@Telstra Hold with you is 6k in credit. But apparently the two account can't be merged. Your nbn tech support said it would be fine but alas I have no internet to do simple work tasks. The service I receive from you is not worthy of 10+ years of business and my 50+ services

@Telstra has illegally charged me for services I cancelled, and support agents have outright lied, on phone & on ticket, to support the #fraud SNI2685752 Time for the organisation to be held to account.

@NBN_Australia @whiteycnbr Australian isps don't give a hoot about the customer I know a lady that is still on ADSL2 through Telstra she pays $89 a month for a 5 megabit connection.. and I will not do nothing about it they will not let her upgrade to 4 or 5G Wi-Fi that will not help out with her modem .

Why does @telstra offer static IPs on 5g home internet service if they provide a modem that has been neutered in the firmware to prevent port firwarding/dmz/bridge mode so you can't actually do anything but watch netflix and use facebook? Really wish @NBN_Australia worked!

@ShiannonC Went thru something similar when closing my 86yo MIL Telstra account. I threatened to close my $300/mth business with them before they would comply. They and other “service” providers play to the same flim flam playbook. Truly exhausting, welcome to the 21st Century 😐

@Telstra It’s a simple issue. You are not provisioning your towers appropriately given the amount of increased traffic. But how is some joker in India ringing me supposed to help?

@ShiannonC Years back a female neighbour could not get Telstra to change a service because she wasn’t the main account holder - husband was. He was AWOL. She rang them back and said she was ‘Ian’ and it all happened without a glitch. Stupid stupid and v frustrating.

@RebeccaHuntley2 to be honest you would have that issue with most telcos these days 🫤. Last time I had to ring Telstra to resolve something I was on hold for 1 hr and that's why I often just go to the nearest store to resolve a problem before I try ringing, 80% of the time that strategy works
