    @moosemobileau If anyone is ever thinking of changing their mobile phone service to Moose Mobile,I strongly suggest you DO NOT. Their Pathetic customer service is right up there with @Telstra. No Phone support No email support #moosemobileterrible

    @Telstra what am I supposed to do if I have been unable to redeem/use Telstra Plus points for two years? Customer Support, a complaint case, and the then head of Telstra Plus (G. Vella) all unable to help or fix. I just want to use my points…

    @ChinaSelect Australia has had two major telecommunications network failures. As a result of the Telstra failure, three people died, including a baby. One person died as a result of the Optus failure. No infrastructure should have any exposure to foreign adversaries.

    @rwallace67 @SimonCotter62 We have 2 mobiles with telstra, only because there's no other option at present! Everything else has been shut down, saving around $400 a month. Added starlink (home & mini) for less than $200/month, so after 6 months all the hardware is paid for as well. No regrets, it's v good!

    @AirsKeaton Nothing yet, I've tried contacting Telstra but because I'm not a Telstra customer they won't even talk to me.

    @RoadknightThe When i ring anyone for help these days like telstra etc if they ask if im indigenous i say yes. I always get through quick, this is all a scam and she is less than 3% indigenous which means she is who she hates colonial
