    @Telstra Is this an Australia wide issue? Parents in NW Tas, their gateway says internet connected, but nothing loads. Is this the cause perhaps? Thanks

    @MagdaSzubanski I don’t want to jinx it but I haven’t received one. Partner lots. He gets spam of all kinds, me none. I have an iPhone and with Telstra. He has Samsung Android and with Optus. Operating system and network dependent?

    @kizza575 @Daniel44413189 @Telstra This is where you'll get a response from Telstra saying "I can understand how frustrating that would be" and "DM me and I will help you out" but get nowhere but more frustrated. Telstra can't even respond to my complaint. The 6th day since it was raised and nothing.

    @Telstra Just adding from my dm’s Sean, I am way too familiar with the support process. This is a problem comprised of several incidents that keeps recurring since changes were made in my area in early August.

    @Telstra Is there an Issue online with ordering at the moment? I cannot sign up to a sim only plan and keep getting to a "Something went wrong" page.

    Cheques are legal tender so why are so many Aussie companies eg Telstra, no longer accepting them? Very hard for older people who don't use online banking facilities. Why are banks still issuing them, if they are not accepted by many business? Need banks and Govt to support use.

    @Telstra Until then I had virtually no interruptions to the service. What it also reveals is that the 4g back up does not work either.
