@Telstra What tech support might you be referring to? Speaking to someone at Telstra is not a possibility unless you wish to wait for hours on the phone. Maybe Telstra should employ more people to answer the phone rather than monitor social media. Nothing’s happening, that’s the point!

Telstra sure love making it hard to do name change huh. Even though they have a form that lets you do everything online. Its been a while month since submitting it but yet they say it'd only be 2-3 day wait. And the online support just says "have you gone inside a store"???

@Telstra for every billing period I am harassed by telstra to pay bill - Paid on time 49 years. I’ve twittered you and get put in some ridiculous cirapp but NO HELP - have invested 10 hours of my time how about some SERVICE for a the little you do to help.

Doing great @Telstra, just ticked over two months and still you have made no attempt to investigate my internet issue, resolve it, or communicate! But to be fair, you have made the effort to garner payment.

@Telstra Messaging service was bad experience. 1st thing operator said was use the app. Said I didn't want to. They said to use the website. Said that sends me to the app They said they could do it but would take 40 to 50 minutes. For an existing customer? Really? Very slow convo too.
