@garystark @Telstra @VodafoneAU They actually are taking action. I write on this regularly. It's not as easy as just saying "stop" because of how they come in, though, and means users need to be educated about what they are and when to hang up.

@Russputin2 @MicheleScheffl1 I say “What a coincidence! My husband works for ABS/Telstra/the ATO. Wait a sec and I’ll put him on the phone.” They hang up straight away. It kept the “Telstra” scammers away for 2 years. I just got a call from them yesterday.

@Telstra is there currently an nbn outage? As I have had no internet since 2.30pm. I have checked my address and it will isn’t showing as an outage. I have rebooted my modem a couple of times. Essendon 3040

Hi @Telstra I am fed up of the spam texts/voicemails, at least a dozen every day for the last week. Blocked and deleted each time but to no avail. What's going on, this is unacceptable? Please address the issue. Thanks
