    @mikeaubrey2 @AlphWilliams Can’t access NBN so stuck with wireless/ satellite even slower than NBN and costs us $300 per month for 70GB (includes phone) which is better than Telstra which was costing us $900 per month. Hard running a business with the slow speed & the costs Only 8km from Coffs 😣😡

    @Telstra we run a restaurant, struggling during a pandemic. Your technician replaced our modem at your request since then we have not had reliable service. Despite having to make in excess of 10 phone calls we still can’t get problem fixed. You are so disappointing.

    Hey @Telstra I can’t seem to report an outage & apparently being on SOS & all internet services down across the entire postcode doesn’t account for an outage! Can 3113 get an update as to when it will be back up and running again, no comma during a lockdown is a bit difficult!
