@RutegerJones @smperris I wish Telstra did family plans. But I live in a regional town and T remains the one very reliable service around our house. Optus is improving though so probably due for a big retest to see how it is.

@Telstra did everyone go home a few days ago ?????? still waiting for help any idea how long seems you don't care bye the way these lack of replies are all being forwarded to the ombudsman, Tell Andy i might call past and have a 1 on 1 chat and he can tell me how important he is

@Telstra My internet service was meant to be connected today. I was told that a technician would come today between 8:00am-12:00pm. No technician showed. I have been trying to make contact with telstra all day with no luck. Please help!

@Telstra Hey Whens Andy going to get my phones fixed how bloody long do i have to wait its been 6 weeks, i know that pric doesn't care about little companies and is happy to sabotage them so if he wants trouble then he can have it

@raahbeckah yeah that's a bad sign isn't it? haha. Has NBN been built in your area? I had a free swap over with Telstra once construction in my patch last year (I'm really hoping this isn't an NBN speed you've got haha)
