@Telstra 2 weeks ago. I was told I was made out to be lying. No you admit there is an "issue" For 2 weeks I've been talking to to guys and no one had admitted this .. or even contacted me. As Im sure others. And I hope Joe other GOLD members are speaking up and making complaints.

If you rely on Zoom (who doesn't?) do not install @Telstra 's Game Optimiser. It stops Zoom from working and is almost impossible to remove from your modem (3 days, and counting, of Telstra's Gold Member Support ). 4 ppl hot spotting Zoom in lockdown is a challenge I didn't need.

@dicko666 @Telstra Only been waiting 5 days? Lucky mate!! When @telstra service matches their internet service - can be really good, missing completely, or the bare minimum that is a struggle to achieve anything.
