@Telstra It has been happening for 3 days now since we saw a Telstra van down the road 3 days ago. Ps neighbours in the same boat since

@deeplongstop @Telstra Hahaha I’m glad that Telstra are just as rubbish as some of the Optus support staff. Having said that, Optus has some really good ones which is the only reason I haven’t gone full nuclear at them lol

@deeplongstop @Telstra Oh there u go then. I bet if spoke to someone here in Oz, u might get better help. It works well for @Aussie_BB

@Telstra I'm not going to have the same conversation I have had with your techs every second day, for years. Your wifi service is crap and so is the NBN - end of story. You've got no intention of fixing it. The system's held together with sticky tape. Let's not play games, #Telstra .

  • imworthit19 imworthit (@imworthit19) reported

@Telstra trying to communicate with your support team is like pulling teeth apparently you have no hardship options wham a person has had a death in the family and needs to cover funeral costs and needs options for their bill payment!

  • Bundynelle Janelle Ross (@Bundynelle) reported

@Telstra Sometimes I'm Mrs Doubtfire when I answer, tee hee. It's easy to wake up to them when their number on my phone ID screen is massive. I feel for the vulnerable who fall for these crap calls though. Cheers.

Can’t believe the customer service at Telstra is so transactional. The sales guy doesn’t even have any empathy. Speaks super fast, and asks me to call back tomorrow to set up direct debit. Vodafone has more #empathy

  • Kathryn02003319 Kathryn Hall (@Kathryn02003319) reported

I have just spent 65 minutes , 5 separate calls to #telstra. No one could help me with my simple inquiry. Not impressed with a call centre. I find the process just so disrespectful.

  • goldenratio_16 Phi (@goldenratio_16) reported

@Telstra Telstra has to be one of the most useless companies. Business customer support is appalling. All support staff are offshore and have no idea what they are doing. Customer service by these foreign owned companies is non existent. I wonder if Black Rock and Vanguard own shares..🤔

@Telstra hi I am an existing Telstra NBN customer and last month my suburb (San Remo NSW) was listed by NBN as being included in the FTTN upgrade to FTTP. Do you have any info as to when or if I can apply to upgrade?
