@Telstra 4 hours stuck in a chat loop with tech support that won’t listen. Your lines from the street are broken and they want to keep trying to test the modem. I need this fixed ASAP. Worse customer service in the country.

@wyvernsrose @somewherein84 Really, wasn't aware of that. I took a complaint to TIO at the start of the pandemic over Telstra. It took them a bit longer but did get a suitable outcome.
