The phone required minor repair at a cost of $50. The Telstra consultants showed no inclination to help me which left me disappointed thinking of moving to another carrier Barkley Square shop rated very low.

@Telstra @imfallfromgrace "console quality gaming" was never discussed at all.... its like someone ran out of things to say about the phone and kept repeating themselves. NOT to mention talking about mmwave without telling consumers what it is lol

Now I have a case manager, but they won't tell me their name or any contact information. Apparently #Telstra will contact me. I guess this is not a very high priority problem for them. Back to waiting ...

@Telstra Apparently theres an exchange in #Pambula (makes sense) Ive never seen it. It could be from there. 30mins of network monitoring will tell you where the problem is, but given its a regular occurrence @Telstra wont be fixing it anytime soon Im guessing.

@Telstra is there a reason your mobile coverage is utter **** in Westfield Miranda? Couldn't get coverage 85% of the entire time I was there ... Bad enough to consider switching networks...
