    @Telstra any news on the national outage in your stores? I upgraded my phone and need a new eSIM. Telstra Ipswich said they were unable to assist because there is currently a national system outage with no ETA for when it will be fixed.

    @Telstra The lady helping me to cancel my contract with Telstra is being very helpful. But I’ve definitely been burned by Telstra and their handling of this transfer between providers.

    @Optus Thank you for your reply Meg, I don’t see why having been an Optus customer for a long time I would have had to confirm my identity. I found it so frustrating that I decided to become a Telstra customer.

    @Telstra as every time i have spoken to someone from telstra on here, i know there is no outages. this is just what its like in scone right now. telstra did work around the scone cup carnival and it's been terrible even since. 5mins down the highway and it's suddenly better

    please telstra customer service do not bother responding because the solution is actually fix the network in scone itself, which telstra is seemingly very unwilling to do

    So many Optus customers at my local Telstra shop, they're turning them away at the door - asked to come back later. A note that you should also contact your super funds and let them know if you are an Optus customer exposed to data breach and ask to beef up ID verification.
