someone tell my why telstra is charging me $70 for an "overdue" phone bill, that has direct automatic payments set-up for it, and when I go to create an account online it literally doesn't work, piece of **** dogshit service

@Ballyurra I’m only thinking of phone reception. While I’m travelling around the country (pre covid) Telstra was the only service in many areas. Of course many remote areas only have satphone.
