@lebaraau #vodaphone #telstra #optus to any mobile user thinking about porting to lebara be WARNED. Avoid lebara at all cost. I ported from other telco to lebara over a week ago got nothing but trouble. Still unable to use the Sim, their support is non existent.

@Telstra They are now harrassing me.. they have called again. Isnt it illegal to harrass using a carriage service? I told them not to call me... they immediately called back. How is that not harassment?

Well, I suppose I'll have to change from @Telstra to another network seeing as I can't even access the app to give @Telstra recharge money. Stuck in a loop of authentication for a simple transaction that I've done every month for years.

@Telstra Let’s be real. Cell coverage is excellent, NBN is fast and stable. Messaging support staff are driving me up the wall. I get in app notifications saying my nbn service has a problem. There is no problem. Repeat NO PROBLEM. Had a few power outages though so alerting?

@bushplato I had the same experience 18 months ago. Went Optus and they are just as bad. Get telstra per paid sim save money and Bob's your uncle.
