@LennaLeprena Try Aldi mobile. I have been with them for 18mths. Uses Telstra 4G network. Several plans. I use the $15 3gb pm and it rolls over any unused data to next month. My better half does the next plan up $25 pm 10gb. Free calls to Oz landline and mobile.

@Ozzytourer @Telstra Yes, the internet bit is just peripheral for me, I just want a good phone that works properly...I only use it a few times a year so why don't they cater for the many of us in that same boat? I'll just have to keep my eye out for cheap phone and keep the Belong service..

@bridgerollo @abcmelbourne People are in and out of Telstra shops. The service is so quick and efficient.

@Telstra @telstra my new work-iPhone went in for repair & now been missing for 2mths now. Belconnen store won’t answer my calls. Had to go in to be told it had been lost by Star Trek but @Telstra can’t do anything. At my wits end. I’ve been a Telstra customer for decades. This is rubbish.

  • davidhughan David Hughan (@davidhughan) reported

@Telstra Again, trying to be continue my business with you, yet you cannot even call back, when you say you will. Is it so hard to retain a customer? Signing up to the #NBN has been a 4 week process, and I am still in the starting gate!

@Telstra I was never given a date. This is a new plan. Plus warning. Given warning.

@Telstra Nope, your support team in this instance has now idea. They don’t read the previous messages and just “default to start”

I understand we are moving to IQ4, and are keen to do so. I am a 20 year plus Telstra / Foxtel customer. Landline, 4 mobiles - I just want someone to pls call me and help me.

  • ReganAM2210 Reegs (@ReganAM2210) reported

@Telstra Yes I have but still is unresolved! What an absolute joke of a network! Tomorrow I’ll just go to the TIO as this is ridiculous

@Telstra Haha you ***** billed me over three years for a service I didn’t have! Debit collectors were deployed and I was phoned every day until I went nuclear at some **** on the phone. No apology, just an admission of fault from your end. I yearn for the day Telstra goes bankrupt xo
