@Telstra notified we’ll have no internet on 25th due to NBN works. 1) will my bill for that service be reduced by 1/30th? Or 2) I have Telstra mobile broadband device on no plan. Will you enable service for 1 single day to ensure we can access service we need for our work?

@Telstra good onya guys your poor customer service and product management strikes again.. trying to activate a pre paid sim that apparently takes up to 4 hours well 9 hours later and you idiots still havent activated it.. only choice where i was,was to use idiots neve ever again!

@NBN_Australia Yep, did that 24 hours ago and yet approaching 48 hours with a large chunk of Westleigh still without connection and TPG/Optus/Telstra unable to even acknowledge there is an issue on their network status pages. A lot of remote workers need an ETA. Someone own the issue please.

@Telstra Thanks, Jess, we will see what Monday brings. Telstra is stuck with us, we don’t have a choice about supplier (can’t sling Optus cable at ours) but this poor quality service is taking a toll and things must improve. I wish we had fibre to node like you guys working from home.
