@Telstra Having done independent research after spending a couple of maddening hours with the Spotify people who could not help, seems it is often a mobile carrier issue. Are you seeing this from other Telstra customers? And do you have any solutions beyond resetting network connection?

@Qantas are the 2nd worse company in Australia, only just behind Telstra. So much for Australia’s biggest number 1 airline. Suppose you can’t really complain about **** service when u don’t get any service at all 🤬🤬 virgin all the way from now on

@FTank @Optus hahahaha You assume it was solved. Even after I got connected it took another 3 hours to get data because the first person was satisfied with restarts and didn't tell me how to do a network reset. Optus are a steaming pile of poo and only exist to make @telstra look good

@Telstra I am now following. Sister moved in to an existing house in Pomona. Telstra supplied dsl speed of max 15 down and 1.5 up. After an hour on the phone doing test was told that was the best Telstra can do. Walked away. Well fixed wireless would deliver 50

@Telstra He’s doing nothing of the kind. He’s liaising with my lawyer, 8 plus months to solve a thousand dollar problem. Joke is I already bought a new Optus Fone and slammed your chip in it after I cracked the bullshit security protocols you try to impose on people. So utterly pissed

I said hang on a minute I’ll get my husband (I don’t have a husband either) to speak to you he works for Telstra. Click.

@Telstra I noticed this behaviour in last 24 hrs. I have latest iOS, using iPhone 12 pro, latest Spotify app. Have rebooted twice and reinstalled Spotify app 3 times. Problem persists.

@Telstra 3rd weekend in a row where there is no data from the Miranda (2229) tower within the Westfield. Especially annoying seeing we have to check in and show vax passport but all of the stores have Telstra customer waiting outside since there’s no data traffic.
