    @TraceySpicer @Telstra Telstra have the worst customer service. I transferred all personal and business accounts to TPG years ago and never looked back.

    @Telstra Ordered a Speaker on 30th Nov 2021 through Telstra Plus. Order was not fulfilled and it has been more than a month the money is also not being refunded. I am not sure what is going on .... Can anyone help LYO53464748.

    @TraceySpicer @Telstra Telstra are A NIGHTMARE. They never admit fault, they make HEAPS of mistakes, and when they compensate you it's begrudgingly and too little too late, and only after you spend MANY hours speaking to 50 different people. DO NOT USE TELSTRA.

    Huge thanks to the @Twitter brains trust for helping me sort out the phone issue with Dad. Also, thanks to @telstra for getting the line open again. However, the fact remains that elderly people are still having their phone services tampered with if they miss one bill. 😢
