    @Telstra You can’t copy the whole chat transcript - only one message at a time. Taking screenshots is the only option? That’s pathetic Pages and pages of poorly worded messages from your staff telling me to check this and check that. You’re at fault here, fix your own mistakes.

    @Telstra I’ve been waiting for over 4 hours to get a reply from your online web chat within your app. I have been booted off so many time as I went inactive after 20 mins and got logged out. This service is a joke.

    Hi @Telstra. My sister's phone that had just been repaired was destroyed when her local Telstra shop burned down a few weeks ago and she has been waiting a long time to speak to a case manager. Could you advise of the typical wait time please?

    @Jeffmister Could Kayo Freebies be considered a free to air service. Who hasn’t got a tv with apps and even if you don’t there a lots of other ways you can watch like Apple TV Telstra T-box, Google Chrome-cast etc

    Now my @Telstra phone line is down also- meaning no calls to my restaurant. It's simple. I make pizza. You run phone lines. Fix it!
