Despite my expectations from previous experience with @Telstra already being deepest-hole-ever-dug low they exceeded them today. Every January while I’m with Mum we call to make sure I’m down as authority to operate because we know Telstra wipes them (why?? ppl don’t get younger)

@GingerGorman i worked for Telstra years ago snd a chaplain used to visit every few months. I could never get rid of him. The last time i saw him he asked, as he usually did, how i was. This day i said, actually I’m not too good. He left immediately and i never saw him again.

Someone chatting with @Telstra, because they can't make calls from their mobile: "Can you try to call me & see what happens?" Response: " Sorry I don't have a phone!" Really, WTF?

@Telstra hi, currently it’s only at home and all of a sudden it said my SIM stopped working for no reason and i am on SOS. one of my friends in an other area is having the same issue but i think they’re with a different provider

3. My advice was accepted, service was improved. This morning I responded to your colleague with a practical answer. You completely ignored my plea. Here's some more advice for Telstra: remove YOU from dealing with the public, you're not good at it!
