    @Telstra I have contacted you about this more than 30 times. I pay my bill via direct debit. Yet still there is a late fee every month. I am fed up and done with you. In January I will switch providers. It is hopeless. Thanks for offering to help but it is clear Telstra cannot

    @Telstra Help that is a word that isn’t in the vocabulary of Telstra, you send customers useless unsolicited messages then penalise the recipients for using data, you closedown networks for a variety of reasons the customer suffers then doesn’t receive any compensation your a joke!
