  @titchashen Yeah, once upon a time a change like this was tested in a dedicated test & evaluation lab that represented the network, including redundancy, but it looks like now Telstra, but hopefully not other critical service providers, don’t bother. Guess they don’t have test staff anymore

  @OhappySt Oh I forgot about that. Telstra is still driving me bonkers in my area. Again when I had a deadline to meet the service went out. Eventually I'm going to have to get Starlink.

  We were shown how the NSA have packet capture devices on all fibre network pipe routers. Telstra use one also to mass scoop traffic. For later decryption with Quantum computers they already have. Mobile is remotely hackable by design ! CIA tech for subliminal mind control.

  I get no telco can guarantee no network outages, but they can guarantee replacing ageing equipment when it’s needed. @Telstra hasn’t explained WHY it decided not to replace a $30k piece of infrastructure, particularly when it’s responsible for maintaining the Triple 0 network.
