@Telstra Is this an Australia wide issue? Parents in NW Tas, their gateway says internet connected, but nothing loads. Is this the cause perhaps? Thanks

@Telstra Moreover sad to say that 10 years ago, my home phone, internet and two mobiles were Telstra. Now, only this service left with Telstra.

@TWhaite @XboxANZ Yeah it's the worst mate. I literally had to order it from telstra to even have a slim chance. If they still have any available I would suggest that route...if you have a tesltra sub already.

SMALL BUSINESSES, YOU CAN’T AFFORD TO BECOME #Telstra VICTIMS. @Telstra @andy_penn @whirlpoolnetau #Telstra is effing useless at every customer-facing level. Departments incapable of communicating with each other. After six weeks, it still can't connect me post-move of house.

im honestly over @Telstra. when i first got my internet service it was alright but since then its just been getting worse and worse. raise complaints nothing gets done or they say they try to ring me and then cancel the complaint even tho i didnt get the calls

@Telstra Hi Bek. Consumer to Consumer. I lodged a complaint,we have seen some movement. My issue is with outsourcing of call centres & Aus jobs has damaged my view of Telstra, imo. Previously, if I had an issue, call up, issue sorted in 10 mins or less. Much worse now, imo

@Telstra I have said this to the customer service rep.. but they just keep repeating themselves over and over again. Turn it off.. reset network settings Switch sims. I tried a vodafone sim card on my phone and it worked perfectly fine
