the TPG/Vodafone network to millions of people who could never have even considered it before with cheaper prices than Telstra direct. This Telstra/TPG deal will be the best thing to happen to the mobile sector in a very long time.

@RyanWil62993886 You are an idiot. Seriously stupid. He’s a long time friend to John Howard. More recently, there was a huge outcry over the Federal Government's insistence that Cousins - a long-time adviser and friend of Prime Minister John Howard - join the Telstra board last October

  • Phil98529731 Phil (@Phil98529731) reported

@AGW_Emergency It’s the same with all government owned utilities that have been privatised. Telstra is a good example. Australia would have a first class fibre network to most homes & businesses if the government hadn’t privatised Telecom Australia, just to make a few quick bucks.

  • fivewalls DJ LEON BOTSKY 🎙 (@fivewalls) reported

@Telstra Thanks Elms, I already know what they will say, they want full payment before service can be restored. Just though everyone should know what a terrible policy this is, although I’ve been a customer for eight years, I’ll be switching

  • Thumpernats1 Thumpernats (@Thumpernats1) reported

@andrewbogut I lived in Thailand for 16 years, originally I moved there to get away from Telstra and their hopeless service… back in Australia now and can honestly say Australia is a **** hole prison for tax slaves.. nothing to offer a human.

  • LeastHesFunny_ Heath (@LeastHesFunny_) reported

@_Stacey1987 My poor hotspot got a hammering from friends for 3 weeks in the Top End last year (all Optus users and this lone Telstra guy). Does its job with aplomb.

  • tutaekuri 💧 👀 tutaekuri the antifa anarchist 🐕💩 🐀 👹** (@tutaekuri) reported

@Telstra No, you do NOT understand. You didn’t then, you don’t now and you will never do so. No change in this policy at all. The end user is just a series of new incident numbers to be ignored.

  • cj_in_aus CJ (@cj_in_aus) reported

@Telstra my NBN discount is expiring, but I can get cheaper NBN as a new Telstra customer. Call centre could do nothing. Shame I have to leave Telstra after 25 years 😢
