    @alfombro @Telstra I don't want 40 sports that is why I us @telstra afl live app. Offer 1/5 of normal price for 1/50 of content of interest - you can keep Kaye (foxtel). I'll only watch free to air matches this season them. Wtf

    @Telstra Hi Jessica, no we have heard nothing and each time we contact Telstra we are given a new job number, so we are starting all over again even though it is the same problem. A new modem was sent to us which we installed and it did nothing.

    @Telstra good to know as just a week or so ago I contacted your text support and they told me they couldn’t fix an issue I’ve been trying to resolve since dec 6. That is to close my home internet and phone accounts. It’s with the TIO as your lot we’re supposed to call by jan 18 & didn’t

    @RonniSalt @Lynismyname56 @Telstra Complain to the Ombudsman and let them know it’s the only way to get meaningful action must be in their KPIs to keep those level complaints down. Got a whole month free when internet was down for 3 days while I’m trying to run my consultancy from hime. Their robotic AI sucks
