@Telstra Hey there, what is a typical time for an upgraded mobile service to be "in progress"? I did an upgrade on 17th sept, device arrived 20th and I still have no service as it isn't provisioned, apparently.

I am trying to upgrade my sim only mobile plan. The prompts suggest that the only upgrade is from another service provider, not to updrade a Telstra plan. Trying to get support via messages. Have been waiting for 60 minutes #telstra

The best thing about being an Optus customer is all the extra steps I get in. Lazy Telstra customers just expect to be able to check their bank balance wherever they want. Optus keeps things interesting and often you need to walk until you get a tower that allows data.

Telstra you are getting bigger and putting your prices up accordingly. So why when I try to call and sit on hold for approximately 15 minutes (twice) get dropped out. Cant you make your call centre bigger to cope….pissed off customer again.
