@NBN_Australia The letter from Telstra clearly states the best speed to be expected is 13 mbs I have contacted them and as a result led me to lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman

@HumanHeadline Yes its definitely a scam . Not anywhere near as bad as the scam telephone call about NBN being cut off , charges to my credit cards or free LED globes . Surely someone must be able to block these scammers , Telstra or the communications authority must be able to help .

@Telstra any plans to un-stuff your 4G network in regional Vic? Nothing ever loads, constant drop outs. Switch 4G off and it works better, but that's not what I'm paying for. Happening to everyone I know on your network, been like this since your 'upgrades' last year.

@72Hallam After HOURS and HOURS on the phone to different people; threats to disconnect my service; $800 in credit because I had to pay to continue my service I FINALLY spoke to an Indian gentleman who sorted it all out. Then Telstra sent my dead husband a cheque! I kid you not.

@72Hallam Five months asking Telstra to fix their part of NBN to be connected then discovered wrong modem spoke to different people most days for months technician came said its fixed wasn’t blew a gasket another technician said they all had no idea fixed at last.
