  @Telstra Well I haven’t noticed on my phone which is now permanently set to do not disturb”. All of the calls are from Indian call centres selling day trading scams are directed via the 02 7259 prefix (from internet VOIP calls). How hard can it be to identify these guys & shut them down!?

  Major telco outage this morning. @Telstra the statement that data services were unaffected is not true. I couldn’t access data services and had to reset my phone. For an hour after was continually prompted for login credentials @AppleSupport. What was the root cause?

  @Telstra Yes and was told “We're working to fix an issue that is affecting calls for some of our mobile customers. Data and texts are working.” But considering my data and texts aren’t working it’s obviously not just that issue. Which they weren’t understanding.

  @Telstra Yes and resetting my network settings. Taking sim out. Restarting my phone. Making sure everything is up to date on the phone. Last option is a full factory reset which I would like to avoid.
