I long for the copper network. In the last 10 months since my Mum (with cognitive decline) was put on Telstra NBN, her landline and sole channel to the world has been down about 10 times, including both network and power faults. Its architecture is deeply ******, a disgrace

@VictorDominello @NSWCustomer @Telstra Still got a bit of an eye problem there mate? Bet you’re feeling good about treating people who didn’t want the jab as second class citizens. I reckon we got the last laugh though hey?

@lawrepforjesus Lol yeah I mean that's half the clients. They're never that impressive with their pants around their ankles. It's nice to see the reprehensible shits starting to understand at least on some level that they have no support and stand for nothing. The Telstra connection is funny.

So one thing that seems worth following up is - Nadine Flood is an executive at Telstra Super, ED is Telstra alumni, Chalmers spruiking super despite industry terrible performance, Optus hack uncannily poorly handled by Dreyfus and being monetized as class action fodder by MB. :3

@Telstra Seriously? I have been through about 7 people on chat for the last 2 weeks for nothing. Even was promised call backs twice, nothing. How about a local aust. Contact to sort this easy problem.

@Telstra just been told by one of your online chat staff to wait 5 minutes while they (the help team staff) go and get some help only for them to drop out of the chat 13 minutes later.

@Telstra Yes, however I was offered a technician tomorrow early in my chat, arrange to take time off work only to be told that message wasn’t meant for me. I knew I needed a technician, yet had to go through all the rigmarole. And now have to wait until Friday. First world problems.

@vrachelv9 @Telstra Yes. After being quoted in newspaper article about Mallacoota’s Telstra phone problems, I received call from a support person who wanted too talk to me only about phone support access times - not actual service problem. He had definitely been drinking the Telstra Kool Aid.
