    @Telstra Is absolutely ****** Stay Away They Rip People Off I Was On $91 Then After 6 Months They Charged $97.80 Then This Month It's 94.80 Don't See Why They Charge All These When I'm On A $91 Plan Oh Well Won't Be Long Till I Change Bad Service Lies And Never Deliver.

    @Telstra It's outrageous that customers can never get to speak to senior management in Australia to let them know the problems they are experiencing. If they actually deigned to speak with customers, they might find out why they are moving to other telcos.

    @Telstra My NBN has been down so I contacted Telstra in the end while they sorted the problem to let me use the back up sim but they slowed the speeds down on the back up to 0.09mbps download speed and the nbn still isn’t working so I effectively have no internet

    @Telstra Telstra is systematically ripping roaming data clients off , this has been going on since no one can travel out of the state. Shame on Telstra we need you to refund us for a service that is unusable..

    @telstra Another wasted 1 hour and 42 minutes. I'm trying to run a business here. The problem I have is still not resolved and I'm back to battling the AI to try to get to a real live human being who might be able to help me with my problem. IInet here I come.

    @Telstra I Signed up for a plan and my phone hadn't arrived in 2 weeks.There has been no contact as to why. Called the Qld number I was dealing with (I'm in W.A) and they had no clue how to fix it. They told me to call 13 22 00. Waited for 40 minutes and was hung up on.

    @Telstra - ordered an Xbox Series X on Nov-11 and when checking in store today I was told the order was never placed and is currently in 'pending'. Sales staff didn't want to submit the order as he said it would put me at the back of the queue. Please tell me this can be fixed.
