On Day 41 of the Saga of the Broken Internet @Optus have said that they can’t do anything until they do more testing which they say can’t get Telstra to do until I record the time and duration of all drop outs for the next 24-48 hours.

@Telstra If only you realised the importance of a broadband connection for customers who are working from home with family during lockdown here in Melbourne. There is an anger I cannot describe. The work required to re-establish the service took hours.

@Dunhacking The last one I answered a few years ago purported to be from Telstra, he told me there was a problem with Microsoft Windows on my PC and he would talk me through how to fix it. He started telling me which keys to press, and I said "is that the one with a pic of an Apple?" Click!

Just wondering what active role companies like @Telstra @VodafoneAU & @Optus are taking in ridding customers of constant spam SMS messages & emails? While there's probably no easy fix the amount of unsolicited junk paying customers are hit with on a daily basis is out of control.

@Telstra Telstra have out manoeuvered Kafka and 1984 by creating two identities on their system which they cannot see but I have screenshots to prove they exist, this is a farce except that I have to pay for it and they expect me to fix their problems which is crap
