    @ACCAN_AU @smh @swan_legend How is Telstra expected to work out the AMOUNT of compensation otherwise? The word ‘compensation’ does not mean ‘fine’ and as a Telstra customer I don’t want them being over generous….because I will be paying for it.

    '... if his Telstra landline was down, given the patchy mobile signal in his area, he or his wife or son would have to get in the car in order to call Triple Zero.

    @lagoonki Incidentally, while I was taking my pic on the Yorke, my phone was operating on the signal from the Telstra tower on Kangaroo Island, it's so close.

    Anyone else having to reset their phone multiple times since the Telstra outage? Texts not notifying, data not loading especially when in and out of signal areas. Signal noticeably worse than usual @Telstra

    @Telstra If you’re going to raise the price of 5g home internet have the decency to change to unlimited data. You owe people that especially after the outage that happened.

    @andrew_thaler @nemagovau They forced me to download data on my phone by cutting my service off until I did.. telstra confirmed it was the " govt"

    hey @Telstra since your outage last week as pc and phone linked every thing on my pc i have had to prove i'm me , it bloody sucks all these codes ect locked out of every thing have been spent hours to work again
