    Looking for a business account manager to assist with 30 tablets with data (5gb x 36mths plan)with 3 months free. Standard customer service channels are not adequate. More plans and devices will be ordered with the right provider. @Optus @VodafoneAU @Telstra

    @Telstra Yeap. Instead they stop dealing with you (completely ghost) as soon as you mention the word complaint, perhaps because it works against them on their kpi’s? I can’t see how you can’t be in breach by not even acknowledging a customer seeking to raise a complaint.

    @docm77 I had a nightmare being in Vodafrig Australia. Terrible service seems it’s global. I’m actually now with a German company ALDI who have a wholesale agreement with the Telstra network.

    Can you believe after all this time I still have Internet issues! Called them again yesterday and apparently the last two phone queries that cost hours never was logged. What the frack #Telstra lift your game man my patience is wearing super thin!!! Grrrrr. Paying for nought 😡

    @Telstra So far I’ve been ID’d 3 times and been apologised to at least 10. Someone said it would be sorted 3 days ago and still nothing. I have asked for a complaint to be lodged and they ignore won’t respond? So no data and I can’t escalate because no one will raise a complaint.

    @MelanieTait I got charged as well, despite trying for weeks to query why my plan had increased in price. Rang several times. Automated message. Never answered. Finally went into shop. Still no answer. Am paying increase despite THEIR non-service @Telstra eh!
