    @Telstra I STILL have no internet since Tuesday...I am tired of speaking to agents via the app and doing my own technical troubleshooting!!😡😡 If there is no technician sent out today, I will be closing this service and going to another service provider that takes customers seriously!🤯

    There was a bug in the iPhone app for telstra but since today I got logged out of the app and I had to sign back in as it had a sign in message appear and told me in a message that across the website and app it can share info.

    @IanSamuels3 @AGLEnergy It's like talking to a revolving door. No continuity of customer contacts. Every time you gotta start from scratch. Ditching them very soon. If they can't sort their customer service I'll go somewhere that can. Same reason I ditched Telstra after 19 years and went to AussieBB
