@CelerySorbet It’s terrible my brother in South Golden Beach still cleaning up after the fires, lost their car so much damage to their property etc had to swim out to be rescued finally got Telstra back. We are back to using WhatsApp calls due to these idiots.

  • Sidorakh Andrew Rutherford (@Sidorakh) reported

@MagazineAmplify Yup. The only reason we all still get those scam calls from "Telstra" and "Nicole from the NBN" is because they work. They might sound stupid to us, but, enough people fall for them for it to be worth it, so they keep going

  • babankulu Dubhglas Taylor (@babankulu) reported

@petewnr @Telstra Sadly the history of Telcos. I had a similar problem with another phone company. Sadly they all seem to have us over a barrel. My chat with an ombudsman fixed my problem though and it was corrected. Hoping the same for you.

@barobertson111 Telstra tries to capitalise on their FTTN boondoggle and battery technology was a part of that problem don't be fooled it's $80m a year in fossilfuel emissions we don't need to have FTTP is the answer

  • Robert6420 Robert Tunn (@Robert6420) reported

@Telstra Is replying negatively to Telstra on their big plug Twitter ad the secret to getting a customer service response from Telstra? It's the only thing that has worked for me, and it seems a number of other customers.

  • obxctrl lara (@obxctrl) reported

@Telstra my wifi is really slow or sometimes works, is it down anywhere in australia or something ?

  • skyedoherty Skye Doherty (@skyedoherty) reported

@petewnr @Telstra It’s a never-ending loop. We’re looking to switch. Our internet slows to 2-4mps after rain, every time.

  • petewnr Peter Worthy (@petewnr) reported

@jackie_french_ @Telstra Oh no. I can certainly see that happening. We were using online support chat but would still get sms messages that did not take into account discussions we had even days before.
