Excuse me @telstra but what is the point of your $15/month platinum enquiry service if the providers are rude, dismissive, & fail to provide service, let alone transfer calls to a complaints line that has been disconnected?

@Barge1Burges @Telstra Get onto you’re local nationals member. We’re having dramas with ours at the moment and they are straight on to it for us after a month of complains to @Telstra was told they know there is a problem but won’t be fixing it anytime soon.

@Telstra I wanted to pay you more ... I went in to change to a more expensive plan. Told without direct debit details I couldn’t change anything. Stuck with a terrible plan that is costing me more!

@Telstra Nothing. It was on the bill. No explanation. Also my parents and sister had similar changes. Then I tried to ring and it bumped me right out to “find my answer on the website”. I will never allow direct debit so when I get around to it changing carrier.

@Telstra 20 April I was told by your offshore team but only after asked them for 3 days and being told just to signup for One Number again and how to connect an Apple Watch. This isn't good enough. You did not disclose a major problem with your network at the time I signed up.

@Egrange2080 @Telstra Not that I know of . It has been an absolute joke how long @telstra has taken to fix this problem. Try to lodge a fault and the phone cuts out 🤬 WTF. Anyway hopefully someone is half competent and sorts it .
