    @Telstra Thanks for following up, but I've nothing good to report. Just shouted down another one of your staff members for telling me that the NBN "maintenance" may have affected my node, so now I'm out of luck for the entire weekend or more. I'm really not happy with this service.

    Thanks @Telstra @NBN_Australia for another outage. No home Internet or @Foxtel tv but your websites say everything is fine. And your phone queues suck.

    @Telstra Tried getting through to testra last night - said difficulties, call later. No outages showing, no nbn outage showing.

    @Telstra Supposedly, until a technician can be sent out on Monday. I'm still on the backup connection, with greatly varying degrees of speed, though very rarely getting above 3 Mbps and often below 1 Mbps (with a green signal strength).

    @AngryNonni @propinqua Correct they react immediately once they get the notice from ombudsman because it’s law, and they cannot get it closed off until,the person who has an issue is satisfied @Telstra

    @Aaronsmith333 @georgiecrozier @alexbhathal 77,000 calls in 15 min. No govt, not even Telstra could have coped with the sudden overwhelming volume of calls from all over Vic all day. But go ahead Georgie, get Victorians angry & upset right now, it's exactly the kind of support they need from a govt rep. Self centred much!

    @AFL why isn’t #AFLDogsDees being played at the MCG? Sick of watching quality games at the Telstra dome - always bad camera angles!
