    @Telstra The Telstra outage page was useless (all green) as for NBN my contract is with Telstra not NBN your broadband support should be aware of underpinning service outages and provide actual support rather than suggesting factory resets

    @Telstra Raised another request to order a replacement modem. Told 3-5 business days for delivery and I’ll receive a text. Support can not advise order number.

    @Telstra After all this time a guy got back to me on Wednesday & agreed to issue a credit for $525.98. I asked for the booster aerial to be fitted at no cost to me but was offered a 50% discount so would still cost be over $550. 😡😡😡

    @Telstra you are the absolute pits.Your service is a disgrace. Two weeks of snail pace internet with no idea of a solution. The Telstra app is a horrendous clumsy joke which really does match the service. No wonder you block all Twitter fearing the worst responses! Wake up.

    @Telstra I was affected by the NBN DHCPv4 outage yesterday. ABB was also affected, they kept their customers in the loop via twitter yet Telstra support led me to believe it was my problem and escalated to platinum support who wanted to charge me to fix YOUR issue. Disgusting.

    @StefanSondi hm. would ask telstra directly again cuz belong will not get the full 5g force and yeh, still think the lil tower would have better reception. maybe just get one (first month usually free) and bring back if not working , or not good enough ?

    @Telstra - you would think that Telstra would send a technician out to verify our problem BUT NO WAY will this company do that. They don’t have an email address to contact them. They are in the communications business & they are the worst communicators in their business. 😡😡😡😡

    @StefanSondi i have been with 4LDI for 10 years now, just realised lol, husb is with telstra as was the biz phone, boy also 4LDI. i have no issues with it, app is a bit simple but it's ok?
