    You see, all my other utility bills allow me to manage my payments without incurring a *punishment fee* for paying after the due date. I am overdue with Origin, Alinta, but my gas and electricity providers don’t charge me $15 a month for being poor. Only @Telstra does this.

    Also @telstra, I know that if I pay $41 today, I will bring my balance down to $70, but I can’t do that, I can’t pay the $41 today, I mean I can pay it, but I can’t pay it today. You see, last month’s balance is $111 because I incurred your $15 late fee last month too.

    @Telstra there seems to be an outage in Mittagong NSW, it’s appearing to be scheduled for up to 4 days,’is this right ?

    @3CX which routinely drops out as @telstra @optus don’t recognise the connection as live and cut out the call at 15 mins.

    @stevenmarkryan My starlink stuffed up, so they sent me a new router and cable. It was still stuffed so they are sending me a new kit, yes I have to send the old one back. I have not had decient nternet for a month. Still better customer service than telstra.

    @Telstra Hi i've tried to send 5 DMs but they all keep failing to send. Email was working at 3am, and started failing at 10:51am. No details have changed at my end. I can login to the telstra web with the same details.
