    @Telstra It runs slowly and drops out but seemingly only during daytime hours. Overnight I’m able to do things like tether and game using the 4G. Happens throughout the entire house but apparently I have full bars of reception. My partners phone with another carrier has no issues.

    @Telstra Incidentally, this is why I’d never use or recommend @telstra in an enterprise role. The market needs adjustment and more capable players that can scale service from B2C to B2B without these sort of failures.

    @craigreucassel @deniseshrivell ....said in a hushed voice ‘I used to work for Telstra’ when Visionstream was the thing. When I was retrenched (there is a goddess) I vowed never to have a direct service from Telstra. I chose a little startup fm WA, iiNet been with them 15+yrs, superb service, made them #2 here.

    @Telstra Side note. I got offered no solution even when I said it could actually cost us our jobs that we can't work from home properly. Rubbish.

    @Telstra 3 hours on chat - in first hour was told that NBN tech fixed it (he didn’t) in 3rd hour ‘we’ll send out a new modem’ - no comment on why that should be the issue 1/2

    @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia It’s okay, I have had to solve a problem with both NBN and Telstra blaming each other over who’s fault it is... it does not get worse anywhere out in the business world than that coupling
