    @Balance04385907 Hey I have been a Telstra customer for decades and if I have a need ,issue, no problems ,always sorted with a friendly and professional service . I get not everyone has a smooth service but these guys are trying their best.

    So I rang @Telstra because a hospital pharmacy number I'm calling doesn't work only to be told they can't help. Then they hung up. Service ???????? 🤬🤬🤬

    @mgorman43 @NBN_Australia Report to Telecommunications Ombudsman. Had a similar experience some years ago. Telstra and NBN blaming each other with no action leaving 20+ elderly people with no emergency service for nearly 2 weeks. Ombudsman report made and service restored within 24 hours. Good luck!
