    How do I compare? I have 2 sim cards. One from @Telstra with a $30/m 30GB data plan just for my mobile modem. One from @Optus, pre-paid plan for my everyday phone. I compare each network both on my phone and on my Mac connected to my Nighthawk M5 Then I just run @Speedtest

    @Telstra Thanks for your help with the registration of both a complaint and escalation. I am awaiting a call today from the Telstra case manager. Telstra incompetence occurred again today. Nbn tech was provided the disconnected number as our primary contact number.

    @MrsM1277 I remember when I had a $25 plan with my Nokia 3310 with $25 included calls and text and 15 mins free to other Telstra phones after 9pm! Never went over $25 but flogged the crap out of freechat lol

    When is @Telstra getting #FamilySetup for #AppleWatch ? My 12 yo shouldn’t need a different network provider just so we can stay connected & keep an eye in his travels to & from school. A watch designed for a toddler is not a viable alternative, nor should he need a phone plan.

    @Telstra @JR_24X Hi Telstra, my internet service is offline; N2837129R. I'm toggling off my mobile. Router is fine and have rebooted both modem and router. Good wifi connection to router, but no internet. Any other info you need?

    @Telstra Service is ****** every time it rains, you won’t fix it or even reimburse when faulty. Not sure what you think a social media person will solve other than trying to bullshit

    @andy_penn @TelstraEnt no phone or internet working means our business can not function. I have an escalation and complaint reference numbers and it means nothing? No one has called me. Telstra nbn supposed to attend by 12 today. No sign of them.
