    Hey @Telstra - your 4G coverage at Balgowlah Stockland Shopping Centre is almost non-existent. It’s virtually impossible to check-in via NSW Gov App or get the Medicare Vaccine Cert via their app. Huge fail.

    @Telstra Ref is 19997291. The plan change was requested on 1 Nov and its still not done. Telstra changed my plan erroneously and now can't revert back. Very poor service.

    @Telstra I have suspended a service that I didn't need while working at home and I have just been charged for it while it is suspended. It is not under a contract (expired in 2020) and your online chat team says I still have to pay for it even when I suspended it. Help?

    @Telstra i highly recommended adding mac changing features in the telstra smart modem 2end gen /1st gen in next firmware roll out their are mac conflict on some networks and it can solve alot of issues if you can manually enter a mac address

    @Telstra the phone reception in Mt Eliza around Baluga St has been extremely poor over the last two months. Is there a tower down. Can only get 3G. This is for everyone in the household.
