@Telstra All of those questions and conditions in the form and instructions would be resolved if you had an address to forward them to. Nate as you’re making your customers work harder than necessary to report the issue.

@margaretthrosby @Telstra I have a small mobile broadband for such situations. Other problem if your electricity goes down so does NBN- no landline or internet

@Telstra the saga continues, after making a complaint about NBN service a case manager arranged a technician to come out. Just received a text saying I would be charged $135 for the first $30 minutes then $40 for ever 15 minutes after that. Seriously. Punished for complaining!

@Telstra It’s almost as if you want to make it harder to report it so you have fewer issues to track and resolve. #darkPatterns

@Telstra No. Why do you make it so hard. (1) buy online. (2) Your account is now locked please go to store to show id. (3) wait for lockdown to lift. (4) Visit store give id & am told to re-contact online support. (5) Online support says someone will call me back. Not feeling the love

I called Telstra to fix the socket, they told me “call NBN.” I call NBN, I get an auto directory and when I punch in the options I get auto hung up on. G f’ing G. So I’m guess it’s nobody’s problem. So I guess I’m stuck on my *** waiting till 2023 waiting for 5G for my home.

@Telstra The customer service is really bad. I’ve called multiple times for an issue with my account and was told they’ll call me back or fix it but so far haven’t heard anything and the problem still there.
