4) I call Wollongong Telstra Store & ask if I could change my order to a physical SIM & activate it in-store. They told me YES & made me an appointment at Shellharbour Store. I arrive, they couldn't find my order, after over 1+ hours I was told "we can't help, sorry"

@Telstra I still can get nobody to help me endless chats and messages all just say we are busy and will get back to you within 48 hours but never do and now I have overdue accounts that I can’t see nor have the ability to pay.

@Telstra not sure the “your only option to contact us for support is asynchronous messaging” play is really a premium service offering. My cable internet is broken & I get to play the waiting game for someone to reply...

@Telstra Used every kind of way to contact #Telstra, incl App because my #Foxtel is down. No known outages but still down. Turned off TV and modem and turned back on again. Still not working. App contacts just not working either. #telstra has to be better than this.
