  @Telstra Its to stop people not paying the bill when there service is not working ! NBN mainly as with Covid service has gone the way of the Dinosaurs ! I have lost count of the amount of people not paying till there service is working !

  @gabriellechan Yep. At the beginning of the week Optus 4G dropped back to 3G and service died. Swapped SIMs to Telstra 4G on the same tower and all was ok. N idea why. Just happens now and then.

  Seriously I’d like to anonymously cancel all of Telstra’s lines since there in no need to check people’s identity anymore to do any transactions for your phone line!

  @Telstra Thx Angie. I called Telstra. It's half fixed. I was told to call back tomorrow for the rest of the fix. One problem usually ends up with multiple calls to fix the next group of bugs that comes from that first problem, it can never be just one simple fix. 🙄 90yo can't understand.

  @Telstra So telstra I have $145 credit on my telstra bank account but it seems it wasnt reconigsed by your machines and it still tried to withdraw money from my bank account and now says i'm overdue... Can I get some help so the credit pays the overdue bill??

  @Telstra Essentially it was remain on the current service or cancel it. I can send you a screenshot of the email if you have a message service I can use.

  @Telstra Control is every thing ! auto pay is always bad for the customer specially when you are already paying in advance.

  @awholelotofgeek @Telstra Damn same thing happened to me I contacted support for almost two weeks and all I got wasautomated robot replies, not until I got recommended to @ Multitask_support on who got it fixed in a few hours
