@Telstra When Telstra sends bills and give no service that is also theft and violence, is it not? My daughter cannot do her homework because for a month our internet is cut off and Telstra keeps on making false promises to fix it but it doesn’t.

@Telstra Your in store staff were great suggested that the in store and online systems need to be overhauled so they actually communicate with each other. Because they couldn't help in store and now I'm back chatting to someone for the 5th time about the same ******* issue.

I am still having trouble with Telstra. Told they would "Call back" at 2pm yesterday. No Call. Bot told me last night I would get a "Call Back" today. STILL no call!! Maybe they don't have access to any phones there.

@www_radio_net I want to report that Telstra is the worst company when it comes to care about regional Australia. It has been a month that our internet has been cut off since the storm that hit but Telstra has not restored our internet my daughter is falling behind in school work

@Telstra_news the news is that Telstra still has not fixed our internet. It has been a month and we have been calling in daily basis but Telstra keeps on lying 🤥 to us that they will fix it.
