    Finally pull the modem out of the box to connect to @iiNet wireless and do you think it works? Of course not because they didn't activate it as they were supposed to. Going straight to @Telstra if it's not working by the morning, despite the lack of Irish accent.

    Hey @Telstra received 5 calls today from "Kevin from Telstra technical support team" - obviously a scam, but smart timing given the weather on the east coast. Maybe time for an update on your socials and website to warn people about scams

    @katieqs @Telstra you seem 2 b blaming everyone but yourself. LGAs are responsible for the comms in the incident mngt centres and state government ie your job is to provide the SES and state Govt 1st responders with the tools needed to do their job. 1st blaming ADF now Telstra, who’s next?

    @Telstra Hi, when the flooding occurred in Brisbane on Feb 27 I received a text saying my modem had switched over to the mobile network, and I would be informed when it would be fixed. I haven’t had any updates and NBN still seems to be down. Any advice please?
