@ALBACapMgmt A fellow Scot in Aus. I use Telstra Business 4G as my main internet connection. Costs about $200 per month for 160GB but is the fastest readily available solution I've found in Aus. Obviously shite compared to most of Europe but needs must.

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia @Telstra Nope, def not alone in that at all. June to now still waiting on simple nbn installation, midst of this mind boggling delay wifi completely cut to house. Begging for mobile data packs to keep business going ffs. By a long way poorest & least accountable 'service'

@Telstra Hi. Yes, I established that there was an outage and received information today saying it is all fixed. Restarted my modem and still have no wifi and slow 4G speed

  • Idealaw Kay Lam-MacLeod (@Idealaw) reported

@jasonandrade It didn’t matter. I was with iiNet, now with Telstra. Local infrastructure hasn’t kept up with population increases, and no one wants to fix it because the nbn is coming. One day.

  • melb67 melb67 (@melb67) reported

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia We had a terrible experience with Telstra cable and phone line. Completely uninterested in helping us. Got NBN with iiNet and they sorted our technical problems within a week. NBN technician was amazing. I’m a fan.

Hey @Telstra, a heads up: your network coverage travelling between Coffs Harbour and Heatherbrae towards Sydney is pretty rubbish. It used it be really excellent, now it only works when on LTE, the 3G fall back is near useless for everything.

  • Richard33878882 Richard Hubbard (@Richard33878882) reported

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Hi Craig, NBN are a wholesaler. Is it the modem/router inside that's failed? If so, your provider (Telstra etc) should replace it. Had similar issues, rang provider and 2 days later a new modem arrived in the mail.

  • Richard33878882 Richard Hubbard (@Richard33878882) reported

@Douglasac10 @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Right. Was just clarifying. Anything other than the modem is either NBN or provider responsibility, mainly due to regulations. Btw, used to contract to Telstra resolving issues like this. Sadly nobody has those departments these days. And NBN 😥😥

  • vaughan_k Ken 🐨🐨🐨 (@vaughan_k) reported

@Telstra another issue I reported in mid 2020 and so I have to repeat myself as it still hasn't been fixed. If someone doesn't answer the phone a recorded message said "An invalid number was dial which is not part of this service" even those I never dial a invalid number.

  • FairDinkumOK Lizzy Hibernating In A Hollow Log (@FairDinkumOK) reported

Congratulating @Telstra today. Sent brilliant tech who fixed my (2 year) noisy, drop out landline/internet due to diligence & persistence to find problem. Wish I took his name, you need more like him.
