@davidbewart Much of the copper they bought from Telstra, poorly maintained in order to save money. FTTN was a bad choice further hamstrung by Telstra’s aging copper.

@Telstra My brother with an iPhone XS Max: Port Fairy: 11pm last night. Me with a Google Pixel 5: Maryborough, VIC: 11pm last night. Ballarat: 1:30pm today Speeds like this in Maryborough where I live are pretty consistently atrociously slow. Only gets better between midnight and 5am.

The #nbn service from @Telstra is below any low. The order was created mid-Nov, since then no result. The technician appointment was postponed many times, the last one was for today morning. The technician didn’t come at all, without any notice.😟 The support centre doesn’t help.

@Telstra how is it the only department in your whole organisation that's knows what an X21 data service line is the accounts department that charges @ReadingRadioQLD for the service. I've spent almost three hours trying to report a fault and no one knows how to help.

@Telstra Hi Telstra, I have 8 services with you. 2 are out cold. One for 2-3 weeks, one the last 4 days, with working from home this is impossible. I have spent over 11 hours across about 9 calls over the last 3 weeks ... nothing. I need urgent serious help.

How many times does it take for you to finally fix the issues. Two times I’ve had issues with my billing account @Telstra pretty sick of having to deal with this. Hope it’s not a monthly occurrence
