@Telstra Hi Lee… Yes, first time. I also keep getting “No internet connection” errors. My partners Vodafone connection is working fine on same 2 bars.

So, Telstra couldn't fix it but they suggested I put it in rice to dry it out. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

@CupcakeAnalyst @Telstra Telstra not even prepared for ordinary weather events. A week to move branches off phone lines. Then another storm. We've reported just where trees are on lines, but this time will take 2 weeks to fix. 📞

@Telstra when your "system" creates a problem for a business customer, not being able to get it fixed on a weekend by your billing team is archaic. Small businesses are 7 days a week so maybe you should catch up with that
