-
MsMagic (@MsMagic23) reported@Telstra I need a phone! 2 phones actually. But apparently you have none. Even though I’m paying for one. I’m so annoyed and let down.
-
Labwatullah Nghipandulwa (@labwatullah) reported@Telstra I’ve attempted to contact through your messaging app which contacted me about the previously unresolved issue. I’ve tried again and found the service to be similar. It’s unacceptable to Australians paying premium prices for a service WE used to own.
-
The Package (@ThePackage15) reported@Telstra Haha nah. Don’t go with you guys anymore. You didn’t answer my 1000 attempts at support when you were taking my hard earned.
-
Labwatullah Nghipandulwa (@labwatullah) reported@Telstra I’ll be filing a complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman, who will get this matter resolved as Telstra is only interested in making appearances but not actually delivering on the above statement it made publicly on Twitter.
-
Michael Feggans (@M_Fegg) reported@Telstra Have been advised it will be 24-48 hours until the issue is even looked into, and no timetable for a resolution. Not great when the majority of Sydney is still working from home.
-
Trevor Lock (@lockskat) reported@Telstra … how do I save my wifi password on my Telstra Smart Modem so that when I reset the modem ie power down, it remembers my password?
-
Michael Feggans (@M_Fegg) reported@Telstra 48 hours with zero internet for a 5g home internet plan, and can't get any info from Support. Australia's best network?
-
TheJman1980 (@thejman1980) reported@Telstra are you ALWAYS this bad. Was on the phone 45mins and fixed NOTHING
-
Tim Richards (@Aerohaveno) reported@Telstra But your 4G signal has been dropping out for months in the middle of the CBD! Months! Why isn’t it listed in your outages page?
-
Sam Dammers (@sam_dammers) reported@Telstra I've contacted several times, phone and web chat and all I get is vague affirmations. Its now been 48 hours and nothing. Finally got a "case number" 22354818 but the app shows no cases. Is anything actually being done? Fix the address with startrack, how hard is it?
