@Telstra Too late, Phil. It was never good enough, I lost count of stuff-ups with mobile phones, broadband, Foxtel. Took all my services, one by one, and went elsewhere.

  • FairDinkumOK Gimme Abreak (@FairDinkumOK) reported

@Telstra Wow, how good is this #auspol. I got a real bloke (not a robot) from @Telstra (Phil) to help me with my internet outage. If he comes good with his promises, I want to buy him a beer.

@ashamedaustrali @AlexBallhausen @gwendabgilbert If my home wifi (with Optus) goes down, I have no internet reception with my mobile carrier, who uses the Telstra 3G/4G network. Internet and network reception in Australia is woeful - is this because we are a massive country with a small population relative to our size?

@Telstra Hi Michelle. My new modem is now connected. It's turned itself off at least five times since tech support finished. It must have been a hellish call for her - the phone connection cut off four times & was impossible to hear clearly a lot so we missed info, repeated, talked over.

@mbismark @RobynSchofield3 Telechoice also offer good products that include international calls to some countries. Unlimited Oz calls (they use Telstra network so good coverage) and decent data included. I only pay $25 per month.

  • AshleighSculley Ashleigh Colleen (@AshleighSculley) reported

@Telstra we’ve been without internet for almost two days now. When I speak to your representatives, I’m told there is an outage and they do not know when it will be fixed. When I ask to be compensated for the outage, I’m told I need to wait until it’s working again to ask.

  • Erbigimbi Erbigimbi (@Erbigimbi) reported

@TPG_Telecom Telstra>Tpg>Felix Porting request. Felix: We didn't do it. Dodo: we just fulfilled the porting request.... TPG tech call dropped out twice. It's their network. Where's the responsibility. Felix: call back on Monday. No phone until then?

@AlexBallhausen @gwendabgilbert Hope your recovery goes well. I live remotely paying Telstra for 5G get 3G with no mobile data & patchy phone service at my house if weather bad. Won’t say what I told Telstra when satellite phones was suggested years ago.

  • AllySultana ally🇦🇺Christine 🇺🇦2570 (@AllySultana) reported

I just got a data warning informing me I have used 2.8 gigs of data, well telstra, thanks for that, but I have 80 gigs I have to use in 3 days or else it's wasted so chill the heck down and let me use it..

@MelbInvest @nyunggai @HelloMakkaPakka Yes & no. If you work for Optus but doing the praises of Telstra you're going to get sacked. In effect Kitching was sacked To fix it? Requires a referendum. Factions are funded by outside interests unions businesses, individuals with an agenda etc. That's hard to remove NEXT
