Found out that @Telstra phone support close all tickets after 5 days if there has been no customer interaction. So even if they tell you they will contact you in 3-5 days. They actually just close the ticket after 5 days. Told to us by honest Telstra phone support person.

  • iOSBrett Brett May (@iOSBrett) reported

@Telstra She tried one Telstra shop and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. So she drove to Dandenong and they were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Sorted out in 10 mins in person, we have been trying with phone support for nearly 2 months.

@andy_penn Season opener at the @PenrithPanthers last week and there was a tiny amount of 4G and 5G signal in the stadium (acma site IDs 10004158 / 10013014) making access to the Telstra @NRL Official App a🚫📵zone. Surly a perfect location for a small cell site?

@radiusfn Aussie broadband Telstra’s decent but always had issue

  • justweb Rob Web (@justweb) reported

@Telstra here's a suggestion. When you have an outage, or the speeds gets to less than 1kbps down and 0 up, but still connected, how about auto switching to 4g? That's what it's for isn't it? The 4g backup?

@kayosports any chance you might shed your Telstra nightmare & provide a decent stream of the cricket. Everyone I talk to has the same issues. DISGRACE!

@Telstra In regards to closed tickets. This was told to us by a Telstra phone support person, they were the ones who told us to go to a Telstra Store if we wanted it sorted out quickly. Said that all our previous cases were automatically closed after 5 days.

@DawsonEJ Sorry to say this… but I had a similar issue and it was 5 weeks of hell and 20 hours of phone torture… you know me, we worked together… a mild jolly fellow… not after the Telstra experience…
