    @Telstra Now you are insulting me. It’s not my device. It’s your service. I did a speed test. Ping 52. Download 0.2. No problem when I came home. Everyone knows the coverage in Berry is inadequate. It’s not about outages.

    @NBN_Australia My address says revolution last Wednesday at 3.30am. The communication between you and Telstra is absolutely appalling. Was supposed to be resolved for the third time today. For a multi-billion dollar organisation the service has been dreadful.

    @Telstra Still haven’t heard from them and currently been on hold @Telstra for 64 mins, also went in store Telstra in pacific fair, they did nothing, I bet @andy_penn CEO doesn’t have Telstra or NBN issues
