    @ToMyPirateShip @vince05656201 My thoughts exactly. An attempt at "see they're just as bad as us". This technically wasn't even a Telstra leak - it was a third party who had details of Telstra employees, not customers. Nice try Optus.

    @abcnews This is very poor journalism by @abcnews ... Telstra itself was not hacked, but a third party which was offering a rewards program for staff had the data breach in 2017.

    @Telstra Still you own the data so you can not put blame on the 3rd party and its equal responsibility of telestra to protect the customer confidential data.

    As a happy @Aussie_BB customer I tried to refer my friend. However, during the signup it warns that if you have a medical condition that requires priority assistance, go to @Telstra So my friend aborted the signup as this is a dealbreaker for him. I tried. @trevorlong #nbn

    @Telstra 1st. I hanged up, because I had trouble hearing the person, keep cutting out. Then disconnected by just pressing a digit and holding on, not receiving the codes. No. I had to go a Telstra shop. To get the service that I needed. For my mum to get a better a deal. #poorservice

    @Telstra For the last two weeks my ping latency has gone up to 45 and it used to be around the 30 - 35 ping range i just want to know what is going on there since the support on your website was not helpful at all
