@Telstra I have been trying to speak to someone on the phone for 2 months. Everytime I call, a recorded message says do it online and hangs up. Yet I cannot fix my issue online. Is this how you treat your customers now? Your app msg service takes hours to get a reply. #overit

Paying too much for my phone via Telstra. Always find their service awful. Put up with it because of easy international roaming. No point now. I'm going to change to @amaysim. I think their $30/mo plan with unlimited calls and 50GB should be plenty. What does everyone else do?

@ACTINOSProject @GongGasGirl @amaysim We've got Aldi for our kids. It's cheap and uses the Telstra network.

@GongGasGirl @evolvewrite @amaysim I tried to close a Telstra email and there was no way in the website and no way to call them. Had to go instore to fix it. Terrible service. Even web chat didn’t work. Lately I have found using live chats on websites effective. Not Telstra though

@NoShins81 @rdhinds Lol... and my Pop. He took it to Telstra because it stopped working. It was because the 2G network closed down. It had them all quite amused...

@GongGasGirl Aldi uses Telstra. The problem with a lot of the “discount” plans are that they count data per mb so if you check your email that’s one mb minimum even though it’s only about 10 kb worth of actual data. Makes it easy to get to your max data cap
