    @Telstra Don't want voicemail or any msg service AT ALL. He just needs a phone that rings and rings (until he can find it). Hearing it is very important.

  • Rewster7 Rewster (@Rewster7) reported

    @HongBrendan @NRL @Telstra Too slow unfortunately

  • PeterJamesRoth6 Peter James Rothe (@PeterJamesRoth6) reported

    Damn it. When i changed phones the issues with Telstra mobile reception in my new unit meant i couldn't transfer many apps. My ping was almost 0. That's the back and forth speed. Now it's been fixed in the area and i can use either SIM.

  • itsthom the eternal recurrer (@itsthom) reported

    @RealJohnFarnham @Telstra it looks like telstra sold the south brisbane network to some other pack of losers so we will never get normal internet

  • JolimontOtter The bayside otter (@JolimontOtter) reported

    @Telstra Still absolutely woeful. My wife works from home and is wondering where she can go today to get a decent signal. Guy in local Telstra shop today says it is always awful here and won’t use a Telstra account.

  • syvergy James Pinnell 🇺🇦 (@syvergy) reported

    I think you can basically summarise the differences between telco sectors in the US and Aus by the fact that Telstra just rolled out passive, free, network wide SMS filtering while US telcos rolled out awful paid apps.

  • D_A_Stafford David Stafford (@D_A_Stafford) reported

    @Telstra Tried to buy a phone on T+ today. Won't let me. Not on a bill, not outright. Took 2 hours to get 'support' to understand. They are raising "Telstra Plus Dispute". Sorry excuse for a tech (?) company, eh? Get your web site working. Get competent support people.

  • calebcluff Caleb Cluff (@calebcluff) reported

    work on the copper line network any longer due to redundancies and sheer bloodymindedness; that Telstra will regularly downgrade a service in one area to boost coverage in another to fake satisfactory outcomes for audits.
