    @Telstra Ah ok. I think I’m a bit confused because Telstra says they support eSIMs but there’s not actually a plan I can switch to in order to get one… have I got that right?

    @woopdedoo652 @Telstra A trick some seem to use it cancel your plan, you move onto the termination crew who do more to keep you *I've never tried it but seen people report on it working for them when they tried a discount through normal reps.
