@Telstra Is this an Australia wide issue? Parents in NW Tas, their gateway says internet connected, but nothing loads. Is this the cause perhaps? Thanks

@Telstra This is how it’s been for years, have never been offered any help and I’ve complained many times, not once has Telstra ever returned a call that they have promised to. $200 a month for absolute **** my phone only works in one spot and I can’t walk or it drops out!

@Telstra Yes, only for them to tell me they have no idea what’s going on or how to fix it. But on the up side I found out you have been illegally overcharging my credit card for months so I can’t wait to forward that onto the fair fraud commission.

@NBN_Australia Well for a start we have changed providers and we now wait to see if their modem and services are better than Telstra but we were bothered by constant drops in speed and video calling was cut after 2 to 6 minutes,this went on for months and no one could fix it but still no tech.

@alexmakin @Telstra So Optus said they’d fix it. They kept doubling the amount they said I owed until I took it to the TIO. That was my first experience with the TIO, in 2000.

@Telstra Your customer service sucks! Phone number doesn’t work, says technical difficulty. Agents don’t respond on virtual chat just drop off line after 30 mins wait. Terrible customer experience
