Scratch the surface of any service to reveal and 2nd rate service with fancy marketing to gaslight customers. Always the most you can pay for comms service, never the best.

It took 17 @BoostCare and @Telstra operators and 7 days to find #rootcause. Simple error -data blocked - simple fix. How will this be learned throughout the business to help other customers more quickly with less stress????? Add to troubleshooting checklist. Please.
