(Heads up : I know the answer is yes as my son was one of the 200). I currently sit on hold for 45 minutes to 1 hour waiting to talk to a real person. Telstra continue to charge us for a service they no longer supply, as of Dec 2020. 2/3

@TheWhogg @MRowlandMP @burrosavic ALP was $42B for 93% fttp revised up to $49 due to the delays caused by Telstra and prime contractors. There were only low number connected because the back end of the network needed upgrades before connecting people, and then the Gov changed to LNP

@Telstra I am trying to help my daughter with her broken phone. She has Stay Connected Advance attached to her plan. The busy Telstra shop in Forster she visited could not help her and failed to direct her to the right place for help. We are in regional NSW. Can you help please?

@Telstra Yes, my team has spoken to our Telstra Account Manager which will go nowhere as usual. FYI just parked my car across the road from 480 Queen St and had to run up the road to get a network signal so I could pay for my street parking before I got booked. #absolutejoke

@Telstra I really need to provide the feedback that your chat function, built into the My Telstra app, is totally useless. In the 5 seperate occasions I have tried to use it over the past year or so, not once has it led to the resolution of my issue. 1/2

@GrogsGamut @Telstra I got a great response once I lodged an ombudsman complaint! Got a call back within a day and actually got my internet fixed!
