@Telstra The so called manager called us again today and had nothing but excuses saying we are trying to book a technician to come out and investigate the problem. This is pathetic for a company the size of Telstra to have trouble sending a technician out. Are you guys not ashamed?

@Telstra I had a phone and ipad stolen early Saturday morning and I have been trying to get the original services blocked and replacement SIMs issued. I am afraid to say the level of service has been dreadful. I have spent more than 5 hours online and it is still not resolved

Telstra please for the love of god send someone to fix your internet in Robina 4226, feel like I’m living in the Stone Age the past 2 days. Clearly has to do with the recent rain and my boomer parents think spending hours on the phone with you lot will magically fix it @Telstra

@Telstra As if I can be bothered helping you guys fix a fault for somewhere I am parked for 10 minutes. Telstra is poor coverage in general now and reporting it doesn’t help I’ve tried at home for 6 months.

@Telstra Been $98 pm till Oct, it was $101, I quearied it but got no answer. Then Nov $126. I rang and had problem understanding consultant. Not happy.
