After numerous issues with @Telstra NBN were decided to give @Aussie_BB a try. Never again. For a company that prides itself on customer support this is the worst connection experience I’ve encountered. Allegedly now an NBN wide issue is preventing new connections.

Really unsure, but I’ve seen the same sort of buffoons rise to the top at Aust Post, Telstra, etc. The phrase “**** floats to the Top” is pretty common in Govt Industies. Good thing is, once they get there, their incompetence is exposed for all to see. Nowhere to hide.

And I am on Telstra but they're price gouging and they Suck and I did attempt after their last price hike to leave but it's like. Oh if you are in a regional area literally noone else can help you. I see. Think there's a word for that that rhymes with schmonopoly

@RocketTank123 Aussies have love/hate relationship with Telstra. It is the most expensive and customer service often terrible but for rural coverage it is the best by far. Optus or Vodafone would love to take some of Telstra’s pie with $ASTS remote coverage

@Telstra @Optus @optus_help can we please get support for RCS messaging on iPhones?!?!? The rest of the world supports it and Australians are missing out! 😭

@BrilliantMaps As a Canadian who has never been there: Qantas, Macquarie, BHP, Telstra and a couple of banks are the only names that ring a bell.

@AussieVal10 It took Telstra, a lot of gold sold at record low prices by an idiot treasurer, and who-knows-what-else, to pay off that $96 billion. It's never about productivity; always about short-sighted asset fire sales in this country, and it needs to stop.

@TheNoisyTrunk @Caitlen2310 @adrian_couper When LNP min. Richard Alston was asked which parts of Telstra he had sold, Was it Yellow Pages or the GSM network, etc, his eyes glazed over and he confessed he sold a 30% tranche of THE ******* LOT. Which is why NBN needed to build a new fixed network at huge public cost.
