    I live in Broken Hill and I’m more than lucky if I can contact my husband when he is 90km away and 20km this side of Menindee. Both @Telstra of course ... not to mention almost non existent internet when out there 🤬

    @Telstra it is 8pm on a Wednesday and I cannot load my bank's login page, can't get into a database site for work, can barely load Twitter - off either wifi or mobile data. WHAT is the problem?? The speed never used to be THIS bad, even at peak hour

    @Telstra has without question, the worst customer service of any Australian company ever. Have owed me north of 2K for over a year now and you reckon I can get it? Nope. Time to refer to the ombudsman.
