    @Telstra I'm encountering an issue with my mobile phone service in Kellyville NSW. Your website isn't showing any outage around our area, even after rebooting my iPhone I'm still not getting any mobile reception. When is outage due to be resolved for our area?

    @Telstra @dony_jose It is not just recharge. Calls to NZ haven't been allowed for at least six hours. I am unable to contact my family on a promised service. I presume an adequate recompense will ensue.

    @Telstra I give up. I only wanted Telstra to correct the two mistakes they made. It’s not hard. I’m not even remotely responsible for this. Between your service and @andy_penn department I have only lost money and time. Good bye!

    @Telstra Checked this morning & I have paid twice, but going camping for a couple of weeks & if the weather's ordinary we'll be good. Three payments might have been a problem though.

    @Telstra hi, find it hard to believe the chat and call centre can’t help with my request and keep referring me to my Telstra store which is currently closed. Simply want my watch set up for cellular? Says to phone. Going round in circles
