@Telstra Reaching out means hours upon hours of waiting only to be hung up on by tech support who forget they cut all lines of communication VOIP off, when they say they're just going to quickly PUT ME ON HOLD while they reset something. They don't ring back. They don't fix the issue.

@Telstra Our NBN has been operating at half the normal download. We have 100 down but last couple of weeks only getting 50. I was hoping it was temporary. So not happy we are not getting the service we pay for.

@Telstra Thanks Michelle, based on the Telstra Home Dashboard results, I’m guessing they will tell me nothing is wrong with it, but devices are slow to load webpages etc when on wifi, when on mobile data, no issues

@Telstra Yesterday was the first instance where I had someone else to corroborate my suspicion, so I was planning on raising it with them in the coming few days. Also, recently I had a girl accuse me of threatening phone calls I never made. I suspect telecommunications interference.

@Telstra Thanks Michelle, unfortunately it still doesn’t work, but it seems to be a combination of handset software and opaque network implementation details that I’m not sure are solvable for a single end-user. Hopefully one day there will be a proper 3GP standard for LTE Voice.
