@Telstra Any chance you can fix our internet drop out issue? It's been 8 weeks and multiple chats via the My Telstra app. They keep saying it's fixed, but then it's not. It drops out daily, for hours at a time. #frustrated #comeontelstra #telstra

@Telstra Yes I am. They will be happy to provide whatever authoraisation you wish. The theft of their service has damaged their byusiness, their reputation and their health. DM me with a name, position and number who to speak to.

@Goldandsilica @NucleusCyber A friend who worked at IBM here, told me once it normally took their biggest customer (Telstra) 12-24 months to make a decision. Small is quicker results. As long as they keep pulling little fish, to stay feed, the whale will come.

.@Telstra 55 minutes ago we asked for a contact number and a person's name in an attempt to resolve Telstra stealing a customer's phone service and leaving them disconnected and selling it to another. You have failed to do so. This has gone on 10 weeks already.

@techAU bit misleading though - there are very small coverage pockets for 5G right now and there's wild fluctuations in speed (have seen anywhere from 100-550 Mbps on my Telstra hotspot). Also Optus fixed 5G is severely capped - most people only get 50-60 Mbps via that service.

@spillthepearl yep best if you do al your dealings with jsp via email then you have a record i dont answer there calls get away with it as im rural and telstra are crap here
