@Telstra your 24x7 app is useless - you state what the issue is, and then you waste hours going around and around in circles saying the same thing OVER AND OVER AGAIN, only to be dumped out of it HOURS later with ZERO RESOLUTION OF PROBLEM. SHOUTY CAPS 🤬 #Telstra #Frustrating
