@Telstra Is this an Australia wide issue? Parents in NW Tas, their gateway says internet connected, but nothing loads. Is this the cause perhaps? Thanks

@Telstra Want to be taken seriously, set up a service we can text scam numbers to? This includes scam calls etc. It would not be hard to set up an automated system that after the same number is reported say 10 times, the number is immediately blocked from the network. You are welcome!

I always get ****** with Telstra sending reminder texts for bill payments. I’ve never not paid a bill! I forgot to pay last month’s bill.

@ryanbedwards Never Voda. Same price as Telstra or Opt but just terrible reception. If you didn't need a new phone I would recommend some online only provider - much cheaper. IINet for example. I think the value of a major telco with a new phone is worth it.

@lozza929406 Very odd. I’ve had zero issues with my chromecast either and never saw them causes issues when I was at Telstra. Intermittent connection generally comes from the modem in my experience. Did you say you got the CC replaced?

@Telstra Thanks Justine, as I tweeted it's a rural issue between towers and the phone and tower don't reconnect. I know about restarting to rectify but that doesn't explain why it happens 🙄
