@PeterKlages @Telstra Commonwealth Bank is a disgrace, an hour wait to talk to customer service only then told I need another department, wait would be another hour, hung up 🤬🤬🤬

  • sacarlin48 Anne Carlin #VoteYes (@sacarlin48) reported

@PeterKlages @Telstra Disastrous long term history with Telstea. Planned to ditch them when we moved down here 7 years ago but thwarted as the internet connection was through Foxtel cable so it was Telstra or go back to ADSL. Celebrated when NBN came as I could ditch #Telstra for all time.

the tile devices use bluetooth so they are perfect for a grid down application. And seriously if you know the grid is going down then you get yourself in order before it completely collapses. That is our local @telstra mobile towers have limited battery backup for a few

@charleyuub it has to be Telstra cuz not all my friends are having this issue D:

  • PeterKlages Peter Klages (@PeterKlages) reported

Whoever the idiot was who suggested the private sector does business better than the public sector needs to be sentenced to a lifetime on call wait time with @Telstra, an organization that has possibly the worst customer service in recorded human history.

  • PeterKlages Peter Klages (@PeterKlages) reported

@BonnyAussieLad @Telstra Yes, as a ComBank customer myself I can only concur. I'd also add @Qantas to the enduring list of totally deplorable corporations.

  • ChrisJKearney Chris Kearney (@ChrisJKearney) reported

@Telstra I’ve tried through the website and My Telstra app but still getting the same issue. Even tried on Wifi vs. 5G on the phone and different browsers on my computer but still can’t claim anything.

@PeterKlages @Telstra I've had bad experiences before. But my latest issue was that the nbn went down. I requested a call back. They called immediately. Spent about 30 minutes on the phone trying to fix it. That didn't work. Booked a technician who came and fixed it 2 days later. I was surprised.

@Telstra how is it your 4 & 5G coverage up the Hume from Melb to Albury is soooo poor?
