@tofar1 Not much better here most days. Telstra response, NBN fault. Nbns response, Telstra fault. Telstra said modem old, sent a new one, no difference. Pay same amount as people that get signal for what? Elon musks systems looking good when it finally covers up here.

So I was just rung on 0411 645 276 to tell me that there was a problem with my Telstra account. When I mentioned that I didn’t have a Telstra account and wasn’t gullible, I was politely told to F off and hung up on. Scammers are so rude these days. What is happening in the world

@heathwild @Telstra @startrack We had to lodge an official complaint with Telstra after hours and hours and hours and hours of trying to resolve it I successfully over the phone.

@Jeweljam1 I do too but I have friends who struggle with it. And my poor mum is constantly getting ambushed at the door by maskless men from Telstra, utility & delivery companies. She's had a stroke & can't think quickly enough. If more people pushed back it could also help the elderly etc.

@Telstra And now after a month of botched orders for a Gen 3 (because despite being told every time that they were sending me one, there were none in stock) and another 17 days of no connectivity on top of that, I have officially had enough. This is absolute garbage.

@BelindaJones68 After 30 years in IT? ANZ outsourced programming to India-they screwed it up-ANZ tried to get the old boys back and they told ANZ to stuff it! Quite right too! Telstra Optus, AGL, ORIGIN etc - FOREIGN CALL CENTRES! I just hang up on them and don't pay the bill! Then they call me!
