    @Telstra good to see you don’t give a crap about a 17 year old customer, I moved house and has been 9 business days and still no internet even tho I was told serval times it would be plug and play. What a joke

    @Telstra NBN service in Malvern East 3145 has been less than 1Mbps down since Saturday night but your outage site lists no problems when I enter my address?

    @Telstra i highly recommended adding mac changing features in the telstra smart modem 2end gen /1st gen in next firmware roll out their are mac conflict on some networks and it can solve alot of issues if you can manually enter a mac address

    @Telstra Ref is 19997291. The plan change was requested on 1 Nov and its still not done. Telstra changed my plan erroneously and now can't revert back. Very poor service.

    @LordChester33 @Telstra In my dealing with them and @BoostAus they have proven they are too busy wasting money on #5G rather than spending it on improving poor #customerservice
