@Telstra landline is down, and can't get a dial tone. Does this mean the line is down? I tried turning all equipment on and off. Internet still works

@Telstra The number 13 22 00 simply redirects you to go online. The online service is what caused the issue originally.

@Telstra Almost since I changed to Telstra as my server there’s no way I can get my ringing tones with enough time to answer the phone. A guy from Telstra said it rings for 30 sec but this is not true. Poor service.
