@Telstra Is this an Australia wide issue? Parents in NW Tas, their gateway says internet connected, but nothing loads. Is this the cause perhaps? Thanks

@Telstra Sorry, the outage is schedule for 8AM until 4.30PM. Is there any chance to reschedule it to sometime after lockdown ends, or some other time that is less inconvenient (and disruptive) for people?

@CykaBeeeeTTV If you sign up with telstra they’ll give a smart modem with 4G backup. We’ve been running off that for nearly 5 days now due to ‘complex network fault causing congestion & with unknown estimated completion date’ . We also had that for about a month when we first moved. Works.

@KristyMayr7 @Telstra I was originally with Telstra, but moved to Aussie Broadband and never looked back. Plus their customer service, I can’t fault it and it’s all Australian based. I’d highly recommend them

@Telstra Hey Telstra, inlay $90 per month for internet that barely works. Have had no internet for a few days and tried the Gold member chat service. Was asked my account number than ignored for 2 hours. 👎

@Telstra It’s a couple of services, totally separate. It was a bit spotty this morning, but got much worse over the last few hours. Getting one bar and ‘SOS only’. Local tower issue? Southern end of Northcote, near intersection of High and Westgarth streets.

@Melbchief "fleeting transmission" sounds as airy-fairy as "creeping assumption" Telstra Shops & Display Homes are full of "touch points" (demo phones & gadgets, cupboard doors & drawers, etc). Doubt these are wiped down after every visitor Shame on Vic Govt for instilling such fear!
