@Telstra Is this an Australia wide issue? Parents in NW Tas, their gateway says internet connected, but nothing loads. Is this the cause perhaps? Thanks

@Telstra No it's been long-term as I think the signal strength for most mobile networks have problems in the area where my house is. Up the road about 100 meters it's fine but not where I live.

@Telstra A technician was promised between 10AM and 2PM today, 4 January. After having no service for 12 days, a missed appointment on 29 December, a Telstra complaint and a TIO complaint (in progress), I certainly hope so. Please confirm I’m not waiting (again) for no reason.

Thanks Telstra you ******* trash heap of a company. I can't believe I ever thought you cared about your customers. Someone please tell me they've had better experiences with other service providers, I never want anything to do with Telstra ever again. Jesus Christ.
