Your online SIM activation portal is broken, @telstra. I can't type in half the ID verification fields. Now have to go into a store, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Well done for having worse customer service than Optus. I had almost forgotten.

  • B1Johnstone Benny Johnstone (@B1Johnstone) reported

@Telstra Mobile. Continuously dropping out of service daily for the past few weeks.

  • AaronJago1 Aaron Jago (@AaronJago1) reported

@Telstra Tried my computer. Same issue on the website on the computer. Have obviously don't the old turn of turn back on trick with no luck. I'll try again in morning and see if I have any luck.

@Telstra Incorrect. TELSTRA started decommissioning 3G in 2021. I learned at Comms Connect yesterday that 70% of 3G has been turned off. TELSTRA currently has major issues with 4G VoLTE. and aren’t telling anybody what the issue is.

@Telstra complaint. I was a customer a long time ago. I rang for a general enquiry and said not related to current ph no. You sent an unsolicited sms to my no. with my first name While on hold. I was not verified. Why are you keeping my details being a long closed acct holder

  • thebyronq Byron Queale (@thebyronq) reported

@Telstra It has been an issue for many weeks. This week, my phone has shown 1 bar of 4g, 5g or H+ but no matter what it says the speeds have been incredibly slow

  • TelenorSverige Telenor Sverige (@TelenorSverige) reported

@Fuller_Si Can you verify if they are using Telstra Corporation Limited and/or Vodafone Network Pty Ltd as their Australian provider? /Leya

  • Tan3User Femequality (@Tan3User) reported

@redruby17 @Optus Telstra. And if you pay something per fortnight to cover your bill, keep yourself just a little in credit, the end result is you are never hounded because your account is overdue. And if you can afford it buy your own phone. Some things in your life need to be stress free.

  • HannanCathie Cathie Hannan (@HannanCathie) reported

@redruby17 @Optus I’m with Vodaphone for phone and nbn. The only problem with Vodaphone is coverage. I’ll have to go with a Telstra type to get coverage in northern Oz, WA etc

  • UndaSthnXiStand Rural AUS Matters! 💉💉💉💉 (@UndaSthnXiStand) reported

@Telstra I know when the decommissioning is DUE to be completed, however I’ve had it confirmed that 70% of the 3G network has already been switched off. We have multiple clients with 3G phones that no longer work where they previously have.
