@Telstra Is this an Australia wide issue? Parents in NW Tas, their gateway says internet connected, but nothing loads. Is this the cause perhaps? Thanks

@BfreshRoger I pay $5 a day overseas with Telstra too. Voda issues years ago were mostly coverage. Regionally i could barely even make calls but i expect its better now. They're so much cheaper than Telstra!

@vline_ballarat and @Telstra is there an issue with network coverage? The last 3 times I have caught the train in past month it’s been 3G service for 90% of journey. Have previously had decent connectivity for entire journey…

@FFaztastic I left Voda for Telstra about 10 years ago and have not had one issue since, they are the best ive had by far. They're so much more exp though. New ph/plan i want now is almost $50 a month less with Vodafone.

@andybuds23 Aldi. So cheap. Use the Telstra network. But need a phone so use an old one or if you can buy one outright.

Every time I open the telstra app, it automatically goes to the Replacement SIM page but uhhhhh I have never needed to make such a request pls stop

@Telstra Yep it's just this area. I assume it's congestion too but my partner has no issues on the Optus network. Just disappointing when you pay for good service and coverage
