    around a bit..that is a huge amount of money and a lot of it is going overseas. Yet....actual customer service is virtually non-existent. Ironic actually when Telstra is using offshore "cheap" labour.

    @Telstra @TelstraDev @telstracareers I've now written to Investor Relations. I don't understand how this company can be so consistently bad at customer service, or how it blames tech problems for its failure to adequately complete a basic registration process. These are exactly the reasons I left Telstra years ago.
