    New scam I haven't heard before so just alerting people: - automated call pretending to be from Australia's NBN. - targeting users who have Telstra phone and internet service - saying that the service has to be updated to NBN (unsure how they make money I didn't get that far).

    @Telstra @jameswhelan42 Good answer... More specifically I think the implied question is why have thousands of us received unsolicited spam from the UAP? Is this what's to be expected of the Telstra service? We arnt paying for a service to be advertised at.

    Getting nowhere, internet outage is still ongoing from the 23.08.21, i have a Telstra Smart Modem with 4g backup, this isn't working either and have ref numbers for both issues. This is my 29th & last year using any Telstra product or service. @Telstra

    @cbzoomer myGov data is held by Telstra. That's why I don't agree to their Ts&Cs, and so never signed up. They make it a pain in the bum to do anything if you don't sign up, but worth it not to get a personal message from Craig Kelly

    @Telstra On radio - Telstra customer leaves Telstra. Telstra refuse to answer customers who have problems. Be very careful. They are breaching contracts.

    @Telstra Another wasted day because Telstra stuffs up the NBN - again. Don’t these people understand that during covid millions are working from home. A stable infrastructure is vital. No concept of customer experience.

    @Telstra I m know exactly what they are. It was to highlight that I’m chewing through my mobile data month after month because my NBN continues to drop gazillion times a day ….. and it’s been 3 months of talking to Texh Support and nothing is fixed still.
