    can get somebody else like a neighbour to go to her house and ring Telstra with her. I’ve always kept Mum with @telstra because that’s who she’s used to but as soon as possible we’re changing, always the worst customer experience, completely shameful.

    @Telstra Hey there Phil. I have sent you a video that demonstrates the issue. Unfortuantely I was sent to Live Chat by Angela which resulted in them wanting to cancel my order and force me to lose the pre-order bonuses.

    Despite my expectations from previous experience with @Telstra already being deepest-hole-ever-dug low they exceeded them today. Every January while I’m with Mum we call to make sure I’m down as authority to operate because we know Telstra wipes them (why?? ppl don’t get younger)

    @Telstra If I get back to that work site I’ll send you a direct message showing YouThe poor coverage that Telstra has in the middle of Potts point( it’s also building penetration of the signal) Everybody else’s phone works on various networks. I’ve only got two bars inside my home

    @Telstra Hi Bek, Please Help! Our service has either been non-existent or marginal with up to 1 or 2MBS since April! Numerous calls but no improvement. They just keep putting us off with false promises.

    @iamemilymayo @Telstra Dammit. I made the mistake of being empathetic about people I know get yelled at all day because they have no autonomy. And that makes their customer service ****.

    @iamemilymayo @Telstra I provided Telstra with feedback and they ignored it for two weeks. Then sent a separate email claiming they hadn’t heard from me and would close the complaint 12 minutes after that email was sent. They’re not the ones who have reason to be all caps-ing.
