@angela_shares @Telstra Oh sorry mate, it did. But you'd imagine if it has power and a 4G connection, it should be able to self-diagnose why the landline wasn't working (or at least self-check that the internals were okay). More simply: it should have been able to tell Telstra it was broken :)

@Telstra To tell you the truth, the saga continues. @Telstra not very helpful. It's amazing how much trouble it causes if @Telstra simply turns a fax number in a medical practice off and will not turn it on again.

@Optus Another day over 2 hours no signal, no warning last time was a full day, how do people do business when this Company can't run their own ! If it was @Telstra it would be all over the news! You can't doing upgrades this many times for so long near week after week Disgrace!

Thanks @Telstra and @BoostAus by providing me with no #customersupport (As Boost hasn't tweeted since 2019) & with the cough cough best network going back and forward between #3G, #4G & no coverage in a Inner City you are basically telling me to port out even those I lost data 👍
