    @Telstra Mobile coverage is extremely poor all day am not able to contact family for Christmas, I am paying for a service that is not meet what I pay for, my device says that I have 3 bars of 5G and i am unable to call, text nothing. Telstra is a joke and a rip off.

    @Telstra How do we get urgent help Getting our home phone number working,for some reason its not the line is faulty!we are stuck on a property with no way to ring for help if a fire comes.I please need you to contact me so a Telstra worker can fix our phone cause my 80 yrld mum needs IT!

    @Telstra I did. they just said what you said, to reboot my modem. They barely spoke english and just sent copy and paste responses when i tried to tell them over and over i had tried to reboot both. Its been down all day.

    @Telstra Happening for the past 45 minutes. Drops out completely for 5 minutes at a time. No service. 2007/2037/2050 post codes.
