Drooling Drummer (@5BNylonTip) reportedNBN went down last night. Stupid Telstra modem shuts down the entire home network with no NBN signal. I couldn’t turn my lights off! XD Glad I got them all on a kill switch. Gotta get a decent modem. Had a Nighthawk with my cable net. Doesn’t work on NBN network.

Particularly when @Telstra pay to advertise on the show literally 10 minutes after his beef about customer service on air 😳 🙄

I have stated the outcome of the complaint - if Telstra sends an authorisation on behalf of a 3rd party, you accept it as an authorisation, when the customer has not authorised the 3rd party or opted in for it.

What law do we need to modify please …… Why, when a sim is changed on a service can that change not be undone? At least within a short timeframe? A new sim was added to the wrong number, creating a week of fun and hilarity we didn’t need.
