@Telstra a deeply entrenched, dysfunctional technical and corporate culture. Service teams are lovely. The billing and delivery platforms are cooked tho. 18 months to discover and correct a wrong email linkage I reported on the first call. Deep bureaucratic incompetence to the top.

@Telstra Yes they do and I have come across so many customers complaining over Twitter that the Telstra app is not loading and even the people working in my local Telstra Store say they are experiencing loading issues too.

@WorldWideWob Doesn't interface with my Telstra TV box (Australia) any more. Chrome's not working. Tells me to select my "TV provider" but none available in my region. Emailed "Support" who were useless. My subscription ends next month.... deactivated auto-renew

@agrobaz Yes. Telstra store did a hard reset, no change. Told I may need a new sim. Seemingly resolved itself in the last few weeks. Mine did it for weeks, I had to just call all missed calls. Put it down to another fun side effect of the increasingly patchy Telstra service in the area 🤷

@Telstra does your support usually shut the phone in people's face when they ask to block a non-telstra device by IMEI? quoting ur website "if you’re using a non-Telstra device or isn’t included with your current plan, you’ll need to supply your IMEI number and proof of purchase"

The Telstra app has been playing up loading very slowly since 5th October and it takes ages to load and is slow and not very reliable and not very responsive. It had another update today but it didn’t fix the loading issues.

Something I do not understand is why @Telstra place a 400GB limit on their 5G mobile broadband service. Why not allow people to buy extra data if they need extra?

@Telstra The Pixel 7 Pro, with the pixel stand and whatnot. When I tried to get that today, the website shut me down because I'm not a Telstra customer, but the addons are fantastic and would have bought it from you if I had the chance.
