    @samfloreani The article says Telstra have apologised, but … have they? I certainly haven’t seen any such apology or notification that it occurred. Would like to see legislation also address customer notifications, with deadlines and published standards

    @DavidShoebridge Nothing surprises me about Telstra , they stole our IP address 3yrs ago by allocating to someone else! Only got resolved by holding directors financially responsible for the time the buisness was down

    @Telstra Since yesterday evening I've had serious Internet issues. I spoke to someone last night who assured me that I'd be contacted 1st thing today. No call just Telstra text thanking me for contacting, giving ref number. Now without reliable phone, no internet. HELP

    @lachlanbjensen @ARichLifeAu wow that is a good nps, didnt know that targetted that but makes sense I went to school with the COO and he was discussing their focus on cost effective marketing. So unlike telstra with their big brand crap. v switched on
