    @Telstra so you advertise you have put on extra people to help with calls yet we wait over 45 mins twice this week with oh we can’t help you with your modem WT. second time still waiting but message is due to social distancing you have reduced support services. Useless once again

    @Telstra All Tesltra customers need compensation for the outage - the phone bill for that month period needs to be waived and a payment of about $500 given, Vicki Brady is on $8 million a year!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CUSTOMERS SUFFERED A LOT WHILE SHE WAS PLEASURING HERSELF OVERSEAS.

    @TonyShepherd4 Unhelpful and wasting SA police & Telstra time. Focus on fixing the problem. Talk to the Telstra workers. What can we do to make the system more robust? May need funding but let's get started on the long-term solution.

    Regarding @Telstra outage recently.... looks like were 'hacked' i think this is an insurance claim. So insurance detectives will make hackers cough up to reimburse those affected. If people wait until insurance case is processed, just put in your claims to telstra, and in due course you will be generously reimbursed by culprit hackers responsible after insurance company processes this case. I suspect Chinese government, so they have lots of money to reimburse everyone. @VictoriaPolice

    @Anneeokeefe Really? So you have no idea how this works? Yes Telstra designs a solution to a design brief or tender. Yes it should provide a resilient solution but the ultimate responsibility lies with VicTrack as they accepted the system. And yes they should have foreseen and tested for this

    @CharlesSzulc Telstra will appear before a Senate inquiry into its outage, starting next Friday. Senator Henderson is involved in the (apparently ongoing) Optus one. It'll be be interesting if she now asks questions of Telstra, as will be forthcoming media reports.

    @GunjapartyOz @MikeCarlton01 @Telstra I was demonstrating a time mismatch error, the outage was caused by a time mismatch with an NTP node. They said it themselves. Get over it move on.

    Listen to me. Telstra CEO Vicky Brady losing her job might make you feel better but it won't help improve the system. I've seen this scenario play out multiple times throughout my ITC career. Someone else comes in & it's Snakes & Ladders. Listen to the technicians. #auspol

    Surely if there are no deaths from the Telstra outage it’s just luck. The issue is the ability to call emergency services, not whether that led to a fatality.
