@Eliza19675234 @andrewbogut @Telstra The ombudsmen can't do anything in my experience. And Telstra knows that. And plays on it. Telstra sit back and do zip, close the complaint as resolved. Customer Service is non existent. Good luck!

@Peter_Fitz Nah, Pete, old mate MSL is onto something. Sports sponsorship never works. Cigarette money never repaid the value of the Winfield Cup or B&H (insert series here) cricket. Telstra has just peed money away with the NRL for 25 years. Kia wastes its time with the Aus Open, etc…

@andrewbogut @Telstra Been there done that. When I moved here it took me 8 weeks to sort out all my Telstra issues, and I already had all the infrastructure pre-installed.

@Telstra My residential address. The address in the App is wrong! It won’t let me update it & as a business customer, I can’t call thru the 24/7 App to get the ‘priority’ service

@robynbryant33 nearly forgot the other surreal bit. when i tried to report the "not my flat" fault. telstra told me i was not allowed to due to not being the account holder on the line i was calling from <the one in my home> and that my home had never had a phone line.

@Telstra Sure but that’s not an invoice. What happens when the auto-billing system debits double fees in error, or some other problem occurs? What notice will @Telstra customers have in order to rectify any problems

@Telstra For instance, an incorrect BSB # was recorded when I upgraded over the phone @Telstra. I received a rect for payment late last week, then a failed payment msg this morning. Things can go wrong - why deny your customers the ability to rectify problems before they’re compounded

Imagine trying to get a new phone from Telstra and they say they're "booked out" but I can't make an appointment. ********? Phone is ******- half the screen is black and has a permanent strobe light
