    @Telstra I have just about had enough of Telstra not getting their service right. Essentially they have no clue about internet and phone service. I will be setting up an alternative service on Monday. An example is our land line has not worked for 6 months.

    Is it only us people in the rural backblocks of the city that wait 7-21 days for Telstra to fix faults like no operating landline/ADSL or is this normal in the burbs too?

    @propinqua @ValerieLynneCl2 Leave Telstra. Was great when we did it. Service appointment- they would send a text a 4:59 to say they couldn’t make it that day and that was sufficient customer service for them. Run from them
