@Telstra @PercivalRoad So... basically what you're saying is that you will only service customers if they have a medical emergency or if they lodge a complaint? I guess outsourcing your support services is working out well for you. What a pitiful excuse for a telecommunications provider you've become.

@Chapman_Histo I tell them I know this is a scam as I don't own a computer and they get so befuddled. Also with the Telstra NBN scam when I tell them yeah that's great, but I'm not with Telstra and the NBN isn't run by Telstra they usually um and ahh then hang up.

@Telstra Getting errors with your app. Keeps saying I have no services to display on the home page. When I click on the services tab it does show my phone account, but gets an error trying to access it. I need to see my data usage
