@RonniSalt @Telstra Oh I feel your pain! Just been thru 3 week ordeal with them myself. It wasn’t until I complained here that I was able to get anywhere. Beyond stupid. In short a tree took out the NBN connection. Strong accented staff couldn’t comprehend they thought it was under ground....

@RonniSalt @Telstra Can feel your pain. Signed for a mobile contract a few years ago and they set me up two accounts, each with their own bill!Had to get the odbusman involved to sort it as was fed up being told the issue was resolved only for two bills to arrive the next month

WOOLWORTHS has cheapest mobile phone prepaid in country at moment. Even cheaper than DODO. On top row of WOOLLIES mobile sim card section is $20 for 28 days. Except when you pay, it is ONLY $8 for 28 days. 6gb and unlimited calls and texts. 4g network Telstra tho. #auspol

@RonniSalt @Telstra Because of poor customer service, I was also forced to contact ombudsman for Telstra and Optus. I will never, ever use them again. Would rather use a pigeon for my corresponding.

@NBN_Australia Thanks April. Telstra claim nothing wrong. So sick of this. I’m moving to 5G and away from the second rate nbn hybrid copper network as soon as I can.
