    @mattgillard @developerjack @Telstra The con that Telstra is a premium service provider is how they justify charging premium prices. Scratch the surface of any service to reveal and 2nd rate service with fancy marketing to gaslight customers. Always the most you can pay for comms service, never the best.

    @Telstra Just pass the bug onto a dev team please. It's not a big deal, but it's just unnecessary and shouldn't happen. Not from Telstra. You guys have the budget to fix this.

    @Telstra 30 year customer and you disconnect my internet because I missed ONE payment. Now wait 3-5 days to reconnect. Disgraceful customer service

    It took 17 @BoostCare and @Telstra operators and 7 days to find #rootcause. Simple error -data blocked - simple fix. How will this be learned throughout the business to help other customers more quickly with less stress????? Add to troubleshooting checklist. Please.
