@simonahac @RonniSalt @Telstra If you have the Telstra app I’m pretty sure you can buy more data when you look at the service for your number.

  • andrewtbeck (┛ಠ_ಠ)┛彡┻━┻ (@andrewtbeck) reported

@simonahac @Telstra Telstra is the absolute worst ISP in Australia. Couldn't get a human being on the phone for weeks when we moved. Finally managed to dump them completely a couple months ago. No regrets. Good luck.

@SugarsKath @Telstra the mobile broadband options don't have a top up option… just a change of plan, and the support folks on the phone don't have the ability to change plan without breaking a contract. fortunately the SM team have more tricks up their sleeves… working through it.

@simonahac @Telstra This run around wasted much time. Now we are trying new service. Telstra too frustrating. All we had wanted was a quality hands free phone.

  • cyclosophy Simon Hallgth-Jolly (@cyclosophy) reported

@Telstra It depends. If I'm watching a movie I've seen before with people who know I've seen it before, I think an occasional look is OK. However, a movie I've never seen requires my full attention.

@simonahac @RonniSalt @Telstra Imagine how the poor people are going if the rich are complaining? Ask Malcolm Turnbull to help , he’s got experience with ****** internet

  • drsoop Shane Soop (@drsoop) reported

@simonahac @RonniSalt @Telstra Telstra have always been garbage - ever since they were privatised, they've gouged customers, particularly in regional areas, simply because they had the only infrastructure in place, paid for by our taxes

  • telemeister Brett White (@telemeister) reported

@Telstra Hi Lee, thanks for reaching out, but I've been through the tech support cycle a half dozen times with absolutely no results at all. I'm paying nearly $200 a month and #NBN has been so disappointing.

@simonahac @RonniSalt @Telstra Keep trying until you get a Telstra rep who waves fees cancel signup Beyond unlimited data for $65/m I'm 5 hours from a capital coverage exceptional
