    @Telstra so disappointed I have been trying to set up the cable broadband after moving house. Over two weeks now and you haven’t turned up for both appointments made. When I pay for your service and you knowingly don’t provide said service is that fraud?

    @Telstra hi theres been a home phone outage for 2 weeks and the date keeps extending when its due to be fixed. Are you able to help me and look into the what’s going on with some further information?

    @ormaybejustrex @Telstra Best advice is to always hang up no matter they say they are when you get an automated message. Best to just call Telstra directly if you have any concerns and ask why they might have called you. At least then you will know you have called a legit number.

    @Telstra AND BTW CHECK YOUR BILLS PEOPLE YOU WILL SEE YOU SIGN UP FOR $90 A MONTH FOR 12 MONTH AND THEN NOT EVEN HALFWAY IN THE CROOKS KEEP JACKING IT UP $91 THEN $94 AND JUST KEEPS GOING I MEAN WTF IS HAPPENING YES ITS ONLY FEW DOLLARS BUT THE CONTRACT WAS A SET PRICE WTF

    @Telstra ARE THE ******* WORST I HAVE SPOKEN TO THEM ABOUT SENDING PAPER BILLS AS I HAVE WAITED SO LONG TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM THEY HAVE BAD COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ONLY THE MONEY 🤑 THEY NEVER LISTEN THEY WILL STRESS YOU OUT AND RIP YOU OFF.

    Hi @Telstra Very disappointed in you. Got an email saying you’ve slowed down our mobile Internet. We would love to use our smart modem but it is not working! How am I meant to work from home like this?!?

    @Adam_Miles @Telstra Thanks Adam! That was my feeling, too, ie to hang up. Not only the robot caller but also the script rang alarm bells to me: immediately telling me to press 1 without even explaining why. If it is legit, it’s badly designed, as it seems just like a scam.
