    @Telstra Not much you can do, your entire ‘customer service’ team appear incapable of actually resolving anything and just stall, transfer to another department or hang-up. I’ll raise the issue through formal channels and see what @Optus and @iiNet can provide.

    @Telstra I reported a fault on Tuesday - technician was meant to attend Thursday and never turned up, promised a call today which never happened call centres closed and no one responds on the “24/7” chat on the app!!!!! Any chance of some help??

    Watching this game has reminded me how ******* awful Etihad/Marvel/Telstra Dome/Colonial Stadium is to watch sport at. Look at that awful shadow over the ground. Yuck.

    ****!!..ABC Tv pixilates till impossible to see, no signal on SBS...won't watch commercial ****..you know why!..Radio : static crap, Telstra's mobile broadband only can get on 1 /10 attempts...THIS is a fluke..Welcome to regional LNP 21st yr / 21st century..the rest will be ****!

    @Telstra Don’t know about getting sorted Tori, been wasting my time for the past 8 days spending more than 12 hrs. I get harassed by automated messages threatening that if I don’t call back that my reported fault will be automatically closed off without resolution.
