@Telstra This was from two days ago — your delivery was delayed for weeks for a new device, despite all your stores having it in stock. And no one could cancel the order so she could simply pick it up physically. After 5-6 hours chasing on chat she managed to get it cancelled.

@frdmccull @Telstra Minimum is 2 year contract. If you cancel before that you have to pay out the excess on your next bill.

@Telstra Guess why " asx:TLS " seems to be quite the non mover. Maybe this is one of the many other reasons. Too many staff that have no power to resolve issues, just make people tired of trying. Sack the Board, Sack the Management may install some confidence

@Telstra We keep receiving telstra texts saying upgrades are taking place between x date and x date in Mosman. Daily our internet drops out slows. Had no problems before these 'updates' started. I am on nbn coaxial.
