@erinbsomerville Out of interest, was it the time for 000 to answer (where they ask police, fire or ambulance) or was it the specific service pickup that took time? The first would indicate a potential Telstra issue while the second would be an indication of the service being swamped?Just curious

@SPECCAPITAL @Telstra We are having a similar problem with our father this week!!! Telstra say there is request for a change of service Yet no request for a change was made No one can even tell us which company it’s going to or how they can cancel the cancellation…ordinary stuff !!!
