@Telstra, I am sick and tired of your non-existent customer service. You don't answer phone calls, no longer have online support, you erase the email messages sent to you and force your customers to repeat the same request again again.. Where can I complain @acccgovau ?..

@brofrog21 They wont tell you that, but it's cheaper than having them in Australia, or heaven forbid an actual service desk in towns and cities that isn't a Telstra Shop.

@fuq_le When mine works I get faster than that but it’s unstable. I think the rain effects the infrastructure down the road but Telstra inconveniences customers wasting our time rather than fixing the problem permanently.

@andy_penn our restaurant WiFi is down and Telstra cannot help as they cannot see the outage. We have no POS, no music etc. please help
