    @Telstra Still having internet issues at Harrington Park NSW. It’s been over a week now. We were promised it would be back @ 7pm tonight. Still nothing, and the wait to speak with someone in c/service is over an hour & a half. Not happy Jan! We both work FT from home. Need fixed.

    @BrittMezher @Telstra I will never deal with @Telstra. Not since 2008 when they left my elderly mum with no phone for days because THEY messed up her bill...never again!

    @FOXTEL_Help No access via our wifi and we do not have a VPN. I have seen some forums with access problems like this with Telstra. Belong are part of Telstra. Could that be it ?

    @strongcaffe @Telstra I might go into my local Telstra shop tomorrow, easier to talk to them in person rather than get a different person on the phone every single time. There’s no continuity in their customer service.

    @Telstra if there was an award for the worst customer service you guys would win it hands down, 3 plus weeks and still can’t get my internet issues sorted, loyalty gets you nowhere fast with @Telstra

    @1979_Sammy @Telstra It’s never happened in 8 years. Why now, they’ve got two email addresses for me, neither of them anything to do with my ex husband. So annoying.
