    @Telstra really do exceed themselves for being the most useless, inept telecommunications company on the planet😡 I haven't had stable internet here since 27 May &have 2 2000-word assignments due Mon & Wed & UQ don't accept Internet problems as a reason to give extensions #auspol

    @Telstra Do your phone support people do not know what an eSIM is. And then after 3 hours on live support and another 30 mins on the phone today, I am finally told I need to go to a Telstra store at 6:10 on a Friday night to get a QR Code for an eSIM. Absolute joke of service.

    @Telstra Indeed... but in recent interactions, the "support" from Telstra has been lacking in the extreme. The problems have been resolved but I had to expend way too much effort to do this (incl. the ombudsman's complaint!)

    @VodafoneAU Morning. This fact might be just what I am looking for. We just switched from Optus and Telstra only to have no data service in Brisbane today. Less than 30 days on Vodafone. Feeling like a fool for switching now.

    @Telstra @andrewf15403672 The Kayo app is crap/glitchy & if you're regional/rural your internet & mobile coverage mightn't be up to the task. Mine isn't & tried a friend's weeks back, we gave up and listened to the radio. Considering Telstra own more than a third of Kayo it's a double dipping rort.
