How bad is #Telstra service at the moment. You have an issue, you can’t call them as they switch you through to messaging service and then you spend ages for no result. Fug me.

  • ShortWellah The⚡BOLT (@ShortWellah) reported

WOOLWORTHS has cheapest mobile phone prepaid in country at moment. Even cheaper than DODO. On top row of WOOLLIES mobile sim card section is $20 for 28 days. Except when you pay, it is ONLY $8 for 28 days. 6gb and unlimited calls and texts. 4g network Telstra tho. #auspol

  • geoffreygrigg Geoffrey Grigg (@geoffreygrigg) reported

@RonniSalt @Telstra Thankfully the useless behemoth that is Telstra, a repugnant, warty, smelly mess, has virtually nothing to do with me. I use the towers through another provider. The worst company on earth, next to Fox. Followed by a host of malignancies. Telstra. You are the worst.

  • barefootbloke Al Crystal 🇦🇺🏳️‍🌈🇬🇷 (@barefootbloke) reported

@RonniSalt @Telstra @Telstra are completely useless. They can't even get their **** together and respond to a TIO complaint.

  • oldlillipilli Joanna Mendelssohn (@oldlillipilli) reported

@RonniSalt @Telstra When I was with Telstra the ONLY way to get any customer service was to tweet. No dms, just a general tweet. I’m now with iiNet who know how to answer the phone

  • Hayleyyemma Hayley (@Hayleyyemma) reported

@RonniSalt Back in the 90s, Telstra accidentally cut my parents phone line off while doing maintenance works then refused to fix it urgently for my HEAVILY PREGNANT mother who was home alone while my dad worked all day. They’ve been barred in their house ever since

  • geoff_craig GeoffroC 🏏🐶🥃🛩🐝🍯 (@geoff_craig) reported

@NBN_Australia Thanks April. Telstra claim nothing wrong. So sick of this. I’m moving to 5G and away from the second rate nbn hybrid copper network as soon as I can.

@RonniSalt @Telstra Perhaps we should @Telstra has been appalling responding to and rectifying constant drop-outs It has cost me days off work while the technician doesn't even show up Then they send me a text saying all your problems have been fixed Its a never-ending circle game

@RonniSalt @Telstra I must admit, with all the ISP's I've been with over the years I much prefer AussieBB, they at least can take a joke and they don't need to run through a help desk flow chart when things don't work.
