    @Telstra hi can you fix the recharge portal? I can't recharge and your agent is telling me it's on my end despite me trying numerous browsers across my laptop and phone. Customer service is really poor, haven't had 5g in 2 weeks and your agents just ignore me.

    @thebrickcleaner @Telstra Telstra is the poorest communication company I've ever dealt with. Give them the flick Brett and go with Aussie Broadband. Great service, reliable and far cheaper than that Telstra mob.

    @ShiannonC @newscomauHQ Bless her💙 Tell her to change to Belong NBN, i had so many problems that Telstra actually recommended it, i changed & YAY no more NBN problems!

    @Telstra Our Nbn connection has been down since 11:40 ish am - the HFC NTD has been unable to establish a connection, and we're located in Leichhardt, like other users who have been reporting a problem.

    I think that @Telstra's Support Messaging service is carefully designed to make you give up and become a customer elsewhere. It seems a strange business model but it's the only explanation.

    @Telstra I have tried 3 times now to get a call back to discuss Telstra calling for Office 365 and frustratingly, no one has gotten back to me yet. Can you please help me get onto someone ASAP as weeks have now passed since I first tried to make contact.
