Darren Baguley (@DarrenB111) reported@gabriellechan Yep. At the beginning of the week Optus 4G dropped back to 3G and service died. Swapped SIMs to Telstra 4G on the same tower and all was ok. N idea why. Just happens now and then.

rubyfreyja (@rubyfreyja) reported@Telstra Thx Angie. I called Telstra. It's half fixed. I was told to call back tomorrow for the rest of the fix. One problem usually ends up with multiple calls to fix the next group of bugs that comes from that first problem, it can never be just one simple fix. 🙄 90yo can't understand.

Can I get some help so the credit pays the overdue bill??
