    @miriamcosic I changed to Optus from Telstra but my choice was between those two because of my cable connection, so I didn't have your problem. As you know, some connection issues are actually caused by the crap NBN so changing ISP doesn't help. For what it's worth Optus has been trouble free

    Dear @Telstra so much investment done $$ on 24x7 chat and customer service. Yet as a customer I need to pay $135 for a tech visit for the first 30 mins and then $40 for every 15 mins just to investigate a fault! I don't know but you guys just reached a new height of absurdity!

    @Telstra Just received my latest NBN bill - has gone up 5.6% from last month. No notification. Rang. Let’s just say that there are two superfluous words in the title of your ‘customer service operator’. I’ll be searching for a new provider, today.

    @TelstraPurple Good that satellite works fine in all the places where Telstra coverage is poor, like most of the Stuart Highway, 100km from Coober Ped or the middle of Perth ... don't even need to use Telstra. Support is so bad that they can't even fix tower interference lasting over a year.

    @Telstra What about your residential customers? You close cases without resolving them!! @Michael13584052 You have had me for hours on phone, with chat support on your website for 1.5 to 3 hours daily now for weeks, with no resolution!!

    @kirkbroadhurst @Telstra We made that mistake. Got sick of their useless tech support and moved to Aussie Broadband. Best thing we ever did.

    @Telstra OMG have been trying to move my home internet service for the last 24 hours with Telstra, what used to be an easy process via a web form is now done via a chat service. Constant drop off, no answers, chats telling me they having IT issues. It is an absolute socking Exp.
