@Just_Krystle_M @Telstra I buy my phones outright fromthe Apple store. (Can return in 14 days if you don't like it) and I use Woolworths Mobile, which is on the Telstra network, well priced AND gets you 10% off one shop per month at Woolies.

  • BillyFrank1979 Liam Frank (@BillyFrank1979) reported

@Telstra please explain why access to my accounts through the telstra app and online log in is not working and I have register again?

  • Shaun_R Shaun Ruigrok @Shaun_R@aus.social (@Shaun_R) reported

@bandit_hat_ @AzureSupport Same issue in our M365 Tenant here too. Seems to be isolated to @Telstra NBN IP addresses, which earlier today were geolocating to Melbourne Australia and now suddenly geolocating to Tashkent, UZ (Uzbekistan).

  • markwilliamday MWD (@markwilliamday) reported

@Telstra I had a parcel from your rewards store returned to sender as you sent it to an address that’s never been associated with my account - who do I contact to get it addressed correctly?

  • kkikati_ KAT (@kkikati_) reported

@ssseiso I have no idea what service would be better I’m using Telstra and paying 75 per month 😩

  • faruque_ju Trust (@faruque_ju) reported

@Telstra Hello, I am not talking about slow. I am talking about no data at all. Kindly check with your tech team, why they have stopped data from 3G!

  • mrl58 rabble rouser (@mrl58) reported

@lutajobe @Telstra @NSWNationals I wonder if they are trying to phase out landlines? Much of regional Australia has no reliable mobile reception. Our internet is slow/expensive, runs out of data all the time. Telstra couldn’t provide a mobile or internet service where we live. Regional folk are disadvantaged.

  • Higgo74 Higgo (@Higgo74) reported

@Collingwoodmag @Telstra Because when I walked into a store yesterday, no one offered help after me standing there for 15 minutes, was told to make an appointment instead. So I did. I just want a new phone.

  • hurley1_marie Anne-Marie Hurley (@hurley1_marie) reported

@johnsy123aus In a Telstra store now, they couldn't change address details on an old account so they called Telstra support on my phone. Still sitting in the store waiting for them to answer! FFS

@Telstra Cam, I’m not sure you quite understand. This is bigger than just a modem issue; this is something your Level 3 network engineers should be looking at - not Level 1 tech support. The issue isn’t client-side; it’s something between you and Microsoft.
