    The ASX is set to dip at the open, with index futures down 0.2%. It comes ahead of big earnings results this morning from Telstra, Origin, Transurban, ASX, and Insurance Australia Group. Overnight, US markets mostly lifted, with the S&P 500 up 0.3% and the Nasdaq adding 0.5%.

    @roberts_pa97578 I’d never use @telstra - the experiences I had with them as a network consultant for clients were atrocious - their NBN implementations/installations/services were pathetic

    @dan_const @AFL @Telstra William dropped off towards the end if the season. Also had one of his worst games in a rare prime time game in Vic, I knew it was done after that.

    Whats wrong with our economic system is the unpenalised rank hypocrisy when Telstra declares a record profit, its CEO gets a $6 million payrise after the recent triple 0 outage that claimed lives.
