    @Telstra moved back to Australia, been 1 month trying to setup a business account and still after multiple emails phone calls etc can't get a ******* answer....you are the worst customer service in this country says everyone ever...**** u

    Fee for no service. Why does @Telstra get away with charging you for a service that they don’t provide. Second month in a row, the internet goes down for several days. They waste 3 hours of your time blaming you, and the modem, before they check the network. #telstra

    @AlanBixter Ahh yes, the joys of having every Telstra support person go through the same failed script (re-start modem, check cables, blah, blah...) & then sending a new modem - which still doesn't fix the problem 😡. I have quite the collection now.

    @Telstra Right now I’m in the city centre out in the open in a carpark and only 2 bars reception, you have to admit that’s terrible

    @TurboDungstorm @taipan168 Worst part is they still think Telstra is the most evil player in the game. (Although slightly less evil since they got rid of that pesky Yankee Sol Trujillo 🙄)
