@bernieStew55 @Telstra Upload speed in the inner east is abysmal at present. After 2 days going back and forth with Telstra they confirmed there's a congestion problem in the area which will take until 11th June to resolve.

@VodafoneAU poor form guys. Office modem you supplied faulty - 2 weeks of back and forth, 2 hours on hold yesterday, no solution on how to pickup new modem. First day w/ @Telstra NBN today. You lost a loyal customer of 8 years. 7 mobile + NBN connections @VodafoneAU

@Telstra Can’t talk to your tech team because I don’t have the account details and I can’t talk to the person who has them. Point is the NBN went down at 11:30am and it’s not internal to the house- I can check that myself. Failing to offer alternate way to report the problem is at issue

@Telstra Technician came out and rectified the problem - someone physically disconnected me out of the node. Had a connectivity issue this morning again but it seems to be working now.

@Telstra hey Telstra is there something wrong with your internet lately? The last couple days I have had real issues while trying to work... I’ve only gone through 50% of my data... why has it slowed down so much?
