    @BHustwaite Telstra has been trying to make me swap over for two years but I don’t want to as I have cable internet which has mostly been great and it’s fast. All I hear is how crap NBN is, so I was happy it got delayed 🤪

    @andy_penn 8 hours of trying to get connection for 89 year old with existing account and Telstra want employment record, credit checks, internet prefs, sms.... crazy crazy crazy worst service of all large companies
