    @Telstra Hi. So I am on the phone to customer service at Telstra and they told me that people who run Twitter are not customer service and this account is just a forum! Telstra has become a joke. I can't get even 2 people to give me the same answer. Complaints are not even dealt with.

    @Telstra During the initial call I had told CM of Case Report-TIO She was very obliging whilst dealing with my valid concerns re Complaint. Noted importance of follow up Survey-CM performance. CM didn't follow through thus I gave her a zero. Perhaps this is why she reneged? P2/2

    @Telstra The issue, specifically, is that you are struggling to install internet for me. A technician came out, took one quick look, realised there is no phone line connection... then said he couldn’t help / someone would be in touch. No one has been in touch.

    @Telstra The mobile 4G signal is out at Westfield Hurstville. Not even Telstra employees can get on. It’s okay outside the centre. This makes life difficult with Covid sign ins.

    @Telstra Im absolutely appalled in Telstra Policy Procedure & Complaints Systems. Initiated complaint 12-3 assigned Case Manager 13-4. Resolution put in place but not followed through. Call today from CM reneging on Resolution citing "Cannot access my Account." P 1/2
