    @decryption @JoshuaWithers @Telstra I've never seen it other than AirBnB, but then as Cam's inquiry seems to indicate, they seem really keen to innovate to understand who their customers are so they can treat them differently on how and when and why they spend money.

    @Telstra I am an Enterprise cust & there is a separate login which I followed but no option to make payment . Plz explain the kind of security Telstra bringing in by taking option to pay bills without logging in to account. Only thing I can see is Late fees for non payment due to this.

    @MacForest2 @PatsKarvelas Imagine the CEO of BHP or Telstra not knowing they had a co-CEO. Simply inconceivable. A secret power structure cannot be defined as ‘good governance’. That’s a significant part of the problem here.

    @lawrepforjesus @AjratYllek I tell them how sorry I am that they have to do something so horrible just to keep food on the table, but also tell them how disappointed their mum would be to find out they don't really have a good job working for Telstra, NBN, Amazon etc. Often they say sorry before hanging up.

    @Telstra Genuinely, I was in disbelief as to how they conducted themselves. And to then end the call with "We're sorry you're leaving us, but all the best" WOW This is just rubbish. All the best with that share price if this is the way you plan to continue your service. Hello @VodafoneAU

    @Telstra Mate, Tanya, blatantly lied again about a plan which we nearly took on board. Luckily we're not stupid. We have now been placed on hold again waiting for a team leader. Going on 3.5 hours here, you guys are doing a bang up job. #AbsoluteFail #ContractBreach
