@Telstra Thanks for letting me know. When I asked how long it would take last night your team decided to just ignore me instead. I don’t like being a squeaky wheel @andy_penn but the sad reality is the level of service is set so low it’s a requirement to get anything from @telstra.

@Telstra Our entire town has been having internet issues for months and all we get told is to restart our modems ans devices and what not because the fault is on our end. It’s your network that’s the issue. It’s a joke

Bro I can’t anymore, Telstra is terrible I’m already on 80 ping every game creative or arena and it either drops out or I get 80% packet loss for 5 minutes every single game without fail. @Telstra fix your internet pls.

@Telstra Still chasing Telstra. Five weeks later and my problem still not attended and asked to wait ANOTHER 5 days for a call back. Still haven’t got the first one returned. Irony. While on 5th hour long call by phone dropped out twice. No call back. Telstra sucks.

@Telstra Hey there thanks for the check up. The wifi is connected but has been extremely slow since the earthquake, I have confirmed other people in the area are suffering slowed wifi along with it taking many restarts to connect to Xbox servers.
