    @Telstra Unlikely - but I get 500-600Mbps on the 4GX network, so it ain't all bad (get under half that on 5G).

    @jriewolod @Telstra Have the same issues with elderly parents being charged for services they have never used. So hard to get credits or the bill actually fixed
