    @DifficultNerd Where did you find that stat? 5G in Aus is reusing exisiting spectrum. Telstra uses Ericsson’s 5G “The ultra-lean design of 5G NR can drastically decrease network-energy consumption compared to any previous cellular standard, including 4G LTE.”

    @HandleComplaint @Telstra No unfortunately not, although I did get a call from them today apologising for the outage and that they were still unable to confirm when it would be fixed, in the meantime they are sending a new modem that will connect to mobile data free of charge

    Have u tried to contact Telstra thru u computer They r experts at snubbing &ignoring u Saying in a paragraph u state th problem reply How would u describe ur problem So its NOT read For the $ they extract from us every month It is an abomination & disgrace All emails zilched

    @Telstra your customer support is awful. I have fault waiting for L2 support, get 5min warning they will call, no way to contact direct so when I miss the call (because in a meeting) my case goes on hold until I call you again (long queue) and the cycle repeats. Massive waste.

    @Optus As a long suffering Telstra customer, it has cheered me up a little to realize Optus is worse. Customer service worse, technical support worse coverage worse..yes yes yes
