I'd love to be using a provider with better regional coverage... But until Telstra can fix this issue in Wanneroo, I can't: My wife is an on-call tech at a hospital, and the total lack of reception here literally puts lives at risk. Their coverage map still shows all good, too.

@JonDeeOz @Telstra Hope you get it sorted. So many people put up with Telstra even though they have shockingly bad customer service. I get that their mobile coverage is good, but get out of the abusive relationship for everything else. NBN should be with @Aussie_BB

@drvyom Please don’t choose Telstra. Although I have been with them for very long time, this is it . Connected to new plan $150 , since then no wifi weaker than before & it takes 5 days for them to Lodge a complaint #drvyom#telstra

@AlboMP I have a smart 4k TV. I pay for premium telstra nbn service yet night after night I sit waiting for loading on SBS demand. Netflix or ABCi view. Even freezes or can't handle andv ells me to try again later. Its like 3rd world style at first world prices. Terrible. Ripped off

@JemEdsall @Telstra Order has already been out through to restore the service but God damn. Reading through my chat history I told this rep 3 times the exact mobile number to cancel and that it was a tablet plan. Goes and cancels my landline and internet hahahaha fml.
